Respected sir/madam,
Sub : sewage leakage.
i mohd rizwan, I am writing this letter to inform you about the sewage leakage outside my house. the sewage is overflowing and causing a lot of problems to my family & neighbors, like-the foul smell leading to breeding of flies. We have complained about this enormous number of times but it was invain as the respective authority did not pay much attention to this. I request you to please send someone to fix this problem.

I have allotted an flat no.765 at Siraspur, delhi. But due to space issue i already surrendered it on 4 Dec, 2017 vide receipt no.REC/H/17/14557. But till date my refund amount not credited in my account. Multiple times I tried to contact DDA and two three times application given but till now i m not able to get my refund please check my complete details and refund my deposit amount.

There is a problem of water logging on the dividing road of the pocket 4 &Pocket 5 of Sector -25, Rohini whenever there is a rain. No drainage system is working for rain water drainage.Many times complaint was lodged with the DDA but no action was taken. Chances of Dengue and Malaria are also there as water remain present for 4-5 days. Further there is also problem of cluttering of building material left by the builder after construction on the road.

I Omparkash Channel deposited Rs 3000 along with application documents form in Oriental Bank of Commerce in Darya Gang on 30/12/85 for DDA SLUM wing residential plots. I already Have Registration No 15865/ Gen and I also having application No 35739.
Till time I have not received any letter or any kind of intimation call / information from DDA SLUM depart. I have reached in DDA SLUM office so many times but no one entertain us. Main Complain: My flat no is BF-14 FORTH FLOOR DDA FLAT MUNIRKA
Delhi-110067. I need urgent help from DDA as my pg is unauthorized n my landlord always threaten they didn't pay any tax to the govt they will extra n always they will threaten n miss behaving to me am scared now for my safety purpose they will collect as a security money 15000 to me now they will not returned n they will always shouting to me please help us all girls are frustrated

My next door flat owner has allowed to alter and make construction changes in Flat No 201 thereby
altering the original DDA plan to the discomfiture of adjacent flat owners. Not only they have altered
the GA plan of the flat, but they have extended it both on the front and back. While altering the plan,
they have put an HDPE pipe along the common wall corner with my flat, resulting in huge seepage of
water inside my bedroom. My room has been rendered useless because of continuing seepage and this
seepage is growing with each passing day. Seepage 1st started about 15 days back. The builder doing
the work is not listening to this problem created by him nor the flat owner is visible. Please take
appropriate action, halt the job and demolish the unlawful flat extension and direct the flat owner to
immediately take action to stop seepage of water inside my flat.

I would like to inform you about the illegal construction going on in House No. 1, Block-C, Janta Flats, Pocket-11, Near Gate No. 4, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi-110025.

This house owner owned only one flat C-1 (ground floor) in the beginning. Recently he bought House No. C-2 (second floor) and C-14 (second floor opposite to C-2) and now he is trying to join all together by constructing additional rooms in front of C-1 and C-2 (double story). To capture more space he has covered the common sewer line also.
He has already put up beam for it, but it is very weak and definitely it is going to fall while building on the upper floors. (enclosing the picture for your ready reference).
In the same way there is one more house owner has done double story illegal construction near Gate No. 2,
When I discussed it with the local people, they say if I complain it to the police, the owner of the house will settle with the police by giving money.
I request you to kindly arrange to stop this work and dismantle the under-construction building.

Regarding : application no 18721

Sir,
I am kuladeep singh and my application number is 18721. I am allotee of dda aawasiya yojana 2017. but DDA not sending the demand cum allotment letter till 31 march 2018. I visit and call to dda office many times but did not received positive feedback so it’s very disappointing.

When I visit dda office on 05/04/2018 the same time I received the demand letter because of dda staff not post the letter yet.
Dda last payment date mention in the demand letter is 15may 2018 and I have not that much time to arrange the cost of Lig flat Rs.19.04 lakhs.

So I surrender it on 19/04/2018. but dda charge me 50% of application money which is Rs: 50, 000. I surrender the flat with in the 15th days of received demand letter. according to guideline dda post the demand letter 15 to 20 days after the draw. But dda did not send the demand letter.

Why did you charge me 50% (Rs:50, 000) of application money it our hardworking money. Because I did the surrender/cancel with in the 15th days of received the demand letter. I hope your response will be positively .
So please refund my full application money as soon as possible. My detail as are under :

I sibin thomas philip a resident of nasirpur (407 eil apartment, pcoket-6, plot no.-13, nasirpur, dwarka, new delhi -110045) like to report about the bad condition of roads which comes under dda. The road has been in a bad shape now for a long time (Over 1 year) and no authorities are taking action.in the past only some temporary patch work is done when some ministers/officials visit the area. The road is prone to accidents, personal injury to residents (Miscarriages for women etc.), vehicle damage, health hazards (Water collection leading to dengue and other diseases).

I heard that some dda official is looking into the file and if it is approved then tender will be floated. Does it take such a long time (Over 1 year) to look into a road repair issue. Is dda waiting for a mishappening to occur and then look into the issue.

Please don't be selfish and lazy and treat your fellow-citizens respectfully and give them the expected services.

The owner has occupied public road extending balconies to the road
The owner of the house is contructing illegaly without any permission from the necessary authority

My wife has been alloted dda flat in delhi by govt. Later it was cancelled due to reason of misrepresentation. I am an ex-service man therefore and i have applied from my wife side in ex-serviceman quota. Dda should have rejected my wife application before allotment. I have taken housing loan from central bank of india for rs.13.50 lacs. As my contribution money and bank sanction amount is all has been forfeited by dda delhi, vikas sadan...

I surrendered the flat on 18th feburary 2018. Still got allotment letter on 3rd march 2018. Again i surrendered the flat on 4th march 2018. Still no refunds i have got till now. Hi,
I have yet not received my 1 lakh rupees submitted in dda awaas yojna 2017. I had submitted surrender application on 13th december 2017. I am asked that it will be processed next week since jan '18. Please help to confirm the money refund status, as i am not able to the mobile number provided to me by dda office for my allocated flat area.

I applied for dda draw on aug 10th, 2017. I was successful in the draw for siraspur location.
I surrendered the application on dec 17th, 2017 as per the below emails.
Instead of refund i received the demand letter on feb 13th, 2018.

On jan 17th, 2018, i called[protected] dda helpline, they said that demand letter will not be sent who have sent email for surrender.
On feb 07th, 2018, i called the helpline again & they told me that payment will go automatically after 15 days.
On feb 13th, 2018, i called the helpline again & representative informed that funds have been disbursed & i need to contact the bank. Also, he as not willing to tell me his name.

Dda officials have constantly been misguiding & not ready to take the ownership of their responsibilities who are appointed to answer the calls to the helpline.

Payment was made by hdfc bank ref no:[protected].

I was contacted by a dda official for siraspur branch on 17th april & he requested me to come & give an application physically.
I visited vikas sadan ina on 26th april & completed formalities. I was not given any receipt & was assured that i'd receive my money in 15-20 days.
I neither received the money nor my money.
I called dda accounts officer north zone department & the person asked for details & asked to wait for another 10 days.
I called to follow up on that same number for accounts team & i heard that the number is temporarily unreachable.

In short,
I applied for scheme in aug 2017, surrendered in dec 2017 & still am not getting a positive response from any team.

P. S. I have complained on pgportal with 4 reminders on it but the complaint is still open with no response.
No one has ever read or replied to me on emails that were mentioned in the brochure.

I was allotted a flat in dda housing scheme 2017. My application was 1713082. Due to some personal problem, i was not able to purchase the flat so i surrendered my flat on 19 january 2018 reference number rec/11/18/1.767.
I was told that i will get my refundable money of 1lac in 15 days. But later on when i did not receive my refund i contacted the dda authority in vikas sadan, they told me that i will get back my refund by 31st of march 2018. I have repeatedly visited dda vikas sadan but they are not giving me any relevant date.
Sir it is my hard earned money it is already more than months which otherwise would have fetched me some interest as their policy if i would not have paid the money for my flat i was supposed to pay an interest of 10.
Kindly help me sir i want my money as i am in need of it.

Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that our neighbour residing in 61-a pocket-f g. T. B enclave dilshad garden delhi -110093 had built toilet and bathroom in their lobby, which is not constructed by dda. They have made this washroom apart from the one which is already in build inside their house by dda. They always use the toilet made by their own and is situated right below our drawing room's window. Whenever we go to our balcony to fetch fresh air, we are always left with the foul odour coming frm their washroom as it doesn't have a shafts system which has constructed by dda for the convenience of other flat members. Even the visitors or guest visiting us complaint about the same issue and we are left ashamed. I request u to kindly pay a visit and consider my request to remove this unauthorised construction for the convenience of other neighbours as well.
I hope you will take an action as soon as possible.

Water seepage from ceiling always creating the dampness on my toilet, my flat is in ground, there is the problem in first floor flat bathroom, sewar line of first floor is chocked, there is no outlets for water so there is the seepage of bathrooms water and this water is passing through roof ceiling of my toilet below the roof, this problem we are facing from last four months, wall also getting damaged....
