This is regarding the YORK Split AC that I purchased from Rishab Electronics, Hyderabad (Invoice#455). I used the equipment for barely 15 days right after I purchased it last year and it worked fine as expected and then it was never used for the entire year.Now that I have started using it again this year, it has been malfunctioning. After repeated complaint calls and numerous emails to Sri Mani Enterprises (AC Guards, Hyderabad.Phone :[protected], my AC unit was taken for repairs almost 5-6 times and it has been still malfunctioning.So I requested a replacement since the AC Unit is still covered under warranty, but so far there was no proper response given to me on this issue.
I request the concerned department to take a look in to this issue which has been prevailing past 2 months and resolve this as soon as possible.
