Deccan Herald — Worst service for subscription

I am disappointed in the issue of Subscription made by your Mangalore office. Your mangalore office gives very very poor response to the subscription issue.This is happening for the second time. I have subscribed to the DeccanHerald paper for 1 year by paying amount of Rs 799 for the period starting from[protected] to[protected]. The paper has not yet commenced, on equiring with the person who accepted the subscription amount, he is replying that it will be started, or refunded. The calls made to him are not received at all. I had great respect for the group newspaper, ads, magazines.Such an incident makes me think twice and makes my opinion clear when I speak to others on such matters. Please resolve the issue or else refund the amount. I am deeply hurt in this issue and need suitable solution to this simple issue. I wish to remind that success of newspaper(or anything) depends on the proper servicing (customer service). Readers pl note that a fraudster (named ashish verma bearing number [protected]) calls and pretends he is from the company from whom against we gave the complaint, and he tells he will refund the amount and wants the bank details like card details or net bank details.

Be aware of this fraudster, his number was [protected]
pls record his voice and submit to crime police.
