There was an advertisement posted in the front page of deccan herald as on 12/09/2017 about an online grocery shopping app called hypermarket kart,
I there was only card payment option, and after paying there is no message of order confirmation or there is no option for viewing my orders, when i saw the reviews i came to know that it is a fake app, i lost my 2450 rs, i have the complete transaction details, it is seriously disappointing how can a trust worthy news paper give advertisement about such fake apps, please help me out in getting my refund from the app.

I have received application half years subscribe for bangalore mirror paper but till date i have not received any paper i have got debited from where account off rs 399 july month only but till date i have not received

Our sales personal one mr vijayakumar your sales personal called on tto my residence on 09/05/2017 and offerred annual subsription scheme for rs.749/- per anum. I was convinced about the scheme and paid a sum of rs.749/- vide cheque number 049372 of canara bank in favour of m/s the printers (Mysore) pvt. Ltd. For supply of deccanc herald english daily w. E. F. 01/06/2017.
You have presented the cheque in local clearing on 24/05/2017 and received the money into your account on 24/05/2017.
!!! The supply of news paper did not resume on 01/06/2017 as agreed by you!!!
I had lodge a complaint with you on the same day (01/06/2017) over phone number [protected] without any resolve, again on 02/06/2017 reminded over same number and requested to resolve the issue.
Supply was resumed only from 03/06/2017,!! Again supply stopped from 13/06/2017!!
I called one mr anand, on his mobile number [protected] and appraised the status of non supply, getting assured of resume of supply.
Consequently supply was made only for a day i. E. On 15/06/2017 and stopped supply since 16/06/2017.

I request you to refund my entire money along with interest of @ 22% p. A.
Further you are liable to pay all the legal expenses & other charges theron including damage.

According the receipt i am supposed to get news paper till 14/06/2017. But the news paper agent says deccan herald stopped issuing paper from 1st june.

I called up to the mg road office and informed about the problem. It has been 4 days and they have not looked into this matter.

I. S. Ganesh made subscription of rs.499 for the year through cheque bearing number 391456 canara bank vijayanagara branch bangalore 40. Nd it was cleared on 31.5.2016 in my bank. I'm not getting news paper from 1.1.2017 when i asked news paper supplier he says the dh not supplying news paper for you.
I lost your receipt so i m not given complaint during january 2017. When i'm going through pass book i came to know that i'booked for 1 year nd the newspaper agent he cheating us. Sorry to say from your side also no one called and asked about getting paper regularly r not. Please take action at the earliest.

I had subscribed Rs.749/- with Indian Bank, Jayanagar Branch cheque 884814. The same was presented by you and my account was debited on 30 01 2017. A call from your end ( a lady voice) also confirmed the receipt of the cheque and cross verified all my details.

But till this date my newspaper vendor says he has not got the coupon and he is collecting the amount from end.

I tried to reach your staff ([protected]) for the past two to three days, in vain.

Kindly arrange to send the coupons to my news vendor([protected] - Roopesh)at the earliest.

Guys please careful before taking this news paper. They only cares for money from the customers but worst service, even the agents are not picking the calls.

I had taken yearly subscription from agent Manjunath on[protected] and service was supposed to start from 15-Jan-2017 but we had not received paper till date when followed up with the agent and complained by calling up[protected] they asked me to contact vendor Siddappa on number +91 [protected]. When we spoke to the vendor he demanded service charge every month when we denied to give service charge since that was never mentioned in subscription...

Deccan herald has launched annual subscription with one time subscription fee but after couple of month the hawker is not putting paper I complain to them but not responding. The assistant manager chandershekar is not taking it seriously. I am sure it s not only me who is facing this issue but some other people too I believe. Please refrain from Deccan herald and their offer they just looting people. I need some advice as how I can proceed.

The headline for a recent article read as "Indian mistaken for a Muslim, hit"

I do not understand are Indians only Hindus or only Christina or no Muslim is an India. This act is only adding to the discrimination/unrest happening in the country.
Being one of the top newspaper, this kind of careless captioning of a news is not good. US fears Islam, but we Indians what are we doing, adding more to it.
Kindly look into it and request the editor that this will be avoided in the future.

I made subscription of 499/- for year to get the Deccan Herald news paper for that I made it on[protected] billno-25954 from a agent name called Lakshminarayan([protected]) I paid through cheque after that payment I got a confirmation call by the deccan herald people they conformed and they told you will get paper from[protected] and it will be upto 1yr but actually I didn't got single day paper upto now so, I called to agent he s telling call to office of deccan herald I can't help like that he is telling and slipped out and not replying for this and also he is responding for this so finally I wil put this fraud business from deccan herald in Customer Court otherwise solve my issue immediately. And I need a reply for this

I had paid Rs.799 in January 2016 for the yearly subscription of Deccan Herald vide Receipt No.11024. C-4, LIC Officers Quarters, Near City Bus Stand, Udupi. The delivery was to start from 16.2.16. But it did not happen. Only after repeated calls and follow up the delivery started in April. And suddenly from 23.7.16 And also the delivery man used to skip delivering the newspaper often. And also the delivery man just handed it over to the watchman. The calls made to mobile nos.[protected], [protected] & [protected] regarding non delivery did not yoeld any results. Now I am no more interested to receive the neqspaper.Kindly give refund of the subscription.

Hi harish here my contact no is[protected], i have taken ur one year subscription on 30-11-15&my receipt no is dys 6095, i am not receiving paper since[protected], i contacted my issuing person he is saying u have stopped my issue as my subscription is expired. You have a track record of good publisher of deccan herald and with this trust i have subscribed for your offer and paid through cheque to your authorised agent who came to my doors. Its disgusting and unbelivable that you have no intention to keep your promise or offer and we feel bad for having subscribed, as no paper is suppled or any responsible person answers. I have also seen similar complaints in the net postings expressing anguish for your intolreable and unconcerned attitude. Will the top management wake up and set right the loss and your reputation which is at stake.
If you have any concern for your esteemed institution and for the valued subscribers who are the backbone for the growth and existance of the proud daily, please do return our money without any hesitation and save this unpleasant situation.

It has been observed few illegal construction are happening just below the high tension wire at new muneshwara layout parapana agrahara village. as per the bbmp rule it is clear that no building has to be constructed just below the ht wires of high power supply. after repeated complaints still non of the authority has taken any action over it and construction are going on without any fear. its a mere negligence of the concerned authority.

I have taken annual subscription for Deccan Herald News Paper and Sudha Magazine from November2015. The supplies were regular till July end. Now the News Paper Agent Mr. Kumar (Rajarajeshwari News Agent) is claimimg that my subscription has ended by July16 and stopped the supplies. Unfortunately I do not have the acknowledgement or the receipt for the subscription made by cheque personally to Mr.Rakesh Your marketting executive and RR Nagar Distributer Mr. Mahesh on their Home Visit by end October 2015. The Cheques were encashed on 4th November. I have sent an e-mail to Readersservicecell on10th Aug16 and yet to receive any response. Kindly arrange to resolve the problem.

I gave him the check 2 months back and he told me, they will start delivering the newspaper from 1st August, 2016.

It has been 11 days from now and the person is not picking up my call.

I got a message from Deccan herald on receiving the 499 Rs/- through check.

The receipt number is 29673.(DYS)

We have subscribed for deccan herald 1 yr subscription vide receipt no.21998 dtd 14.06.2016. Chq no. 6541 of icici is credited to dh account on 29.06.

Inspite of the amount credited the paper delivery is not started. I have been following up with mr. Hiremath [protected] & as per his instruction manju[protected], vishwanath [protected].

I have also visited your office to no avail.

Please refund the amount immediately if not interested, awaiting your immediate response before escalation in social media.
