After payment neither item nor any email received

Sir as per the advice of capital first (Idfc) i had foreclosed my loan bearing number 8346805 but company is not updating my cibil as i had called and mail several times they told me they will update, but they are not updating, my name is nelson horo pan : acoph8506j. They told me to check again i check but cibil is not updated and showing post (Wo) settled written off (2000/-)

I got a 3000 sq ft plot registered in my name in 2012 in defence city project.
Since then no development has been done on the site, leave apart constructing the bungalows or developing it into a city. The price charged for me for the land was 750 per sq ft and was told by col raina, the dgm marketing, through his letter that the prices had gone up to 2100 per sqft.

Now on enquiring from the local villagers, it has come to my knowledge that it is still an agricultural land and no permission has been granted to defence city developers to construct a city on this land. The cost of the land is quoted too high to me.

Also when i sent my rep to defence city developers office to know about the project, he was not given any positive response by the staff and was denied a visit to the site. The info he could gather from the localities near the site was that it is a scan and that the same plots have been sold to multiple buyers.

Since i have already paid around 15 lakhs to defence city developers due to their continuous insistence and threats of levying 18% interest, i need help in getting my money back as it seems to be a fraud and i am scared of losing my money.

Respted sir i am ex-servicemen wef 01, aug 18 till dt my pension is not getting to. E by my paying branch nandgaon code no 0434. My acct no [protected]. My ppo nois[protected]. I have contacted cppc belapur but they have not confirm they advice me to contact ur paying bran h. But my paying branch landline no was unattended so much time. If the company is only taking money, pressurising investors for full payments. And not handing over the plots and not responding

The builder is not registering the project under rera even today after law made in july 2017, to compulsorily register the project.

Do take help of excellent law brought by govt, for helping respected investors, to protect their hard earned money

1. I entered into sale deed execution with defence city developers pvt ltd pune in jul 08 after payment of rs 03 lac for a 3000 sqft developed plot in defence city at village bhawadi taluka haveli, district pune.
2. Subsequently we came to know that it was an agriculture land which need to be converted to na land for development.
3. After that company kept pressurizing for balance payment of rs 09 lac without any development...

I hav invested rs13 lakhs in this project at wagholi, pune but this area is almost in a similar condition with miniscule development in the past 6 yrs,.. Now i have to pay the balance 8lakhs for the 3000 sq feet plot iv booked. Can anyone please guide me about this property, whether its a fraud or genuine.

I had booked a 3000sq ft plot with defence city developers who gave a lot of false promises that the scheme would come up. But it is brought out that the area still a inhabitable place and the state hasnt changed much since when i had done the booking. The developers still keep asking for the complete money. Seeing this state that i have withdrawn my booking and am asking for my refund since last 5 months. Work on resort and club.
They hold only a trivial space of land in the entire project. The rest belongs to the local villages who belong to the scheduled tribes / castes. It is illegal to sell / purchase land belonging to them.

The construction of boundary wall. & zen garden’s:
Contractors haven’t been paid. They were assaulted by the villagers and they ran off.
