Res sir,
I am a member of dda sports complex paschim vihar.
My complaint is about the construction work going on in the complex from the last 8 _ 10 months, approximately an year.
Tennis court is under construction, basket ball and badminton court are also undergoing construction.
Can you pls tell me, being a permanent member if my kids are not able to play their game, for what am i paying the fees?
This work should be completed as soon as possible. Lockdown period is about to over but the construction in the sports complex is still going on. Can you please give me an idea how long will it take to complete this work?

Street Light adjacent to green belt is not working .

Due to bus depot Ranikhera huge water are throwing into DDA ground due to which around 5 fts water accumulated in DDA ground which spread desease of mosquitoes also the houses built around it are in danger
So please remove water from DDA ground and also stop bus depot to thraugh water in to the lake(ground)

Dear Sir,
I have applied for IGL connection on dated 26.7.20 and issued a cheque HDFC Bank C.No. 000163 Rs.6000/-I have recieved a message with issue of customer No.[protected], but no one has visited for to make the connection. When I had followed through the person collected the cheque and application form Mr. Baijnath, he said that there are server issue and it will be done soon. Today I have connected at customer care center and they said that it will take 90 days as somebody has visited and i was not their, which is wrong information entered.

Please make sure for connection at the earliest as I am in big trouble.

Leakage / seepage from 2nd floor neighbours house
Dear concern authority,

I am residing in dda mig flats at rampura first floor. The second floor are owner (House no: 14-c mig flats rampura) does not care about the maintenance of the kitchen, bathroom & toilet underground sewage pipes are choked / broken. Sir in Sector-24 rohini poket 12 delhi here house number 193 and 196 ground floor poket 12 sector 24 rohini delhi 110085 have opened shops in residential area and where unsocial elements are gathered all the time which misbehave with the ladies and gents of the area and in the evening there is alcohol party on both the shops so please seal these both shops and make sure they are not opened again

This is regarding the upkeep of the dda park situated behind the dda, sfs flats (Lig), category 1, sheikh sarai, phase-1. The trees are overgrown and in a state of falling downwards thus obstructing the residents who go for a walk in the park. The trees need pruning/cut due to the onset of monsoon. When contacted the mali he says we need to contact horticulture department. Neither the site is working nor anyoone picking up the phone.

Request to take immediate action and maintain the park in a proper maner.

Sir, i am vandana, i want to file a complaint regarding the payment and booking issue of dda flat.
On dated.12-aug-2020, i have registered for a flat in dda in ews quota (Narela). For this i have paid rs.10, 000 for the registration. After this process of payment i didn't get any receipt from dda but unfortunately, my money was deducted from my account, but still the flat is not booked.
When i contacted to the bank they said that the money is deducted and the payment is done to dda through online payment. The details i have attached...
After this procedure, i have contacted to dda, but no-one is going to pick up the call, sometimes the number is not working and sometimes they don't pick up the phone. I have tried many times but somehow no answer was given.
I had also visited to dda office (Vikas sadan), they told me that "this is a online process, we can't do anything here, so try this online". They gave me some contact numbers, but when i called them, no-one is picking up the call. I am also giving you those numbers which i have tried...!

Sir, it is a humble request to you, that please identify and look after this issue, because i am a ews (Economically weaker section) class woman and i works as a maid in a officer's house.
I had tried to book the flat because i thought that i will buy my own house, and recently i m living in a servant quarter. But unfortunately, i am stuck in this worst situation. I have earned this money from my hard work. This amount really mean to me.
So please, it is a humble request to you, to kindly look after this issue. And please forward this to the concerned departments.

That from the past one month, there is a problem of water logging behind my colony. That if this problem continues to persist, it may create difficult circumstances for the residents of colony as it may give rise to various diseases.
I have full faith in the authorities that my problem will be heard and immediate action will be taken.

Dear team,

Due to heavy rainfall in the last few days, dda park located in cr park 88 block wall has fallen. It can cause injury to many people if not repaired or taken care immediately.

Please do the needful. I am president of 88 block.

There is rampant violation of safety guidelines in illegal and unauthorized construction being done by several house owners of Block 166-168, Pocket-A, Mayur Vihar Phase 2. They are causing problems to other residents of the block as work goes on at odd hours and construction material is spread around the common passage area and two wheeler parking area. The illegal construction which is going on without permission from DDA is a safety hazard as it is weakening the building. There is lot of noise pollution also. Labours do not wear mask and keep moving up and downstairs causing health hazard to other residents of the block as well. Please take necessary action.

FILE/DEMAND LETTER NO. : F 14(5)/2019/CE/1/2187

Sir,

I was highest bidder for Shop no 36, Laxmi Nagar Distt Centre, under
Mega Auction- 5 held on 28.07.2019.

I have have received demand letter dated 22.10.2019 for balance
payment which has been duly paid and requirement for possession were
submitted on 21.11.2019. But till date I have not got any information
regarding possession of my shop.
I have visited many times to Deputy Director(CE), they confirmed that
there is no other requirement from my side, but no satisfactory
response received regarding possession of said shop.
Sir, I humbly request you to that all the requirements from my side
have been fulfilled, kindly hand over the shop to me at the earliest.

I am a resident of Sector E, pocket 2, Vasant Kunj.
Since past 5-6 years half of the society get drowned in water during every rainfall.
Nobody has taken any action regarding this.

This is kakoli dutta (House no. 164-a j and k pocket dilshad garden delhi-110095.)
The roof of house getting damage due to seepage. The seepage is causing due to regular knocking of grinding tool instead of mixer grinder from the house above us. One major cause is due to renovation of the house above our house. Neighbour above us are not listening us and still keeps knocking.

This is to state that dda park in pocket 7 of sector-22, rohini, delhi, 110086, is in a very poor condition.

No worker/attendant is seen in the park for past 1 year to maintain it.
As it is a very samll park and surrounded by residential houses any misuse of this park directly affets the resident of these surrounded houses.

Grass is growing and turn into bushes.
Gardner not maintain it properly gym equipments are in bad condition.

Pure apathy of the relevant dept is likely to turn this park into a garbage dump pretty soon.

We have tried to contact the horticulture dept as well as local staff in sector-22 rohini many a times, but in vain.

Hope this concern can reach the right officer & necessary action is taken.

Hello sir,

It has been noticed that people from 93a, sant nager, east of kailash -110065 are throwing garbage in park continuously even requesting many times to not to do so.

Most of all have opened their business & store and they don't care if park is getting dirty or destroying natural things.

I would request you please take immediate action so that this activity can be stopped and we can keep our park clear.
