I have applied for dda housing scheme, 2019 through online application. I have done the online payment of registration of rupees 100036.58/- through form zero icici bank net-banking on 5th may, 2019. However i have not received the refund till now i. E. On 14th may, 2019. Neither it is shown in the system nor i have received any refunds but the amount has been deducted from my account and has been credited to dda account. Transaction id of icici bank: [protected] towards payee bill desk payment from my icici account amounting to rs.100036.58

Bill desk payment has also been confirmed as their ref no qici[protected] has been successfully updated towards reference number: [protected]. As the payment of dda

Kindly resolve the issue. My application no.801552 is still asking to pay. And my email address: tuteja. [protected]@gmail.com

It is total misuse of the money being credited to the dda and taken from the customer without given any receipt no or any information.

I had applied for DDA Slum Wing Residential Flat Registration Scheme for Slum Dwellers and others - 1985 Vide Registration No. 19727 dated 29.12.1985, Priority Number 14606. It is regretted that no response has been received so far even after 34 years. In the meantime, please inform me the latest status.

I am the resident of chittaranjan park a block.
I could see the illegal encroachment had been done on market no 3, cr park terrace by the shop owners.
All the servant rooms and kitchen had been build and at night drinking and shouting of the staff is non stop.
Once should take the appropiate action and lay down the illegal contrcution being made by the shopowners.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of d7 vasant kunj - 110070 area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on flat number d7- 7001, the owner keeps on increasing the area he has covered on back side and both on side ways, now construction is going on by road side. He has also occupied the parking area keeping the large gumloas. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

Covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area on the road. The nearby buildings addressed wz - 146, wz - 145 nimri gaon, shastri nagar and a small temple already had covered the area on the road. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

For safety reasons i am not disclosing my identity to you.. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

We had booked dda flats under dda 2017 scheme but later surrendered the same. All formalities were done as per protocol. We have following since 1 year but till date we have not received the refund. My dad is retired person with age group 60+ bt he has to run behind officials fr his own hard earned money. Please help us in getting refund.

I applied for DDA HIG Flat and paid an amount of Rs 200000/- from my Kotak savings account for my DDA application number 1100152. However, I have not got any receipt of payment and amount has been deducted vide Ref No. [protected] from my account. The payment has been failed and I am asked to again pay the same amount of Rs 2 lakhs.

Kindly update the payment status at the earliest and refund the amount.

Sewer pothole is overflowing. This is a shared pothole for 804 and 805. Every 6 months this problem occurs. Delhi jal board has inspected the pothole on the road which is 10 meters away fro our house and that is clear. The problem is with the line from our house to the road. Please repair this line.

The main sewer line near my house gets blocked regularly
But, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities.
It is very shameful for the sewage dept.

Sanitry condition around my area is very bad, people used to throw garbage there use to drink alcohol do gambling.
People in my neighbourhood are very low thinking people they cut down trees which planted by dda staff but nobody comes here to check the condition some people are doing business by keep animals like pig in large amount here in front the residence

See the pitiable condition of dda park land in pkt f - though boundary walls were got repaired, but again in dilapidated condition. At one corner near toilets, it is totally damaged, iron railings are stolen, cows and other animals graze, unsocial elements excrete in the morning and night, - people have made it a dumping ground. Last year bhawna malik got it cleaned, but it did not serve the purpose. It is suggested to get it cleaned, boundary walls repaired and the park converted into a gym and playground for children. If dda is not in a position to get the parks maintained, why do not it ask some companies to sponsor and maintain them. Instead of rising living standards, dda is responsible in taking the living standards down and down day by day. Another park nearby is in the same condition and has become the house of snakes and other insects. Dda officials to please take remedial action asap.

Sir, i have registered for the dda water bill payment with wrong e mail id and am unable to login to my account for bill payment, kindly reset the e mail so that i can re register the same with correct email id.
There is no option of resetting the password through registered phone numberand password comes to e mail id only.

Respected all the seniors, i start my complaint for my neighbor last 1 year so my complain is that. The motor (Water supply machine) is going on all the time and leak water on my top of the floor is this is hazzard me and my family all the time and they are rented and this kind of things my top floor always watery and second complaint is that no one respond this situation overnight all are shouting very loudly spokeup and this complaint forward to the society welfare community members but no one is responding so what should i do. Dda shop alloted in chilla/dallupura (Vasundhara enclave) vide draw held on 24.01.2019. Shop no. 219. Draw held on 24.01.2019 but allotment letter not received till date i. E 03.03.2019. I would like to bring in your kind notice the delay caused by dda in issuing hand over of the flat (Possession of flat dda housing scheme 2017) despite completing all formalities (Including payments and all file work). It has been almost above one year since the declaration of draw but still we are running endlessly for possession.

Biggest problem we face is that dda works only in weekdays and we have to take many leaves from our work to come to vikas sadan and do formalities (Of repeated nature).

I am paying my home-loan emi since last one year and it seems that without favour i cannot get this possession of flat for which i am entitled to. I am a poor man and cannot such afford such lengthy process.
Request you to look into it urgently and arrange to resolve it as soon as possible
