[Resolved] Deccan Chronicle — Non delivery of subscribed news paper | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I had renewed my subscription for Deccan Chronicle newspaper vide order no. 30408 dated 20 Aug 13 commencing from 1st Sep 13. I moved out from my previous residence at Punjab Hotel Jn, Visakhapatnam to Santhi Nagar, NAD, Visakhapatnam. I had requested them @ "[protected]@deccanmail.com <[protected]@deccanmail.com>;" on 14th Dec 13 to deliver the newspaper at my new address. After lots of follow up at their landline no and email ids, the concerned development officer delivered the newspaper personally on 25th Dec 13 and promised that it will be delivered regularly from the next day onward. However, the newspaper has never been delivered since even after my informing this at the Vizag office, concerned agent and development officer, feedback page of their website and even email to the editor @ "[protected]@deccanmail.com <[protected]@deccanmail.com>;" and other available email ids repeatedly. The amount in question is very small, but it is a shame that such a reputed organisation is behaving so irresponsibly and has least bothered about their customer. Please take necessary action to see that customers are not cheated like this after they pay the subscription amount upfront. Your receipt order no. 87773 dated 27 June 15. I have shifted my quarter from Brahmaputra 8-A nausena baugh to R-12 old nausenabaugh, on 1st June 2016, from 1st June till to date I don't received my newspaper from your distributer boy..., and also informed so many time to distributer boy and as well as in your office
...please ament my address in your record and informed accordingly to distributer boy...so that I can get the newspaper immediately. ..

i am bhagavan &subscriber of deccan chronicle "with order no:24223".as paper agent promised, i was supposed to receive paper from dec-21-2016.but they started giving 25-dec-2016.unfortunately, i was given paper only 20 days out of 40 days, i mean that from 25-dec-2016 to 5-feb-2017.for getting these 20 days paper out of 40 days, what i have done that,
1.i called paper agent who is baburao (contact no:[protected])nearly 21 times, even though he received our call, he doesn't care of listen to us he asked address after saying address he called off, sometimes he just hold it on line.sometimes it is switched off.
2.i also called customer care 8 times, they also said they will rectify our complaint but they will do nothing,
fortunately one day, 2 people who are deccan chronicle officers came to home, just they said sorry, they assured they won't let it repeat.but again it will repeat.
as i have chosen deccan chronicle, i have to buy paper also out side, because they are not giving paper, choosing deccan chronicle is slapping myself with my slippers,
it will be useless to be customer care unless they do anything, people are not sincere at their work, they don't have any Punctuality really it is ashamed thing.
kindly return my reamaining money, i don't want to choose this paper in rest of my life, hands off to your work
