[Resolved]  Defence City Developers — Defence city developers not returning invested amount after cancellation of booking

I had booked a 3000sq ft plot with defence city developers who gave a lot of false promises that the scheme would come up. But it is brought out that the area still a inhabitable place and the state hasnt changed much since when i had done the booking. The developers still keep asking for the complete money. Seeing this state that i have withdrawn my booking and am asking for my refund since last 5 months. The defence city developers are refusing to even attend to me and not returning my hard earned money. If any one can help me, kindly advise R sinha
