The DDA park in pratap nagar, Hari Nagar is filled with Garbage. There is no cleaning happening even though a SDMC park adjacent to it is very clean. Please take action

Sh. Rajeshwar Parsad Sinha was allotted DDA flat 319, pocket 4, SECTOR-A-10, Narela, New Delhi by letter dated whereas flat was handed over along with water connection on[protected]. The water bill ( bill no: 72990) was calculated from the date of allotment instead of[protected]. Further, I am enclosing receipt dated September 2022 which conclusively proves that the water bill was cleared till[protected]. The current bill dated 10-aug-2023 for 18, 429 includes partial outstanding till[protected]. In view of the aforesaid, the entire bill may reworked from date of providing water connection i.e.[protected] and not from the date of allotment June-1997 and any outstanding bill till[protected] should not be considered.

Park near Gate 1 of Malakshmi park near my gate number 1 of Mahalaxmi Apartment block bg6 Paschim Vihar is in a shabby and dirty condition. we would appreciate immediate cleaning

I am writing to you today to express my deep concern regarding the cleanliness of our DDA Society. As a concerned citizen, I have noticed that the level of cleanliness in our Society has deteriorated significantly in recent months. This situation is not only unsightly but also poses a serious health hazard to our residents.
I am deeply saddened by the pathetic condition of the park behind us which become a garbage dumping ground. The photos attached to this request are clear evidence of the pathetic condition of the park. I am aware that the municipal board has a responsibility to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our Society and their park.
However, it is also important for us to take responsibility for our environment. We must work together to keep our streets, parks, and public spaces clean and free from litter and garbage.
Furthermore, I urge you to consider implementing a long-term plan to maintain cleanliness in our Society. This could include regular clean-up drives, stricter enforcement of littering laws, and educating the public on the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
In our endeavors to keep our area clean & and green, request your kind self to issue necessary orders/instructions to the concerned department to clean the park behind our house and make it a green area. I also commit to providing wholehearted….. For plantation & and maintenance of the park

My complaint about the park which is become an illegal parking for cars, auto, and tempo it’s located in U block Near Pankaj gas agency Gali no 3 . It’s dda park allotted to public for sitting but some people make it parking for this cars it’s too dangerous for us . Coz late night it’s become a place for smokers and drinker . Plz check

In this month the water bill is higher than previous month and the rate of water is 145 RS per month . Please look into this and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

apartment since 1995. I would like to bring into your consideration the illegal Construction being done at 51-A. The main construction issue is that without asking me he built a window also which is creating a problem. He also gave me warnings that he will attack me and always try to torcher me. I am a widow lady. and live alone in my apartment. That is why he always harass me. I also filed a complaint on 100 police number and on 28 june filed an fir and wrote a mail regarding but no one has come this problem .

I did a registration for online housing scheme 2023 and when i am trying to do apply here, button is not working.

I have been allotted consumer id DDANZ0017981 for my water bill generated by water cell, North zone DDA in respect of my flat no 122, A1, Siraspur, presently the consumer ID is showing invalid as a result i cannot register or pay the water bill online

Footpath repair was done in front of the Divya CGHS & other CGHS in sector 10, Dwarka. Piles of the leftover building material and stubble have been left in the service lane in front of Divya CGHS, plot number 21, sec-10 Dwarka near Pratibha vidyaltya. This leads to difficulty in commuting on the service lane and has lead to two wheelers slipping and falling down. A student riding a bicycle injured himself a couple of days back when his bicycle slipped on the rubble. There are also unlevelled gaps left over for sewer manholes which have lead to accidents. Kindly attend to it ASAP so that no one gets hurt anymore and the taxpayers get worth their while and not feel duped.

Bill no-1027464 for water charges were paid on 11th March 2023 received through UPI to DDA at 7:00 PM marked as dda.[protected]@hdfcbank but still these charges along with late payment charges added in this month water charges bill.

Request you to adjust this amount in future water bills along with late payment charges added against mine no.

The DDA park of nasirpur in Delhi, which is near pocket 9 palam, near counselor narendra girsa house
The people in the park are doing business of garbage collection because of that their is so much mosquitos and smell, no one taking proper action in it.

It has become very character for car owners at A block Bunkar colony, specially in lane besides Brahmakumaris Ashram to reserve their car parking by parking their 2 wheelers whole day. Some have built chains & barriers. This should be illegal. In DDA colonies like bunkar, car parking areas should be utilized on first come first park basis. People who protest against this have their cars scratched repeatedly and are forced to park their cars outside gate on main road, where car thefts happen often. RWA also don't seem to be interested in dealing with these things. I am myself have been victim of the same, and have lost a car to theft after being forced to park outside on main road.
Kindly take action against this kind of hooliganism.

At that place road is very poor we can see lot of very big digs bue to poor & wrost road i meet with an accident when i was going road i had given lot of complaints but no body listening moreover no street lights are working

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that there is a small Temple activity has started in the Sectir 18A park, Dwarka (next to Venkateshwara Hospital).

Such activities should be stopped immediately as we have seen many such examples where public land is usurped by building religious activities. They start with a small action and then slowly slowly they keep adding to it and suddenly it becomes large and place of worship. Then it become difficult to relocate them. It is almost like a mafia that works with a plan to get alternate land from govt or keep using the land that they capture by such activities.

These activities need to be stopped right the beginning else it becomes a problem for the authorities to manage later and legal matters take very long and tedious to overcome.

Dda .C a.U water cell north zone has sent me very huge enhanced water bill of rs.16391.00i have paid regularly bill last bill of rs.3254...00. Up to 31.03.2021.On 12.08.2021.After thati have not received any bill from you. Actually the bill amount should be rs.4128.00 asper old tariff.I am senior citizen .I am not able to pay.Please help me and send revise bill of rs.4138.00..

Today I went to drop my son at Hari Nagar DDA sports complex, where I found very unexpected/Unethical behavior of staff there specially at the Sports gate entry and when I tried to log complaint against that person to a Senior then a senior person was shouted at me without asking my complaint and using abuse language.

Kindly take strict action against them and guide them how to talk to a customer because as per my understanding they are thinking no one can do anything against them what they can speak with anyone.

Tree pruning required in Ashiana Apartment pitampura opposite metro pillar no.360. Tree branches are growing indefinitely. May fall over cars or cause damage to life. Pruning is regular activity and should be done regularly. However no pruning is done since last few years. Last week, heavy Tree branch fell opposite metro pillar no.360 due to thunderstorm. Pruning action required urgently.

I am the owner of LIG Flat No-26, D-2 Block, Pkt -2, Sector -34 Rohni & taken possession of Flat on 14 Jan 2016. At the time of possession concerned JE handover forcedly a water meter after charging 1500/-. He also told that the possession shall not be given without water meter.
After taking the possession, we were carefree keeping in mind that if DDA has security and guards, then why should we be afraid..?. Anyway, we did not pay any attention as the flat was vacant..
After about 5 years we went to see the flat and found that the thief had broken the lock and theft all the water accessories, Electricity wire, switch etc..
We found that flat like a destroyed & full of garbage scattered.
I Got a water bill against my flat of Amt Rs.17000/- in stairs.
I have No any water tape and connections in flat and Water tank also kept in my custody.
I have not electricity connection also.

Hence you are requested to consider my request on all facts & circumstances. And stop the bill with waived of previous water bills
