Hello,

I surrendered the flat that I received in the Housing Scheme 2019: User ID :ANEPM9355K and Application Form No.902162. I got a confirmation regarding that on 2nd August after I uploaded the relevant documents on the website.

However, I have not received any refund yet.

Everyone else I know has already received their refund.

Kindly expedite the process of refund.

I have applied for for DDA Scheme 2019 using formZero.in Bank ICICI, my application number is 903616, as per DDA team they have mentioned, Unsuccessful application refund will be done soon but till now I didn't receive my money. Please late me know where I can see my application status.

There are lots of cows in our area almost40-50 cows on roads and on dda land. Both areas are always dirty full of garbage and cow dung. People suffering from several diseases because of dirty area. Daily accident occured due to cows and always cow dung spread on road school going children scared of all this. Pls help and solve the matter asap as we will be very grateful.

I am Chitra. I had applied in DDA housing scheme 2019 online via formzero.in and made payment through ICICI bank. My name is neither appeared on first allotted list nor on wait-list. As per the official notification on DDA website, unsuccessful candidates were supposed to receive refund by[protected]. I have not received it till date that is[protected]. My Application number is 904641 & applicant name is Chitra.
I tried to contact DDA helpline but didn't receive any satisfactory response.
Please help in me in getting the refund as soon as possible.

I have not got response directly from DDA but from ICICI Bank, Connaught Place. They called me and told that my name in application and the name in bank account I mentioned for refund isn't same. So they asked me to bring a cancelled cheque of a bank account where name is same as in application, a request letter and a copy of PAN card. It took less than five minutes for verification of documents at branch and then they released my refund on next working day.

Dear Sir,

DD allotted me a flat EWS flat at Narela,
But due to some reason; I surrendered that flat on 09-Aug-2019, Received the email of cancellation confirmation. Same attached in this comment box.

I was constantly following up for the payment on call; but they are not any confirmation response that.

Whenever I tried to connect in DDA; there is no satisfactory response from any one of the official. Let me know the concerned person contact details as well.

If so many people are facing the problem kindly send an application to consumer court.

There is a huge missue of dda property at rohini sector 15 main road, near sector 15 rohini bus stand. The land is miused for milking purposes and no. Of cows and buffalo are brought here and then milk is sold. Land has been totally misused daily in morning and evening. Even the milk rate has been written on walls. Need a strict action against the same.

I, richa verma, had been alloted dda flat 1 bhk in narela pocket g -7. I wish to surrender this flat. After filling up the cancellation form, and submitting it, i did not receive any notification for the same. Also i realised i attached the wrong document and there is no option to edit or delete it. I have been trying to contact the helpline number but my call is transferred from one person to another but still no one has any clue about sorting out the issue. Please help!

My (Durgesh kumar singh) form no. 108980. Dda housing scheme 2019 refund not received till date while it was mentioned in dda's website that upto 13.08.19 all unsuccessful applicants refund will be provided. All dda's helpline no. Useless there is no help... I have also contacted associated bank axis bank but they said that issue is to be resolved by dda first. Please resolve as soon as possible...

Here is lot of building waste, plastic waste and garbage dumped by local people and they also pass urine in open please place. When other people try to stop them they usually miss behave.

Draw for the DDA Housing Scheme was on 23rd Julyâ€™19 and my name was not there on the allottee list.
However its been more than 2 weeks but still I have not received refund for the application # 1100431.
Please help.

Djb has never send me any bill and when we contacted them for a new meter connection, they are showing about rs. 45000 pending bill most of which is penalty which is absurd.
How can i pay the bill when you dont send it to me?
Even now, they dont send the bill and are continuing to pile up the penalty and they say they will not install the meter until we pay this bill.
Please help us.

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had made an online booking of dda community hall (Dwarka sector 7) last year on 27 september 2018 vide request id no. 909520 for my brother's marriage on 24th january 2019.

Sir, i had made the payment of rs 15, 554/- towards the above booking and the balance amount of rs. 4, 780/- was supposed to get refunded to me after the uploading of the marriage certificate on dda’s booking portal.

Sir, this is to inform you that i had already uploaded the marriage certificate of my brother on dda portal on 14th march’19, however, it has been more than 5 months now today, but there is no information on my refund status and as a result i find it quite frustrating and disappointing.

I request concerned team in dda to expedite the refund amount against my request id no. 909520.

Looking forward to an urgent help.

Dda cancellation upload documents link not working properly. I am allotted flat 849, g-7 pocket-v narela lig flat which i don't want to buy because of space issue. I was unable to upload self attested documents on the given link and now the link is not giving me option to upload.
I tried contacting the customer care numbers but upon receipt of call the operator hanged up on me without listening and since then the line is unreachable.
I need my refund back.

Dear sir... We are facing seepage problems from above flat for a long time.. We had given two application regarding issue to society but none is ready to resolve this... Due to continous leaking caused falling ceiling and big pieces of pop falling... Its getting worst dayby day... We talked to owner of above flat also but he is not ready for cooperation... We have small kid and it may cause accident any time so please look into this matter... I reauest you please its not even gud for health...
