Deccan Chronicle — not receiving paper regularly

Hi have paid for annual subscription of deccan chronicle paper starting from 1st oct 2018. However i am not receiving paper regularly. I have contacted vendor, agent and the manager whose mobile numbers are provided during annual subscription. Manager never picks the call. Vendor mobile is always switche d off. The executive is not providing any solution. We are not receiving paper atleast once in a week. I have the screenshots of call logs.
