Greeting Sir/Madam, I want to inform you, that these days the street dogs at Gyan Kung Laxmi nagar new delhi. Sir it's unsafe to go Street dogs, they come in the group and bite the people. no one is taking care of it. Kindly this is my humble request to get your attention on it. On 17th March 2011 I applied to ‘The Executive Engineer, Eastern Division 12-DDA, Near Taj Enclave, Geeta Colony’ for change of name of owner in my Water Bill as per my Sale Deed & House Tax Bills(copies attached with the application dated 17.03.11, speed posted). House Tax is regularly paid by me in my name since I purchased the house. But after a few months an officer from DDA informed me on phone that the original Conveyance Deed...

UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION IS PRESENTLY CARRIED OUT IN FLAT NO 156, Pragati Apartments, DDA SFS FLATS AT Punjabi Bagh Club Road, Paschim Puri/MADIPUR VILLAGE. The flat owner has occupied complete terarce and build in duplex apartments in category of SFS flats. Also this unauthorised construction on roof/terrace can lead structural imbalance and can effect overall building stability. NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO STOP SUCH KIND O[censored]N-AUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION ON Roof/terrace which can be dangerous for the stability of building.

Hi All, I am currently shocked by the new water charge bill. Normally the water bill charge was 157/ Per month but now it has changed to 269/ Per month. I am ok to pay 269/ Per month if I am aware about the new changes. However I didn't get any information or any notice about it. In the current bill not only it included the water bill for last six months but it also has the arrears for last 1 year calculated as 269-157=112*12= 1344. I still can't understand that if there was a change in water charge bill then why was it not included in the last bill. I think the government was sleeping from 1/4/2012 to 1/1/2014 and realized that they should charge the arrears now. I am quite disappointed about this without any notice or information. I generally pay the water bill on time and now I have to suffer with this change. I know that even after writing this complain nothing will happen but just complaining about this so that this doesn't happen again. Dwarka Sec-14, Radhika Apartments, Flat No. 596.

I am a resident of Kaveri Appartmrnt, D-6, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 Block No:7. The lift of this block is not working or you can say its dead from last 3 Months. We have done so many complains to DDA office but no one is willing to listen our complain. They can't feel how much problem we feel due to this Lift problem. Dear Sir, My Self Pratik Jain stay at Shakarpur Delhi, We use to park our car in night near your DDA complex which is behind by Laxmi Nagar Metro station parking but yesterday all the cars have been removed, now due to non availability of parking area we would not be able to park our car anywhere, We would like to request you to please allow us to park our car in night there we are ready for the paid parking too. I am requesting you on behalf of all, that please provide that space for parking the car only few place have been occupied by some car repairer which is avoidable. If you have been getting complaint against parking or any sort of issue with parking then please let us know we will sort out this matter at the earliest. DDA is working for the welfare of Delhites so I feel you understand our situation we don’t have parking space, Yesterday those who parked in DDA premises have parked their car in front of their home, consequently its create Jam for others and quarrel between people. Apiece of land near RP/ZP Block, Pitam Pura, Delhi-110034 and belonging to DDA, Delhi with the display board mentioning as " Land for Service Centre No-19" is occupied by some tent owner for last more than 40 days where this tent owner keeps all the material which is used in making pandals and the very same space is also used for marriages etc.
But we want to understand that whether DDA has given it on apermanent lease basis to this tent owner as always this piece of land belonging to common people of Delhi is filled up with the tents, ballis, generators, tractors, parking space for vehicles belonging to tent owner.
How, can a piece of land belonging to DDA can be used by a private tent owner for his own business purpose
What the authorities are doing if it is illegally encroached / held by these petty but influential tent mafia
Police is supposed to take care of no encroachment of vacant sites whereas police motor cycle / gypsy with 3-4 police peple keep on standing there as if they are protrecting this site which has tents erected on it for last 45 days
DDA is expected to take care of land belonging to them is not misutilised, encroached
This is not possible without the officials from DDA and Police joining hands with this tent owner and is a case of negligence of duty and corruption
Immediate action is needed to get this piece of land vacated and putting up a fence so that it not encroached upon again by anybody, if it is illegally encroached / blocked by bthis tent wala
An immediate action is also needed agst the officicials of DDA & Delhi Police, who turned their blind eye to this glaring encroachment/illegal occupying the land of people

Sir, This is to inform you that behind the RG Complex / Vardhman Plaza Paharganj on the DDA land the garbage is being thrown which has resulted in a dustbin place and the complete area has become dirty which is causing problem to the residents of Motia Khan Govt officers flats. The garbage may be removed immediately from this place for cleanliness and the throwing of garbage may be restricted. I have spoken with the MCD officials and they have informed that the complaint may be registered with DDA as it comes under their purview. You are requested to please take it up immediately with the concerned authorities on priority. Thanks

I have registered to gt a flat in Sixth Self-Financing Housing Registration Scheme. I have deposited an amount of Rupees: 15000/- (Fifteen Thousand Only) in the Bank of India, Connaught Circus Branch, New Delhi on July 19, 1985 via Application No. 21278 and Challan No. 21278.A copy is enclosed for reference. No information on the scheme was given. I am asking why DDA should not return teh deposited amount with due interest? Looking forward to hear some response from DDA or any other concerned authority. I want to bring your attentions on an illegal and very risky building situated at Shakarpur With owner name Mr Bhinder singh rana, address is G-5A shakarpur near school block new delhi-110092. (Trance Yamuna) Sir this building violated many basic rule and cause now it’s one of the most dangerous building now. It was constructed in middle of 2007 while new construction was strictly band in all over Delhi that time. Its was a plot of 100 sq. yard from which 50 yards was sold out but it occupied more than 50 yards and occupied both sides of street area. Because of ban on construction that time building was constructed in night and made white wash simultaneously in same night so that no one could notice new construction. Because of construction in night and very hurry ness in completion they used very poor material and constructor had no experience of construction. Because of that the height of building gone more than 55 feet with poor base, more over they cover the both side street area more than three feet to increase the room and kitchen size from 1st to 4th floors (total five floors are in building) Because they covered more than three feet area of main street now it became risky for this street. It became more narrow and in case of any miss happening (like fire earth-quick etc.) its will be very difficult for any fire/rescue vehicles to enter in street. Some neighbors observing that building has started to incline towards to street because of poor construction, more height, poor base and they center of gravity of building is towards to street due to unauthorized extended construction toward to street to increase the room and kitchen sizes. Dear sir/ madam we request you to observe this building from your experience engineers to safe the people and avoid any miss happening in future. Because it is the 1st corner building of the main street so it is risky for all peoples who are living in this area. Dear Sir,

I am a handicapped young man and was allotted a flat (Flat No 209, Block C, Sector 29, Rohini, New Delhi) in DDA Housing Scheme of 2010.

I have deposited the full amount as per the demand letter o 24th June 2012 and other necessary papers as demanded for possession letter of the said flat.

I am sorry to point out that in spite of my repeated requests for the said letter of possession; I have till date not received any update or communication from DDA.

I would like to highlight to you that I am a 100%- Deaf and Mute handicapped person and it is very difficult to travel to DDA office every week to find out the status and explain to staff everything personally. In fact I am provided no help and have often been referred to unhelpful people every time I visit DDA office.

I have deposited all documents as required in January 2013 itself and am awaiting a response from DDA.

Looking forward to your early help to get me the possession of the DDA Flat allotted to me.

The state of the roads fromSarita Vihar to Apollo Hospital and back are in a very bad state of disrepair, due to negligence of contractor, Valecha Engineering who has been torturing the residents of Sarita Vihar for the last five years. There is no sign of the project o[censored]nderpass construction being completed but the very least that Valecha can do is to maintain the roads in proper condition. Due to their stone crusher being located nearby there is a haze of dust and the residents have to breathe at their peril. DDA should insist that the roads are well maintained, esp in view of the forthcoming monsoon.

With respect to swimming, we face a lot of problems. Firstly, the whole month of April 2013 - swimming was not opened to public. In May when they starts after a few days, daily dip as per rules and regulations was not allowed.

Then we got information that daily dip will be allowed from 15 May. Even though all forms had been filled and submitted, daily dip card was not issued. Even slip was not issued against form submitted. Office people told us that we can approach swimming pool officials and our name will be registered based on the form submitted. But in the evening (when swimming time was due but office was closed) the pool officials denied entry asking for a receipt from the office. They also did not allow us to escalate the matter to the manager stating he does not carry mobile (he gave landline no. But at 6 pm offices are closed).

There is no co-ordination between pool officials and office an the office seems to be very slow in processing cards, arbitrary in following regulations (delaying start of pool, not allowing daily dip as pe regulations, not issuing slips/ receipts after taking form).

Even last yeAr in 2012 swimming was delayed by 2 months. It is surprising that even though the pool is closed for most of the year, they start tenders and bids for the same only in the month of April or may when summers start and even children's school holidays start. This way, the dda is not fulfilling its duty of providing sports and recreational facilities at all

I, MANOJ JAIN S/o Late Sh.T.C.Jain deposited Rs. 3000 along with application form in 1985 for DDA Slum Wing residential plot Registration No. - 16848 and priority no. is 18105/G. (It has been almost 28 years) But till date we have not received any information regarding the allotment. Kindly revert as soon as possible or else we will have to take some action towards DDA. This is to bring to your kind notice that we have been experiencing Great crises for not getting the Drinking-Water supply from last one month due to some fault in the main line we do not get regular water supply. The drinking water is very muddy and inconsistent which has been resulting frequent breakdown of the water pumps and cleaning the overhead water tanks very often.
Kindly treat this on URGENT/PRIORITY bases and arrange the RPD-10 Water Team to inspect the line in expeditious manner.
Look forward to your prompt actions.

To the DDA commissioner / Official,

I am working in Vikas Marg District Center HDFC Bank since last 4 years. All the parking here in the complex is with DDA , who have contracted to outside party for operation and mantainance.

For Car parking as per the contract is Rs 10 per entry but this is conpletely not followed . they are charging from Rs 30 to Rs 50 per day. The informative display boards of DDA have been tampered and these parking contractors force their rates on to the public.
If someone resist, they simply refuse to allow for parking space or mis behave harshly. Even Delhi Police is frienly with them and dont interfere in the matter.
Virtually, they are looting people like us daily. If we object, they threat to not allow us to enter our vehicle in the parking of damage the vehicle.

There is no mantainance of the parking lots , and not safe for women to enter these undergroung parking lots.

We request that DDA must organize Audit drives and catch such evidensed and cancel the parking contracts.
I dont know where all this extra money goes ..........

It has become very difficult for us to manage further. Pls display what is the actual rates of parking......properly

I would humbly request to kindly do the needful to avoid such exploitation.

The above two water connections are in freehold built up property on plot no 206 & 207 Block A Pocket 7 Sector 17(Zoda). In this regard refer conveyance deed registered as document no 1761 dtd 15.02.2001 for plot no 206 & document no 2012 dtd 23.02.2001 for plot no 207 issued by DDA. Water and sewer connection charges have already been paid for these two plots wide DDA receipt no 909324 and 909325 dtd. 07.03.2001 for Rs. 950/- each plot refer memorandum no F40(41) AF 111 | ND 8|75 & 76 issued by assistant engineer lllrd pitam pura both the bills have been paid in full under protest wide receipt no B0911512 & B0911513 both dtd 16.04.2013 for Rs. 6218/- each. As both the connections are on freehold property as per the conveyance deed refer above and water and sewer charges have already been paid in 2001. Therefore only water consumption charges of Rs.2722/- in each bill is payable for others refund is to be made by your office. Refund is claimed for first bill 1633/- +1815/- + 41/- = Rs 3489/-, second bill 1633/- + 1815/- + 41/- = 3489/- Total amount to be refunded Rs.6978/-. Kindly look into the matter and give us the refund for excess amount paid.
