Hi Sir,

I am Bachcha Babu live in flat no C-832 Pocket 11 Jasola - 110025 and Laiq Ahmad live in flat no C-816 Pocket 11 Jasola - 110025. Unauthorized wall and balcony buildup falt no C-828 in the friont of our flat by owner due to this reason we are not feeling well and proper ventilation issue and our family are not feeling well and getting different types off illness also. there is no poroper oxygen due to this reason we are not sleeping and feeling difculty for breathing. Our flat and tower wall is creck for Unauthorized development due to this reason entire building is damage. So that there is a possibility of something big happening in future. We and our children can not go outside due to the covid Situation.

This is to bring into your notice, in the current water bill (Bill no. 836592 dated 11/06/2021), the previous bill amount (Rs. 466 with late payment) is added which was already paid (Rs. 444) on dated 20/03/2021 against the bill (Bill no. 822890 dated 10/03/2021).

I had not checked the current bill before the payment and paid the total amount Rs. 905 on dated 04/07/2021 against the bill no. 836592.br...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the DDA Housing scheme 2021. During the online lottery draw our application got selected as well. But due to some personal issue we returned the Flat within the returnable period. It's been almost 2 months and my money has not been refunded. Whenever I am uploading the required documents the officials are rejecting due to invalid reasons. Now I have corrected the bank account number and uploaded the document as well.
Now the money is on hold due to joint account in the bank account.

I visited the DDA office (Vikas Bhawan) and I was told to contact the DDA officials through email and mobile. They have given the Mobile no of Mr, M.K Saxena. But This person is not responding either through call or whatsapp messaging. Also they have told me to take a prior appointment through DDA appointment portal. But this portal is not working hence I can not take the appointment as well. Kindly look into this matter on priority basis and do the needful to refund the amount as soon as possible. I urgently need the money.

I am from PVC MARKET TIKRI KALAN NEW DELHI. I want to inform about corruption and bribe given by our market people to DDA authorities for working on DDA Land. and one officer named Mr. CB Singhla AE. Visits our area and asks for bribe and when we denied he brought JCB crane and destroyed our goods.
Around Lakhs of rupees is collected from our market. And Given to dda officials.
Even Many DDA alloted plots are illegaly working as land owners have not even paid the amount of auctioned land and using it as their grandfather's property.
Its my humble request to DDA chief please visit our area once.
Or give this land on lease to us. So that we can fulfill our basic needs.

The condition of the park is very pathetic. There is no one to take care of it. The gardener is a very corrupt man, who comes only occasionally. Here the condition of trees and plants is bad, they are drying up in summer. You are requested to remove this corrupt gardener, and another gardener should be posted here, which will make this park green and beautiful so that the people around this park can get pure air.

In Vijay mandal park on Sarvodaya side at D-260 wall, the concertina coil fencing is broken . Thus there is trespassing and theft. Kindly provide fencing there and oblige.

The overhead kitchen tank belonging to the flat no 668 above mine is cracked and leaking continuously for the past month causing wastage of water and creating muddy potholes below RWA not taking action please take action to prevent unnecessary wastage of water

Around my flat Cement slabs are missing the sewer drain running around my flat is open and clogged causing mosquitoes and other insects infestation RWa not responding kindly take action

2 room set on terrace unauthorised construction

This is to inform you that I am the resident of rohini, sector-20, pocket-16, and I am very upset by deteriorating condition of near by park. There is garbage everywhere and the dustbin of the park is not used at all. The swings are long gone and there is no light and there is no maintenance person over there.
As it very insecure to go there for walk in the night. Most of the people are drinking over there as it a matter of security...

Myself Salma siddiqui. I am a widow. And I am a resident of house no. 1540, Pahari darzian chitli qabar jama masjid delhi-6.

There is a continuous leakage on my floor. This leakage has caused a very big loss to my home and to my children. We have talked to him who is responsible for this havoc. His name is Jamal uddin. He resides above us on the second floor and we live at the first floor.

I am attaching some pictures which are horrible to see. Please give your kind attention to this matter as it is been continuously leaking everyday and they are not even bothered. We warn them that we will lodge a complaint against them but they don't care.

It is a ground floor flat and there is an empty lot next to our home and it is used by different children from morning 6:00 AM to midnight for playing games and every time the ball lands in our balcony and children ring our bell. We are constantly harassed in this manner for many years and me and my old parents are feeling frustrated because no one listens to us. Please help us. If children have right to play, we also have right to live our life peacefully in our home. At one point it was decided that children should play at specific time and not harass us. but again different children play different games and continue to harass us and do not listen to us. my old parents have medical condition and they are extremely affected by this. please help us.

My correct name is Kumar Alok, allotee of 2014 housing scheme Of LIG flat and got allotted flat No-50 Block C-21, Pkt-2 Sec.- 34, Rohini. I got water connection from DDA office near Madhban chawk. My flat is vacant. There is no water connection and no water tank of my flat. However I received water bill I saw that due to the mistake of office my name in the bill is endorsed as Alok Kumar in place of Kumar Alok.
Therefore I request that my name may be corrected as per record as KUMAR ALOK in place of Alok Kumar.
I shall be obliged for this.
