Deckup.in — Product not delivered even though payment was done

Ordered 2 TV units and one indoor swing from the website Deckup.in on 11th October and the payment was made using UPI as cash on delivery was not available.

After placing the order, got an email confirmation from email id sale.[protected]@gmail.com mentioning that the product will be delivered by October 23rd.

Followed with them around 20th Oct on the order status through WhatsApp no. ([protected]) given on their website Deckup.in to which got a response that you will get an SMS as soon as the furniture is shipped.

After that there is no communication, even the number is not connecting and the WhatsApp account has become a normal account from a business account.

After doing some research on the web, realized that i have been cheated by these people as they are a fraud.

Requesting your support to look into this matter and help us get a refund.

Quite a number of people have lost their money to these frauds.
