Deccan Chronicle — Very bad response, no good customer service and behaviour is very careless. | |||
This paper has just created a bad impression for customer service in public. There is no responsible or perfect person to work hard to build the image of this news paper. When ever call has been made to board line on there is no happy response only dis-satisfactory. Staff has to be either changed or taught how to keep the image of the brand. They only just want to get paid i the end of the month. Responsible people please awake to either maintain the brand image or build again the brand image in customer service.
