My name is n hanumanth, i have taken one year subscription on 11/04/2018. I have shifted from existing place to new place which is very near to the existing place and the same informed to the paper boy later he delivered paper for 3 days then he has been not delivering news paper from september month on wards. I have contacted to (Susheela - [protected]), (Lokesh-[protected]), (Bosh-[protected]) but no proper response their side. I am attaching here receipt also. I am very much disappointed with your service. Please take proper action.

Hi have paid for annual subscription of deccan chronicle paper starting from 1st oct 2018. However i am not receiving paper regularly. I have contacted vendor, agent and the manager whose mobile numbers are provided during annual subscription. Manager never picks the call. Vendor mobile is always switche d off. The executive is not providing any solution. We are not receiving paper atleast once in a week. I have the screenshots of call logs.

This is in regards with my early subscription of deccan chronicle i have been a customer with dc since 12 years and have never faced any issues with my subscription however i wanted to report an incident which has make me to believe that customers are no longer important to dc.
I am attaching 3 invoices along with this complain for your reference.

Amount paid 699 on 2nd june 2018 expiry 10th june 2019.
On 16th november local vendor reach my house creating a havoc about my subscription wooden sometime you are representative mahender reddy also turned up informing me that my subscription has expired i did not have the invoice on hand hence i paid the amount total of 1269 that is 1 year plus 6 months that both claimed for expired month's.

Later i got invoice 22226 and contacted your representative to have the amount paid to the local dealer returned and extend my subscription 10 june 2019 until 9 june 2020.

I have been following up with your representatives since 16 nov 2018. But it's creating a bad experience as he neither answers the call or vague replies i'll have the refund back.

Would want some to check check and help me with my concerns.

Yr office has collecterd annual subscription from me during april 18 and the
paymnet was ckleared duly from my bank. the offer was valid tioll april 2019.
your local office has stopped supply of paper to me from 30 oct 2018
abruptly w2ithout assigning any reason. either continue my supply or refundethe amount duie to me for non supply of new2s paper.

The haphazard parking of ksrtc and bendre buses (Plying between hubli - dharwad) in the heart of the city on station road, hubli opposite a residential colony always causes an hindrance to the residents either wanting to come in or go out as the buses park right in front of the entrance gate one behind the other leaving no room for vehicular movement. The drivers park the vehicles and go for a tea break and return only after 10 minutes or more, if in an emergency there is no room for an ambulance or four wheeler to enter. I ask the authorities to please look into the matter and solve our problem.

I stay in kphb bhagat singh nagar i do work in night shifts and during the day and during evening temples round about keep so loud sound and do their poojas which is very disturbing noise within the temple is acceptable not for the complete society we have to keep in mind about old people as well there are schools round about i request deccan chronicle to publish this in the news paper i am not against any religion but the society has to be peacefull not loud noises.

Sir, we are bringing to you notice that an illegal construction is going in durganagar, dilsukhnagar area, near dilsukhnagar public school, though area is below 300 sq yards, he is constructing 5 floors violating rules, probably he is managing ghmc officials, if this construction continurs it may create vehicle parking problems as that construction is not having parking place, as your paper is reputed and pays attention to public grievances i am bringing to your notice

I have taken this yearly subscription in January 2018, and since then suffering to get the news paper daily. I have been following up on daily basis to get the news paper, even then I had got the paper for around 35 days in 3 months(January till March). After I have shifted my location problem got even worse. The local dealer here at Suncity(Azmath [protected], Taj [protected]) never delivered paper regularly, in last six months (April to till date) I have hardly got the paper delivered. In fact in September they delivered the paper 4 times in 30 days, that too after speaking to DC management(Anil [protected]) and DC office[protected]/23 - Mani and another lady). I am fedup following up for what I have paid for. I would have never got for this subscription, unless they have reached me at our corporate office to offer this enrollment. One word PATHETIC, I will suggest who ever possible to not to go for Deccan Chronicle, never ever.

I had purchased a kent pearl ro in 1st week of august from pai international located at dr. As rao nagar. Here are the details:

Since i purchased this i have already faced numerous challenges using the product. I already called kent service 3 times to help fix numerous issues :

1) water leak
2) beep sound.

Date of service:
1) 19th aug –[protected]
2) 24th sep –[protected]
3) 30 sep –[protected]

Post my last complain on 24th sep the problem of leakage still exists.

How does kent expect me to use their product on a long run as already in a month had 3 issues without the problem being fixed.

I am an unhappy customer, using the product.
The ad that hema malini gives on kent ro purifier receiving best quality certificate is fake, fake, fake

I have booked an Ola auto on 5th August 2018, The driver denied duty becuase of the Ola credit feature which Ola has provided to me.The driver cancelled the trip and a penalty of Rs.75 has been charged to my account.when i contacted Ola customer care they said that they will not refund the amount charged.The delivery executives are rescless and are least bothered to patiently answer the customers.This has happened thrice to me, whenever i reported they abruptly denied stating that it was my fault.The drivers dont have faith in their company, they dont get payments for Ola money for which the customers should be troubled.The head officials are turning big bucks in their pockets by cheating customers and allegedly charged them which is not their fault.When i said i am going to publish this in the press the officials said that that makes no big difference for them and to go ahead.Ola is turning into a fraudlent company now

This area called ratna colony behind cantonment hospital bolarum has been left to its apathy. The roads are in bad condition, garbage is lying around and enters the houses of residence. The residence of this area are under immense stress o[censored]n-hygienic atmosphere, pigs breeding all over, public toilet and garbage. Roads were dug up 1 year back for water pipe works and left it the way it is, none of the persons from the cantonment or ghmc bothered to lay the road. There is a old public toilet which is still kept as a heritage site. With swach bharat and toilet in every house this areas makes it contradictory. The public toilet is not been used by anyone, it only serves a open place to the passersby to relieve themselves. The responsible persons, cantonment leaders and officials does not care to take a look and are not doing their job.

Dear sir
My daughter is studying in brilliant grammar high school, masab tank branch, since four years. Though the school is slightly good in academics, it is not organising any cultural/ sports or any other extra curricular activities. It's not even celebrating independence day and republic day. They declare holiday on such events. The children are made to carry heavy bags and there is no change in the daily school routine. The management is distributing annual calender in june every year which describes a lot of activities to be done every year, but not a single one is carried out/ performed at the school. When i talk to the principal regarding all these, she says that she is not responsible for organising any such events, the head office should pass the orders. The management in head office does not answer on phone. Like this, since four years, there hasn't been any curricular activity / fancy dress competition/elocution competition/ sports competitions done at school.
I request the authorities to take necessary steps to change the schedule of such schools so that the children should be able to grow and flourish in a better environment where they would love to go.

My father employee of (Cci) (Cement corporation of india ltd), he has expired in 2008 on duty, and mother getting pension 2500/-rs. (Two thousand five hundred rupees only). Since last 10 years it has not been increased. The amount is not sufficient for family, and now a days every thing increased like food and medical and everything. So please increase pension. Many are there who get little amount 600, 2000, 3000 so kindly take this into govt notice.

I was driving opposite Gandhi hospital under the Metrorail work being done by L&T and suddenly an object fell on my car windshield causing it to crack. While I was parking my car to safety I could see another object falling from above. It took a lot of time to locate the engineer and safety officer who gave me the number of their higher officer, non of them are taking any responsibility and are not addressing my issue nor taking this matter seriously which puts the life of many commuters at risk.I urge the authorities to take appropriate action against the engineers and safety officers for their careless attitude towards the grievances of the commuters under L&T projects and also resolve my issue at the earliest.

I have no other way to go hence i want bring this publicly. This regarding suppose to maintain cleanness and hygiene by ghmc. I live at rethibowli mehdipatnam. It is a residential colony with a chldrens park. There has been a dump of garbage in the colony since very long time. I have been requesting multiple times via online and phone. I have just been received reference numbers with a dissatisfaction. This is so called ghmch. I am hoping at least via social means the department will realize there job.

I was traveling back home in my car and before I could get into my lane I approached a lane which leads to my house and that road was completely occupied by red sand which was being dug and thrown out on the road instead of dumping it in their plot, No one can use the roads for their own personal purpose when I have a lot of traffic flow . This is causing a lot of problem to all the colony people ..

Took annual subscription for dc paper in hyderabad, since few months iam not getting regualr delivery of newspaper. Its my 3rd annual subscription ans since i changed my residence in the same locality im facing this problem. Gave so many complaints to the paper distributor and deccan newspaper promotions guy. But no response. Even gave my complaint t o dc customer feedback too. No response

There is a huge inconvenience caused by the railway authorities by closing the railway gate for commutation between bhudevi nagar and venkatapuram alwal which is used by the citizens around this area by people from all walks of life - school vans have the junction for picking up school kids and college students and office goers - but since there is a wall constructed by the railway authorities commutation has become a huge cause of concern for all the citizens residing around that busy area - ranging from schools - colleges, creating a lot of embarrassment to the thousands of citizens residing in this area. We have travel atleast 7 kms more to reach the main road - lothkunta either to travel towards secunderabad or hyderabad or towards alwal. Thousands of colonies are in and around the gate - one is our colony tirumala city - where there are 100 houses - residing since more than a decade.
We request the railway authorities to respond immediately and take immediate action to remove the wall constructed - across the gate and keep it open for general public which has been under use since years togethter.

My name is opinder jain and during one of my travel from mumbai to hyderabad, jet airways personnel has damanged my luggage and upon taking up the matter at teh airport upon arrival at hyderabad, i was assured by the ground staff manager that they would pay me rs.7000/- for teh damage and also raised a complaint in their internal system and handed over an acknowledgement to me. Post that i received calls from their hyderabad airport staff that they are sending me the said amount. But no one ever turned up. Finally on 6th jan 2018, i sent an email to their customer care along with the scanned copy of the acknowledgement issued to me. From 6 januray i receive a standard email attached below.

I do not understand that in this day and age how are they not able to get the information. I request you to publish my complaint so that people should know the efficiency of customer care service of jet airways. And please help me get my money.

I am an annual subscriber for dc daily paper for the past 2 years. The first year was good with an occasional missing of paper. But this year since january i had been having terrible problems - the paper was not delivered at all. When i call they do not answer the phone. I called several times, sent text and i wrote 3 emails (Mar 18, mar 30, apr27) and there was no reply. For the first 2 complaints i got the paper delivered for a week and 2 days respectively. There is not action or response for my email complaints. I even suggested that they pay me back half year subscription and close my account so that i can get the paper from the local vendor. But, no action or re-action!
