My residence address is Flat No. 1144 Ground Floor, Block No. GH1, PKT -1, Rohini Sec -29 Delhi. One pipeline to drain the water from the roof is leaked for a long time and the water is always poured into my flat. It is used for entire building to drain the water from the roof not for any individual flat. So that it is responsibility of DDA/RWA to fix it. It is my humble request to take necessary action as soon as possible.

There is absolutely no sweeping or any other cleaning activity being done in A Block, Sector 8, Dwarka. The roads are full of dust, the rain water drains are choked and half of the street lights don't work.

I would like to draw your attention towards a DDA property where owner died and now no one is looking after the property.
Due to no maintenance of the said property it has become house of rodents (rats) and now sewage water is flowing out of the main gate. Walls of the property are soaked in water is threat to our property which is right above this flat.
There are serious hygiene and considering COVID situation, I urge someone from DDA to take over this property and get the cleaning done.

I, Khyati Gupta, D/o Dwarka Dass Gupta, want to state that, I want to be aware of the following information:

The dhalao next to my ancestral home is overflowing with garbage. People have made it dumping ground. It is such an eye sore and its badly impacting my house where elderly couple lives in. This area which next to my house is a dumping ground from 10 years now with pigs running amok and pungent smell is coming to house creating health hazard. My property is getting badly are under grave threat from garbage dumps emitting noxious gases. Apart from the unpleasant view and foul smell, the filth surrounding my buildings is as harmful to their edifice as it is for us. Dumping rubbish diminishing my property value and affecting its health.

It is also pertinent to mention that water is seeping from the debris which is going inside my house and digging the foundation of the building. Moreover, in the rain, the water gets filled in the whole house which is spoiling and weakening the walls of my house.

Due to the flooding of the walls, the entire lantern has also been flooded and the roof of the house has also bowed down.

Up to 25 feet of rubbish has been collected near my house, which has fallen to the roof of my house.There is a danger of bending down the roof, it can hurt anyone which can lead to serious consequences. My home is facing a severe leakage problem, which in result leads to thin pieces of metal that are installed under shingles and on the joints of the roof got exposed.

In the past also we had already invested lot of time and money to fix this issue. But all went in vain. Me and my family is not only struggling with this issue but also facing mental tension, simultaneously it is also inviting physical troubles for all o[censored]s. All o[censored]s are being affected by this situation.

I request you to kindly address these issues immediately as all o[censored]s are really disturbed by it. You can contact me for further details. I would be very thankful to you.

This is to inform you that there is an illegal construction in commercial area and also using parking as a office which is totally without permission and there is no action against this illegal construction in that area which is also creating difficulty for residential houses situated near by to this place it's in New Delhi . Providing you the address and requesting to take an urgent action regarding this so that others not bear difficulty due to this. Its A-248, labour chowk, zero road, adharsh nahar, new Delhi-110033.

Water supply pipelines of various quarters of my block are damaged due to rusting and one of those is broken, due to which a lot of water getting wasted. If these are not repaired, other pipes are also broken soon. So I requested to you kindly repaired soon otherwise replaced them soon.

I had applied for cancellation of the flat allotted to me through draw of lot but the amount refunded to me was short by Rs.20000/-(Twenty thousand only), even though i had applied for cancellation well within the stipulated time of 15 days of the allotment. The refund was delayed by almost 2 months. No contact details of the concerned person was available, with whom i could get in touch for redressal of my cancellation status. This is unjustified and Rs.20000/- is not a small amount for a middle class person. Kindly refund the balance amount to my account asap.

I have to inform you that their is unauthorized illegal Occupancy on DDA plot No D31 Timarpur Truck Parking has been taken place by Ameer Hasan and his family. Already informed several times to timarpur Truck parking authority but somehow their with the help of some persons or officals these unauthorized illegal occupancy has been taken place. Now Ameer Hasan and his family members captured the whole DDA plot D31 and whole road even tress pass is not possible and someone to clear the road area they people start fighting and told NOBODY will dare to touch them because they bribe all the officials. The whole road is lying with small pieces of glass and also create noise pollution, air pollution and create nuisance.
Please if govt. know that they are doing illegal occupancy why govt. not stop them. Nobody wants to fight them, situation is getting worst. Request to authority to look into the matter and shutdown these unauthorized occupancy with heavy penalties at the earliest to avoid any unwanted situation in future.

Due to illegal construction of 3rd floor the water of my motor doesn't reach upto top floor.
Mr. Anil rewaria located on 2nd floor constructed 3rd floor illegally and shifted my water tank to 4th floor that's why my motors water doesn't reach up to top floor.
In this connection your good self is kindly requested to make Mr. Anil convinced to shift my water tank to 3rd floor.

This complain is about dwarka 23 B, DDA flats. The security guards does not wear mask any time and misbehave with uber drivers . They ask drivers and mislaneous people to park outside first and then do entry, which often leads to traffic jam outside the society and leads great inconvinience to society residents and uber drivers. Comparitively in any other residential society, respective security guards do entry itself and save lot of time of others and traffic jam.
I humbly request you to kindly look the matter for better administration, And please ensure about the mask matter.

I applied for freehold process for my DDA LIG flat in BB Block west, Shalimar Bagh on 26th Feb, 2019 and still my application is pending as on the DDA site comments are given as 'Deficiency letter issued on 17.02.2021. However, I haven't received the same till date. Also as per mail of DDA Housing Director Mr. S P Agarwal, my conversion deed has been approved has been sent through post on 11th Feb, 2021. This process is getting delayed from a long time and still DDA authority is struggling to complete their pending task even after the lockdown is over and all authorities are functioning properly. I have attached some proofs of my freehold process and also the mail of Housing Director stating the conversion deed has been approved and still I haven't received the same.
Please help me in solving my case asap since I have already paid DDA conversion fees of Rs. 72, 000 till date and still there is no signal of getting the process completed.

Due to heavy rain, there is water logging and sewage logging in the area..

Botonical Park 3rd pusta jagjeet nagar me jab aaj me evening walk ke liye gya mene dekha park me fire laga kar waisted plant ko jalaya ja rha hai jab ke delhi me court ke order anusare koi bhi kude me bhi aag laga nhi shakta, jise contractor ko park me cleaning ka contract mela hai vo plants me paani bhi nhi deta oolta aage laga kar palnts ko jala rha hai, pollution bhi fala rha hai jiseki park me aaye sabhi logo ka swasty kharab ho rha hai, turant karwai karke isse ko roka jaya aashi aap se request hai.

This is to inform you that we are getting sewage water mixed with regular water supply in Sector26 Rohini A block Delhi 110085.

We tried to call the helpline number but to no avail. Please get it checked asap.

We have this problem from last 2 weeks but we were not able to complain through proper channels, we complained in DJB but nothing happened. This is not acceptable.

6-7 street lights are not working. This is a matter of concern as there are few chain/phone snatching happened here recently. It is not safe at all.
