This is to be informed that some people have done unauthorize encroachment on the land of DDA at vijay vihar Ph-1, sec-4 rohini Delhi-85, Some ragpickers and kabadis have built their huts there and Some people are also trying to build an unauthorise Buildings there.Complaints have been done several times but no action has been taken yet.It has also been brought in the notice of JE and other employees who works there still no response.Due to this unauthorize encroachment some people have started taking the advantage of situation .The residents of the colony are very much harassed as DDA officials and not paying attention towards it.We request you to please stop this unauthorize encroachment on your land, we will be very thankfull to you.

Subject: Complaint letter regarding overflow of drainage in our locality.

Respected Sir,

We are residing in DDA Flat Gazipur Delhi. We are facing a sewer problem. We already complain over the phone. Complain no is[protected] &[protected].

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria and dangue. Small children playing outside the door have already affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.

Refer to the subject mentioned, we are facing a huge problem in getting the regular supply of water in pocket 10, sector 20, rohini. The water is coming in alternate days where as it should come daily at least one time, so that people can manage their day to day activities.

Requesting you to please look into it and resolve asap.

This is in regards o[censored]nnecessary water bill penalty given to us. We have already installed a new meter long time back but still getting more than 5000rs of penalty. We also visited to the rohini dda office but after accepting their fault they did not reimburse the penalty amount, hence need your urgent attention here to send us the correct water bill. Why should we pay penalty amount when meter was already installed?

Sir i have applied for dda ews flats in 2014
I received that time excess amount 1 lakh rupees in my account but bank people refund that amount to dda after that i never got my actual amount 10 thousand.
Application no. 1248557 and1248556, but it's not sure the acknowledgement no because forget the no you can check my detail as per my bank details and name.

I want to inform you that there are many shops opened in residential complex and societes of dwarka sec 6 and others sec too. There is a shop in the name of sai dairy in diamond square aprtment and arora dairy (Shahi bhalle wala) in swami dyanand aprtments in dwarka sec 6 plot no 13&14. These shops enchorch the space in and out side the societes. They are opend by the setting of rwa and rwa is colleting rent from them which is iilegal bcoz dda not allowed any commericial activiy in residential complex. There is already a local shopping complex of dda just a few meters away from these societes thay why there is no need of these shops in residential complex. Kindly take nessory action such type of illegal activies.

I am chetna patwal, w/o mr. Rajendra singh rana had surrendered the dda flat which was allotted to me in the lucky draw of dda awaas yozna 2017 on feb 8, 2017 (Surrender date)

I got the initial stamped confirmation slip of cancellation but i am still waiting for my money to be refunded.

It's been 8 months but still i have not received the amount.

Residents of flat no. 228, pocket b, sarita vihar have started illegal construction and encroachment on the roof top. They are making rooms and attached bathrooms which is going to be a nuisance for the other residents and can be dangerous to the building as well.
We request you to take immediate action against the owners of the above mentioned flat.

This is to bring to your kind attention that water logging is a serious concern over the covered drain pankha road behind kali mata mandir.

This could lead to health issues as mosquitos could breed in this water.

Kindly take measures to clean the covered drain road and dry out the logged water by opening the outlets.

On date :- 1/10/2014, i bought two forms of dda housing scheme 2014 on the name of (1-rajendra singh and 2-om prakesh) i made this purchase from rohini -14, dda office, i fiiled two forms of 1-1 lakh rupees (Form no. S - 0017184 & 0013348)
Unfortunately, acc. To rules of dda housing scheme 2014 i did not get my money refuded even not after the draw and its 17th of august/2018,[protected] its four years now, i want my money back.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait for 1 week please solve my problem and help me to get my money back and contact me at [protected] as soon as possible

I got dda flat against my application no. 1801157 under dda flats awasya yojna 2018 but have not received any allotment letter despite sending registered letter to dda to issue one. I need to deposit money but could not generate challan as allotment no. Is required for that.

So in order to generate challan i need allotment no. Which is only available thru allotment letter.

Kindly do the needful to issue one.

I had booking dda open ground for my marriage for the date 08/04/2018. I had uploaded my marriage certificate on 10/07/2018. Even spoken to dda se office on 27/07/2018 they assured me i will get refund within 7-10 days as 15 days already been passed. But since now i have not recieved any single penny from dda. Nobody is picking up phone in dda se office east. Please suggest whom to contact in this case. I will be very thankful to you.

Myself sukhdev chopra resident of house no.75-76, first floor, pocket 26, sector 24, rohini, delhi-110085. This is to inform you that our iind floor resident mr. Narender kumar nayyar has extended room and covered balcony which disturbed a lot and even though damaged our passage and electronic items also. We intimated them several times for this but they are not cooperating to us. Their labour work also giving hazard to our health like dust, pollution, sound, mental peace etc. Me and my wife are old age and diabetic too. We both are allergic to dust and pollution.
Day before yesterday we called them for same they said we will do whatever we want, you cant do nothing to us. Even for their convenience they cut down our fiber shed of balcony which makes our front look very weird and they says we will cut more if required.
Mr. Nayyar and his son deepak kumar nayyar have threaten us that we will make more portion at terrace in front of you and nothing will happen to us. From your side.
We are old age and depend on you for our better future.

Inspite of my so many complaints regarding the overdue water charges since 2years as because before electricity connection water bill was huge
And i have been following at the office since it was at vasant kunj and je confirmed as the same is not been deposited since 2years
And now when the bill is 20000 the department is sending notice for cancellation of connection

I have booked an open space located at 1 cc at h block, Dwaraka for my daughter wedding on 7 Feb, 2018.I have uploaded the marriage certificate on the DDA site for refund of security on 17 May, 2018 but I have not received any refund till now.

I have raised a grievance on DDA grievance redressal system on 2 July, 2018 and there also I didn't get any response.

Requesting you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you i swapnil kumar chakhiyar application no 1713380 have sundered my falt within the timeline given by dda.
I have received letter from dda there are some document require for processing of refund, same i have handed over on 21.05.2018 recipt no is rec/h/18/12272.
But after 2 month i have not received my refund amount.
So may time i called dda help line no but no-one pick he phone.

Request you kindly look this matter end expedite the refund process.

This is to bring in your kind consideration that the condition of the road (Sector-25, n. K bagrodia public school) is very pathetic and it leads to a lot of
Inconvenience to all the parents/school buses and is a threat for the kids as well. This road is broken and with patches its to be dangerous with scooty to pick up
Children and many people like senior citizen could not be walked regularly may be broken his legs any other problem.

Hence i would request you to kindly get the road repaired at the earliest. I hope the authorities with pay attention to this and get the problem solved soon.
