Dear sir as i applied my flat surrender application though online mode. My flat application was filled online mode with neft transfer amount. So now from last 1 month i am waiting for my refundable money. Is it transfer in my bank account (Mention in application form & cancel cheque upload). How much time, i wait for my refundable money.

Please reply with necessary information.

    Dear sir/ma'am,

    This is my request regarding seeking refund for my surrendered flat as the is allotted to me under online dda housing scheme 2019 on application no. 705530.

    I have received a system generated confirmation e-mail on august 01, 2019 stating that "the application for refund has been submitted successfully to concerned department for further processing and registration amount will be refunded shortly to your bank account".

    Kindly speed up the refund as the earliest.

      I had surrendered flat (Allotted to me under online dda housing scheme 2019) on 31st july 2019. There us no update on my refund process even after a month.

      My application number is 900788

      I have received a confirmation mail stating that "the application for refund has been submitted successfully to concerned department for further processing and registration amount will be refunded shortly to your bank account".

        I am expecting refund for my unsuccessful application from dda. I had applied through form zero icici bank portal. Neither any cheque or ecs has been received so far. My application number is 901195.
        It has been long since dda clarified in first week of august that the refunds would be processed soon but nothing has happened for me so far

          I had applied in dda housing scheme 2019 online via formzero.in and made payment through icici bank. However my name is not present in allotted and wait-listed list and i haven’t received any intimation about the registration refund amount from icici bank as well as dda.           I tried to contact through formzero.in/institute/icici but no one responded.
          DDA helpline is also not working.

            I have not received refund of following application numbers

            906147 and 904412

            Payment was done via ICICI bank using formzero and being an unsuccessful applicant i should get the refund in my bank account till 15th AUG 2019 as per DDA refund policy.But I haven't received the refund amount yet.

            Please share the status and kindly treat this on urgent basis.

            I was unsuccessful in dda draw for housing scheme 2019 with form number 112256. It has been a month after draw but registration money has not been refunded yet and no reply from dda official on mail as well

                  I registered for an lig flat draw and paid 1lac registration amount however my name did not come in draw. My application number is 112256. I have still not received any refund however all my colleagues who filled with me have already received it last week.

                        I am savitri devi. I had applied in dda housing scheme 2019 online via formzero.in and made payment of rs 2, 00, 000/- through icici bank. My name is neither appeared on first allotted list nor on wait-list. As per the official notification on dda website, unsuccessful candidates were supposed to receive refund by 13th august 2019.                           I surrendered the flat that I received in the Housing Scheme 2019: User ID :ANEPM9355K and Application Form No.902162. I got a confirmation regarding that on 2nd August after I uploaded the relevant documents on the website.

                          However, I have not received any refund yet.

                          Everyone else I know has already received their refund.

                            There are lots of cows in our area almost40-50 cows on roads and on dda land. Both areas are always dirty full of garbage and cow dung. People suffering from several diseases because of dirty area. Daily accident occured due to cows and always cow dung spread on road school going children scared of all this. Pls help and solve the matter asap as we will be very grateful.

                              I am Chitra. I had applied in DDA housing scheme 2019 online via formzero.in and made payment through ICICI bank.                               I tried to contact DDA helpline but didn't receive any satisfactory response.

                              I have not got response directly from DDA but from ICICI Bank, Connaught Place. They called me and told that my name in application and the name in bank account I mentioned for refund isn't same. So they asked me to bring a cancelled cheque of a bank account where name is same as in application, a request letter and a copy of PAN card. It took less than five minutes for verification of documents at branch and then they released my refund on next working day.

                                DD allotted me a flat EWS flat at Narela,
                                But due to some reason; I surrendered that flat on 09-Aug-2019, Received the email of cancellation confirmation. Same attached in this comment box.

                                I was constantly following up for the payment on call; but they are not any confirmation response that.

                                Whenever I tried to connect in DDA; there is no satisfactory response from any one of the official. Let me know the concerned person contact details as well.

                                If so many people are facing the problem kindly send an application to consumer court.

                                  There is a huge missue of dda property at rohini sector 15 main road, near sector 15 rohini bus stand. The land is miused for milking purposes and no. Of cows and buffalo are brought here and then milk is sold. Land has been totally misused daily in morning and evening. Even the milk rate has been written on walls. Need a strict action against the same.

                                    I, richa verma, had been alloted dda flat 1 bhk in narela pocket g -7. I wish to surrender this flat. After filling up the cancellation form, and submitting it, i did not receive any notification for the same. Also i realised i attached the wrong document and there is no option to edit or delete it.                                       My (Durgesh kumar singh) form no. 108980. Dda housing scheme 2019 refund not received till date while it was mentioned in dda's website that upto 13.08.19 all unsuccessful applicants refund will be provided. All dda's helpline no. Useless there is no help... I have also contacted associated bank axis bank but they said that issue is to be resolved by dda first. Please resolve as soon as possible...
