    I would like to inform i have taken possession of flat no. 136, kondli gharoli in september 2013, and my flat was closed for two years and now after december 2016 flat is used by tenant and now today 25th june i have received a water bill for rs. 40, 668/- from dda division no. Ed.14/dda sub div no.- iv upto 30.06.2019.

    Please correct the bill because rate of bill is rs. 363/- pm, according to my calculation bill amount should be rs. 11, 253/ (31 months x rs.363).

      This is to inform that 26th june is the last date of payment for old inventory (Siraspu) and i am unable to generate challan online. When called the customer care number i. E.[protected], they were not having the answer to my questions. Provided me the number i. E. [protected] which is never contactable, no one responds on that number. Worst service

      I want there today for the inspections and saw the jamming of washroom.
      I asked the gaurd but he is arguing and saying no one is picking the phone.
      I think you may take action against this.

        Hi, i would like to know who has installed this open gym instrument and from where they buy it. They have installed the instrument on saturday 22nd june 2019 in janakpuri c4g blockneighbourhood park open gym instrument installation. But they have not installed them properly and instrument are not in good shape. Some of them seems faulty peace. Is anyone from dda has get a chance to review of that, if not kindly visit and have a look. So that in future no such type of vendor is allowed to installed open gym in other area of delhi.

          We would like to inform you that i have done online transaction for water bill through net banking p& sind bank against my water bill consumer id : ddarz0036133 of amount 1150 approx then amount has been debited from my p& sind bank but dda form shows transaction failed. I even checked with my bank and they confirmed transaction sucessful. Dda transaction no. : 697815

                  I have made the payment through http://dda.payu.in/ddasbi/ of Rs. 2 lac but I didn't receive the acknowledgment for the same.
                  The payment of Rs. 200, 023.60/- was debited from HDFC Bank via Ref. No[protected] dtd 08 Jun 2019.

                  Need acknowledgment for my payment under dda housing scheme 2019

                    There is over flow of sewers from behind of my flat . And that sewer belongs to my neighbor flat. And it could harmful for health.
                    I already have informed to my near dda office but they aren't responding yet .
                    And it is smelling like hell it is troubling us to breath and my mom is senior citizen and she has heart disease too . It is too harmful for her .
                    Please take some immediate actions on it .

                        Hi, I had deposited INR 2 Lacs by RTGS to DDA’s account details mentioned on the online challan generated through DDA’s website on 07.06.2019.
                        An confirmation of credit to DDA’s account was also recieved at around 1:30 pm.However there has been no confirmation or updation from DDA’s end till date.

                        I am really disturbed at the way DDA is functioning as these are hard earned money of common people and such lapses at the fag end of the scheme have only increased anxiety in the family.

                            I have registered with dda online water bill payment portal as given below;

                            My consumer id: ddarz0018156 but by mistake i have not entered my correct e-mail id during registration.

                            I am not aware of password of the above consumer id ddarz001815 and whenever i am using the option of forgot password the system by default sends the otp (I. E. New password) to the e-mail entered (Which actually doesn’t exists).

                            There is no option available on dda water bill online payment portal to correct the wrong e-mail id. Nor there is any option to enter the contact i. E. Mobile number so as to receive the otp on mobile and thereafter to reset the password.

                            Whenever i will again trying to register the consumer id the system is showing the message (Consumer id already registered).

                            Now the problem is that i am not able to pay the water bill through online payment gateway of dda water bill online payment portal services.

                            I am sure there are many other consumers also who are not able to use this online payment services of dda due to such minor mistakes.

                            I request you to kindly register my complaint for not able to using the online payment service of dda to pay the water bill and co-ordinate with the concerned it department of dda to fix the technical problem so that the consumer may correct (Re-register) the e-mail id or their contact number to avail such services in near future.

                              I am a resident of dda flat pocket l sheikh sarai phase ii. A small park in front of my building is not in very good condition. Few residents have completely occupied that park as their personal park. They tied long wires for drying their clothes and also they use all the benches for drying their clothes. There is no supervision of that park. And weeds are growing everywhere. No one can use that park for walking or sitting or meditation purpose. Few residents always lock that park according to their need. This park is in front of 21 and 22 abcdf building. Kindly take necessary action

                                I have applied for dda housing scheme, 2019 through online application. I have done the online payment of registration of rupees 100036.58/- through form zero icici bank net-banking on 5th may, 2019. However i have not received the refund till now i. E. On 14th may, 2019. Neither it is shown in the system nor i have received any refunds but the amount has been deducted from my account and has been credited to dda account. Transaction id of icici bank: [protected] towards payee bill desk payment from my icici account amounting to rs.100036.58

                                Bill desk payment has also been confirmed as their ref no qici[protected] has been successfully updated towards reference number: [protected]. As the payment of dda

                                Kindly resolve the issue. My application no.801552 is still asking to pay. And my email address: tuteja. [protected]@gmail.com

                                It is total misuse of the money being credited to the dda and taken from the customer without given any receipt no or any information.

                                  I had applied for DDA Slum Wing Residential Flat Registration Scheme for Slum Dwellers and others - 1985 Vide Registration No. 19727 dated 29.12.1985, Priority Number 14606. It is regretted that no response has been received so far even after 34 years. In the meantime, please inform me the latest status.

                                      I am the resident of chittaranjan park a block.
                                      I could see the illegal encroachment had been done on market no 3, cr park terrace by the shop owners.
                                      All the servant rooms and kitchen had been build and at night drinking and shouting of the staff is non stop.
                                      Once should take the appropiate action and lay down the illegal contrcution being made by the shopowners.
                                      Delhi Development Authority [DDA] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
