there is a illegal construction at flat no:31 pocket no:3 sector no:2 rohini new delhi 110085.
the construction should be demolished .

please consider the request and take necessary action towards this complaint.

Non Commercial — unauthorized construction

Sub: Unathorized construction on public road.

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I am just complaint to you about an unauthorized cunstruction in 10/38-A and 10/39-A, D. D. A. slum janta flat sarai kale khan. Both they areconstruct a building on public path way , we are trying to convience them tha it may inconvenient to other but they don't won't to understand.

so I kindly request to you please take a step against it asap.
I really do hope that you do it and I see the result as soon as poosible.

DDA — illegal complaints

illegal construction srated on dda land with association of dda official at DDA LIG FLAT NO. A-1/ 77, KESHAV PURAM, DELHI-110035 FROM LAST 5 DAYS.

This is very Harrasing committment by DDA because so many needful persons are in waiting for this and they all are seeing that at when it comes true and we will be got free from lot of problems.I can understand the situtation of all the peoples because I am also in this line & waiting...

DDA — ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION & ENCROACHMENT OF DDA LAND

DDA Indoor market E Block East Of Kailash made three story illegal buildings.Police, DDA, MCD all involved allowing illegal construction on encroached land and the shopkeepers without fear, having paid bribes, constructing unabated.

Delhi Development Authority — Refund of application amount filled under the DDA Housing Scheme 201

SBI INA Vikas Sadan,is the nodal bank for the refund of application amount filled under the DDA Housing Scheme 2010. But unfotunately no-one in this bank neither receive the phone nor solve the problem of the people like us who is communicating since weeks for the refund.The details of my application is as follows:

Delhi Development Authority — Garbage bins

My office is located at Jyoti Shikhar, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058. In the parking area of this centre, there are 2 garbage disposals (Khattas) located. The garbage generated from various offices and restaurants are disposed at these places. Most of the time these are overflowing to such an extent that the garbage is spilled in the parking area. On various complaints to DDA they always make blame the contractor. I have personally lodged various complaints as an individual basis and through Federation level. The situation is getting worse day by day.

These disposals not only generate fowl smell but are also creating unhygienic conditions in the area. The police quarters are located just behind these disposals. Even police departments are not bothered about the unhygienic conditions.

DDA — use of hordings

dear sir
we hae a problem that a man is using society main gate for his personal use. he is a property dealer and established his advertisement hordings on the main gate of society. we have submat a complaint to the society association. but there is no action taken by association. you are requested to take the action so we can use the main gate. i have submitted the concern photos also.

NOTICE BEFORE FILING CASE IN CONSUMER COURT

SUBJECT: REFUND OF RS 14359 DEPOSITED ON 25 OCT 2011 AGAINST A WRONG WATER BILL.
Sir,
The undersigned is a consumer as defined under Consumer Protection Act-1986 as I take permission of water connection on 9/2/2010 and I have also informed DDA meter number-644351 and date of connection on 26 February 2010. All bills show this information.
I have made a payment of Rs 14359 against wrong bill no-118040, bill date[protected] for the period of February 2010 to[protected]. Meter show 30 unit on[protected] as written in bill. How is it possible to charged Rs14359 for 30 units?
I had given two complaints on dated: 04/01/2011 and 15/07/2011 for rectification of this bill but bill was not corrected. I have also file RTI on dated 15/07/2011 and then first appeal on 26/09/2011 and many emails to know the reason but again no sufficient answer received. I have full record with proof in this regard.
I have also submitted my electricity bill with applications to proof nil consumption of electricity.
This amount of bill is sending on assumption basis because meter reader not delivers the reading.
He was not visited the water meter regularly.
When I meet meter reader and force him to take reading properly then he takes reading is 4 unit shown in bill no 98418 bill date [protected] of amount Rs 16748.
Now you can understand Rs 16748 for just 4 unit consumption. How much wrong happened with me.
My connection is temporary so water charged will be three times of normal charges. That’s ok, but it cannot be on assumption basis.
The above said act on your part has caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience. You are hereby asked to refund the amount Rs.14359 deposited against wrong bill immediately within one week of receipt of this notice failing which the undersigned shall be free to launch legal proceedings against unfair practice and deficiency of services and shall seek the refund the amount already paid to you with interest and damages for which you shall be liable.
You may charge reasonable monthly rental charges and consumption charges according to consumption show in water meter as shows in bills.
I am enclosing electricity bill as proof of nil consumption of the subjected period.
