Deccan Chronicle — yearly subscription

I have paid for a yearly subscription and I don't get the paper at all . the paper agency say that Deccan chronicle does not pay commission to them any more and hence he'll not deliver paper everyday. I had called up the DC marketing agents but none seem to bother. I have paid for the yearly subscription through cheque and still this is the fate. DC executive name in Bangalore is Diwakar and circulation manager is Lakshmi narayan. Cheque number is 519333. Receipt serial number is 6533. I appreciate an apt action this.
