Hello sir,

I just inform you that, my elder brother (Vinod kumar kharwar) had applied for flat in dda housing scheme 2019 in the month of may (8 may, 2019) with 1 lakh rupees whose application form no is : 111648, but unfortunately he had not alloted flat in dda housing scheme result list, he has not regret for this due to it's an part of policy but he has not received refund money of 1 lakh rupees till now.

So, it's an humble request please look into this problem, i'll very thankful to you for getting help in this matter.

Sir, i had applied dda lig flat and the same has been allotted to me, but due to some domestic reasons i was unable to takeover the flat and i had applied for surrender/ cancellation of the allotment. Still, after 2 moths of my application of surrender of allotment, i haven't received the registration amount. Request to do the refund on urgent basis as the money required for some personal need. I am residing in flat no 210, poket gh 1, sector 28, rohini. Water sepage problem exits for 8 years. Land lord and tenant both are not paying attention on continuous complaint. We are facing lots of problem due to water sepage. Whenever we complaint about the sepage they are just not interested to solve my problem. Please help us to solve our problem immediately.

I have booked a community hall with refunded security deposit amount of rs. 12830 with dda alaknanda, new delhi dated 28th april 2017. Still i have not received any refunded amount till date. My payment transaction no id ctx[protected] dated 28/04/2017. Dda told that amount has refunded but still not getting any amount. Please do the needful so that i will able to take my money as soon as possible.

But i am deeply saddened with the pathetic condition of park behind “g” block which become a garbage dumping ground.

The photos attached with this request are clear evidence of the ppathetic condition of the park.

Secretary of our block has puts some restrictions in the park, kids will not play football and outsiders (Out of the block) will not play in the park. She continuously speak that she came in the park for gardening leaving her personal work and she gave full authority to kids known to her to play and she force to play on the other park and she puts a lock on the public park so that we cannot enter. I just want an solution to this problem i hope you will do some better work for the betterment’s of the society and for the lovely kids.

I, Anshul Jain purchased a lig flat number 557, top floor, pocket gh4, sector 28 rohini, from the original allottee nikhil Rajeev, in 2013. Since the area is still lacking some of the basic facilities necessary of habitation, the flat is still unoccupied and vacant ever since its allotment. However a latest water bill for consumer category - residential/lig/vacant, amounting to rs. 12537/- bill dated - 22 Oct 2019, has since been received...

I surrendered my allotted flat on 1st August, and i'm still waiting for my refund. They are no picking up there landline and there call center is of no use for me. My cancellation status is still stuck with Account Officer approval for the last one month.

I have taken loan from my bank against which they are charging interest to me on daily basis.
Kindly help me out.

We are residents of bindapur dda flats eblock residents. Recently chhaat puja celebrated in dda's park behind bharat ghar, near shani bazaar chowk. Dda park wall broken by organizers of chhaat puja committee, a large cemented water body has been made. Till now it has not closed. The dda resident facing this park imposed to mosquitoes bites. Dengue mosquitoes are happily breeding in this water body. They left us to die in this situation. Please help us take action immediately to close this watet body. I have enclosed pictures for your reference.

House number 189, pocket a-3, sector-5, rohini, delhi 110085. Builder has extended their balcony area so much and close to high tension wires which is very dangerous for those who will purchase it. And rwa is doing nothing to stop such non sense which is being created. Illegal construction is going on. The property was vacant for more than 30 years no one appeared but one day they initially build a cemented wall then after two months they started construction and their tin shade is also extended so much that it is obstructing the street. Please rake initiative on this matter.

I have applied for the refund of surrendered flat (Narela lig) and till date i have not received the refund, on helpline number they tells that refund will be made within 1-2 days. This is a set format answer since last 20 days.

I was successful in the subject scheme for flat in Vasant Kunj My Form no is 90363
In spite of our best efforts Registration amount of Rs. 2, 00, 000 has not been refunded. I have contacted[protected] serval times. Also been trying to reach telephone numbers given to me
[protected],[protected] but regret to say that they never pick up the call . I have been trying for the last 15-20 days
on checking on the net, it says that it is pending with DD since 7.11.2019
Request the authorities to look into this and refund the said amount.
I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to visit DDA office

Sir we are residing in dda flats in sector 8, jasola vihar, south delhi. Here there are at least 20-30 dogs in our street and it's not safe for our kids also as so many cases came of dog bitting here also because of night barking we are not not able to sleep, the roads in the morning is full of dogs #, it's too difficult to reside in this sector now. No one is doing anything regarding this. Plz consider our problem in priority level and do the needful

Hum yahan laxmi park extension ranhola new delhi 110041 mein rehte hain. Yahan par kuch galiyan to paki h jahan par paki cement ki roads hain. Par humari gali abhi bhi kachi h aur humari gali mein koi naali bhi nahi bani hui h. Jiski wajah se hume bahut pareshaani ho rahi hain. Humne humare yahan k vidhayak se bhi kai baar complaint ki par woh bhi kuch nahi kar rahe hain. Kripya karke humari gali ka bhi nirmaan krwaiye ab toh sirf aap hi ka sahara hain. We hope ki aap humari pareshaani ko samjhenge aur koi sahi faisla lenge taki humari zindagi main bhi sudhakar ho sake. Aapki delhi mein rehne wala ek aadmi aapse request kar raha hai ki aap humari pareshaani samjhe aur humari taklifon ko door kare.

Sir at my location there id a couple of flats are in very dangerous condition and no one is out there for the repairs. form last 10 years o don't seen any one in these flats. so these flates are in very nasty condition.
please do the needful for the same.

Park facing house numbers a-1/144 to a-1/153 paschim vihar new delhi 110063 there are no swings for kids to enjoy and no exercise machines for senior citizens to exercise a bit

Please help us with below
1 cleaning of park
2 swings or jhulley for kids
3 exercise machines for senior members
4 walking jogging running tracks
5 plants flora

Leaving park open and dirty is leading to spoil men using it for smoking drinking and playing aggressive games like football causing damage to local people property also leading to fights and police complaints

Hi Team,

Requesting you to please help in closing the case ASAP, had already raised complaints so many times but no response at their end, in DDA as well as PWD, Road is badly broken from Dabri mor to dwarka power house(Dabri Dwarka road) and vice versa due to which accidents are happening on daily basis, there are so many holes on both sides of road, complete road is badly broken but no action is being take from past 2-3 months.

Dear sir,
There is a open ground in gidwani road adarsh nagar delhi where everyone is putting garbage.
I wish to draw your attention towards the cleanliness of the locality around our area. There are dirt and filth all over the place as soon as we exit the area which has a very bad odor.

Due to the garbage lying everywhere mosquitoes and flies are attracted towards it and this gives rise to the insects entering our area as well. Complains of dengue and malaria have become common since the past couple of months.

We have complained to the local authorities about this matter but in vain.
Plz take the necessary actions immediately.

I had cancelled my flat and surrender money still not received for the 2019 housing scheme.

Don't know is it recoverable from dda or not?

I booked this in month of july and cancelled it because it was not as per my requirements and also flat was at very remote location

As per the dda we can cancel and get refund
