I, ritu rani, application number 109689, tried to upload documents for online cancellation of flat in lig which i was allotted after draw result on july 23, 2019.
I was not able to upload cancelled cheque and without that the form was submitted and now i'm not able to upload again or make changes.. I cannot find any proper helpline number working or any email detail through which i can contact the authority.
Kindly tell me what to do and where to send the documents.
This was the worst site which is filled with so many problems and no link to clarify the doubts and even faqs are for the outdated schemes.

    I am one of applicant who applied for dda housing scheme 2019 my name is Diksha Monga applied through Kotak bank application no 1101078.
    the result of draw were declared on 23 jul and i was given narela LIG flat G7 1217. I went to DDA office on 24 jul and surrendered flat as i was not interested to buy that and requested for refund. i got refund reciept from them as well. but on 25 JUL i got call from Surinder Kumar addressed him as Asst. manager contact no [protected] stating me to come dda office on friday 26 JUL and meet him as they need some more documents otherwise i will not get my refund back. i said why you calling me from personal no. and if that was so how come you have given me receipt. and then he just said word " theek h phirr bhul jao apne paise nhi milega refund"

      This complaint is regarding illegal occupancy of the deemed toilets in the model park no. 13, sector-24, rohini by the unauthorized occupants from last 3 months. Park is a public facility and in-built toilets are meant for public use. However in the park no. 13 named model park, these toilets are illegally occupied by some labor class families who cook, wash, bath, urinate etc.in the open. They have littered around the place with garbage, waste etc. They openly drink liquor in the evening and call their nearby laborers who group together and drink. It becomes really uncomfortable for the general public to use this park specially this area of the park where these laborers are staying illegally. They have full support of je (Mr. Rajesh gupta, [protected]). We have complained regarding this to the concerned je but he ignored our call and used abusive language claiming that he is the owner of this park and will not ask these laborers to vacate this place.

      2. Sir this is a serious issue and needs immediate attention. It is requested to take strict action towards this situation and help public in-general.

        I am a senior citizen living in the first floor of an apartment complex.
        On the ground floor, several walls of the flat have been demolished and are being rebuilt so as to encroach on public space.
        This also has the potential to weaken the entire building and reduce my security.
        I have made several police complaints and they have come and seen the site.
        Urgent action is requested to halt this encroachment and modification

          I had paid rs 10000/ for online booking of flat in rohini area with trans no[protected] syndicate bank on
          07/02/19 which was deducted from my bank but not appeared in online login with mob no [protected] fvg lakshay narang. Seems an unsuccessful transaction. I have written many mails to dda not not getting any response. Kindly see to it and refund the amount.

              I would like to inform i have taken possession of flat no. 136, kondli gharoli in september 2013, and my flat was closed for two years and now after december 2016 flat is used by tenant and now today 25th june i have received a water bill for rs. 40, 668/- from dda division no. Ed.14/dda sub div no.- iv upto 30.06.2019.

              Please correct the bill because rate of bill is rs. 363/- pm, according to my calculation bill amount should be rs. 11, 253/ (31 months x rs.363).

E.[protected], they were not having the answer to my questions. Provided me the number i. E. [protected] which is never contactable, no one responds on that number. Worst service

                  Hi, i would like to know who has installed this open gym instrument and from where they buy it. They have installed the instrument on saturday 22nd june 2019 in janakpuri c4g blockneighbourhood park open gym instrument installation. But they have not installed them properly and instrument are not in good shape. Some of them seems faulty peace. Is anyone from dda has get a chance to review of that, if not kindly visit and have a look. So that in future no such type of vendor is allowed to installed open gym in other area of delhi.

I even checked with my bank and they confirmed transaction sucessful. Dda transaction no. : 697815

                            I have made the payment through http://dda.payu.in/ddasbi/ of Rs. 2 lac but I didn't receive the acknowledgment for the same.
                            The payment of Rs. 200, 023.60/- was debited from HDFC Bank via Ref. No[protected] dtd 08 Jun 2019.

                              There is over flow of sewers from behind of my flat . And that sewer belongs to my neighbor flat. And it could harmful for health.

                                  Hi, I had deposited INR 2 Lacs by RTGS to DDA’s account details mentioned on the online challan generated through DDA’s website on 07.06.2019.
                                  An confirmation of credit to DDA’s account was also recieved at around 1:30 pm.However there has been no confirmation or updation from DDA’s end till date.

                                      My consumer id: ddarz0018156 but by mistake i have not entered my correct e-mail id during registration.

                                      I am not aware of password of the above consumer id ddarz001815 and whenever i am using the option of forgot password the system by default sends the otp (I. E. New password) to the e-mail entered (Which actually doesn’t exists).

                                      There is no option available on dda water bill online payment portal to correct the wrong e-mail id. Nor there is any option to enter the contact i. E. Mobile number so as to receive the otp on mobile and thereafter to reset the password.

                                      Whenever i will again trying to register the consumer id the system is showing the message (Consumer id already registered).

                                      Now the problem is that i am not able to pay the water bill through online payment gateway of dda water bill online payment portal services.

                                      I am sure there are many other consumers also who are not able to use this online payment services of dda due to such minor mistakes.

                                      I request you to kindly register my complaint for not able to using the online payment service of dda to pay the water bill and co-ordinate with the concerned it department of dda to fix the technical problem so that the consumer may correct (Re-register) the e-mail id or their contact number to avail such services in near future.

                                        I am a resident of dda flat pocket l sheikh sarai phase ii. A small park in front of my building is not in very good condition. Few residents have completely occupied that park as their personal park. They tied long wires for drying their clothes and also they use all the benches for drying their clothes. There is no supervision of that park. And weeds are growing everywhere. No one can use that park for walking or sitting or meditation purpose. Few residents always lock that park according to their need. This park is in front of 21 and 22 abcdf building. Kindly take necessary action

                                        I'm a citizen of M.S. block, Hari nagar, New Delhi. I want to explain about unauthorised property (jhugis) in ur area. As 70% problem of Ms block cause by this including theft, robbery, disease etc. Its about 3000jhugis are there. Which causes Traffic jam interconnecting roads.
