[Resolved] Deccan Chronicle — Not acting on Data Card Service termination

Dear Sir,
I have raised a request for termination of my data card services ([protected]) on Sept 6th with service request number[protected]. I was told that it will take 7 working days to complete it. I got a call on Sept 11 and I had reconfirmed that I need this termination immediately. They didn't complete this and I received a bill for Sept 2014. I raised another request on Oct 17th[protected] to confirm disconnection and take action on the person who didn't complete the request I raised on Sept 6th. I spoke to a manager who assured me that it will be disconnected.
No action has been taken and I keep receiving bills. I had logged a written complaint to customer care recording all these details. Request reliance communication to be professional and not trouble customers this way.
