This is to bring to your kind notice that our neighbour residing in 61-a pocket-f g. T. B enclave dilshad garden delhi -110093 had built toilet and bathroom in their lobby, which is not constructed by dda. They have made this washroom apart from the one which is already in build inside their house by dda. They always use the toilet made by their own and is situated right below our drawing room's window. Whenever we go to our balcony to fetch fresh air, we are always left with the foul odour coming frm their washroom as it doesn't have a shafts system which has constructed by dda for the convenience of other flat members. Even the visitors or guest visiting us complaint about the same issue and we are left ashamed. I request u to kindly pay a visit and consider my request to remove this unauthorised construction for the convenience of other neighbours as well.
I hope you will take an action as soon as possible.

Water seepage from ceiling always creating the dampness on my toilet, my flat is in ground, there is the problem in first floor flat bathroom, sewar line of first floor is chocked, there is no outlets for water so there is the seepage of bathrooms water and this water is passing through roof ceiling of my toilet below the roof, this problem we are facing from last four months, wall also getting damaged....

Regret to inform you that i am resident of dda mig flat no. 10, pocket-3, sector a-9, narela, delhi-110040.in our building consisting eight (08) flats, we the resident are facing acute water supply since last many months but from last many days there is almost no water supply or hardly 1-2 bucket of water supply in our building, neither in the evening nor in the morning. Out of 08 mig flats (No. 9 to 16) only 4 flats (Numbers 9, 10, 11, 12) are occupied. This has also been brought into the notice of concerned official who were present at the site but the problem still persists resulting which we the occupants are suffering a lot and have to get the water from other market sources. The condition is becoming bad to worst day by day, it is hard to survive without water. This is to bring to your kind information that the entire colony and building near to us are getting full water supply o the extent that the water is overflowing, only my building is facing acute shortage of water. We are regularly paying water bill in time to dda. It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and immediate action be taken to solve the issue so that proper water supply is ensured in our building.

Dear sir,
A nala adjacent to dps matiala school, dwarka sector-3 uncovered at many places and very bad smell comes from that and anybody using the footpath can fell on that. Its very deep so if some one fell can not come out at its own.

Its therefore requested you to kindly cover this nala at all the places on priority please.

I am allotted of flat under scheme of dda 2017 vide application no - 1713262,, i had surrendered flat on date 11.12.2017 due to lack of size and more money, but still we have not received registration amount and did not get any information regarding this while 4 month has been gone. And one month ago i have submitted surrender slip with some flat detail and passbook copy (G2 narela section) in ina dda.
Kindly look it and do the need full for the same…… please guide me!

. I have applied for hig flat under dda aawasiya yojana 2017 scheme - application no 2004511 and was allotted flat no 801 in g2c tower of dwarka sec 18 golf link residency society in draw held on nov 30, 2017 by dda.
Demand cum allotment letter issued by dda (Demand letter no 125278) quotes price of flat - g2c/801 as inr 11760199 which is higher than higher range of tentative cost (61.08 lakh to 109.22 lakhs) mentioned in application brochure by inr 8, 38, 199.
Construction of allotted flat was completed by year 2011-12 well before same were selected for awasiya yojana 2017 by dda and other details like area of flats/cost of construction were available and assume same were given due consideration before quoting tentative price for flat in application brochure for awasiya yojana 2017. Another factor which need to be considered is cost quoted by dda for flats in same locality in 2014 was around inr 70 lakhs. Considering depreciation of property in last 4-5 years and no escalation in land price/cost of construction for property dda should have issued demand letter of less than 70 lakh but it is exactly reverse and reverse by huge margin.

Cost of flat quoted by dda is even higher than running market price of allotted flat and this does not seem to be in sync with dda mission of providing housing at affordable price to people of delhi and our honorable prime minister dream of housing for all by 2022. Flat price quoted by dda by no means is affordable by normal salaried person.

I will request you to pay attention towards discrepancy in costing of flats allotted to people of delhi and take corrective measures by issuing fresh demand letters having reasonable price for allotted flats to keep interest and trust of people of delhi in future dda housing schemes.

I am the winner of dda flat scheme 2017, i have checked my flat at rohini sector 22, pocket 13. The lig flat is very small in size and cost is very high. I have waited for demand letter to check the cost but once i got my demand letter, i have seen the cost is very high as per the alloted flat. Its very sad the size of flat is not matching with the costing provided by dda. Please expedite what should i do now.

Hello sir/madam,
At our locality some persons have constructed and covered extra area of their flats and they have used these place for commercially (Like; property dealer shop, play schools and beauty parlor) purpose, due to these activities we have faced some problems while we park our vehicles because they already covered most of the area in front of their houses.
So its kindly request to your department that please check the locality and do required action against them.

I am a resident of sainik farms, and last month and this month (April and may) i'm trying to get the temporary membership in saket sports complex but every time when go to the reception they told me that forms are sold out but later few of my know person told me that form were given to him with some extra cash.

This month i came again at the reception (04th may'18) to get the forms now again they are saying forms are sold out within 3 days..

When i raised the concern with the manager he didn't listen and said the same thing that forms are sold out when i asked him to provide me some details on how many forms are sold and to whom he denied that..

There's no visibility of membership forms being sold. I have seen there's some bribery going on selling forms with personal benefits.

Request you to kindly do something on this else it would very unfair to the public.

This is to inform that the first floor resident of 129/130 pocket 6 sector 21 have installed an illegal boring connection and wasting the precious water mercilessly. All the used water is drained in the back lane of the house which creates unhygienic conditions for the nearby residents. Also because of the standing water mosquitoes there is a serious risk of spreading dengue in the area. It is our humble request to immediately cut this illegal connection and impose heavy penalty on the defaulters.

Refer to the subject mentioned, we are facing a huge problem in getting the regular supply of water in Pocket 18, Sector 24, Rohini. The water is coming in alternate days where as it should come daily at least one time, so that people can manage their day to day activities.
It is quite strange that right opposite to our Pocket there's a JJ colony, and in there the water supply is regular, whereas, we being a loyal taxpayer not getting the basic services.
Requesting you to please look into it and resolve ASAP.

Regarding My Refund against DDA-LIG flat

Dear Sir,

I been a part of your DDA scheme last year & I was a successful member to get a flat by DDA in that draw declared on 30th Nov, 2017.

But due to some reason; I surrendered that flat on 4th Dec, 2017 Against the receipt no REC/H/17/14649

I was constantly following up for the payment; they told us the date till 31st March; 2018. Now its been around 5 months; I didn't get my refund for the same I paid 1 Lakh as a Registration Fee.

Whenever I tried to connect in DDA; there is no satisfactory response from any one of the official. Let me know the concerned person contact details as well.

Please take some action to refund our payments.

This is to inform you that in bg-2 apartment dda flat number 21c, (Second floor) paschim vihar is doing illegal construction in the flat. The main supporting walls and pillars are removed, by which many cracks are found in my flat 21d (Third floor). There is great danger for collapse of building. Therefore, it is requested to take immediate action against the illegal construction

मैंने DDA 2017 आवास योजना में आवेदन किया था। जिसमे मुझे एक lig flat आवंटन हुआ था फ्लैट की लोकेशन व साइज़ हद से ज्यादा छोटा होने के कारण मैंने 6 दिन बाद हे 6 दिसम्बर को surrender कर दिया था क्योकि उसमे प्रावधान था की यदि आपको फ्लैट पसंद न आये तो उसे आप सरेंडर क्र सकते है। और आपको आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन मनी 1 लाख रूपये आपको 1 माह के अंदर आपके अकाउंट में क्रेडिट क्र दी जायेगी।
जब मैंने सरेंडर के लिए एप्लीकेशन दिया था तब उन्होंने भे मुझे कहा की आपका रिफंड एक माह में आपके बैंक अकाउंट में क्रेडिट हो जायेगा। परन्तु नियम के अनुसार 1 माह में refund मिल जाना था। आज 4 माह बाद भी refund नही मिला।

I have visited vikas sadan twice but could not get any information.

Till date (19th apr 2018), i have not received demand-um-allotment letter from dda. Dda housing team is requested to look into the matter and dispatch the demand-cum-allotment letter at the soonest so that necessary formalities can be initiated. Allottee & allotment details are as follows:
