निवेदन इस प्रकार है की मैंने 13.02.2012 को अपना फ्लैट Pocket-A-3 Flat No-11 First Floor, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-110085 को Freehold करने के लिए D.D.A. विकास सदन मैं फाइल जमा करवाई थी ! जिसका Aknowlegment No-113801 है ! 26.03.2012 को हमें D.D.A. से LAB Housing से Letter मिला की आपकी File मैं दयावती की GPA और विनोद गर्ग की Agreement to Sell की कॉपी साफ़ नहीं है ! वो मैंने 04.06.2012 को नीचे Counter पर सभी पेपर दुबारा जमा करवा दिए ! जिसका Aknowlegment No-25528 उसके बाद 28.06.2012 को फिर हमें D.D.A से LAB Housing से Letter आया की पेपर दुबारा जमा करवाओ मने 02.07.2012 को सारे पेपर with Address Proof दुबारा जमा करवा दिए जिसका Aknowlegment No-31850 जब हम ऊपर मिलने गए तो खुले आम रिश्वत मांग रहे है की रुपये दोगे तभी काम होगा नहीं तो चक्र पर चक्र लगाते रहोगे हम परेशान हो चुके है! फ्लैट की हालत बहुत खस्ता हो रही है ! जब तक फ्लैट फ्रीहोल्ड नहीं होगा हम तोड़कर ठीक भी नहीं करवा सकते कृपया करके मेरा फ्लैट जल्दी से जल्दी Freehold किया जाये और Corruption करने वालो के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की जाये ! आप की अति कृपया होगी !!

Herbal park,SITE-I ,sector -6(Near post office), Dwarka ,New Delhi has pumps to draw water from the ground water for horticulture activities.Ten days back cable of the pump was snapped due to the work being carried out near by park from where it draws electricity.Matter was brought to the notice of the Horticulture and electrical department.DDA.Needs to be attended at earliest so that recently planted trees and sapling donated,waiting for plantation can survive in the lean rainy season expected this year.Kindly get the problem resolved at the earliest-J.S Dhaiya,C.S.Paul,R.S.Sharma and R.N.Goel of Green Brigade(Citizen for the cause)

We are resident of Block B - 1, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi - 110096. We would like to draw the kind attention of Delhi Development Authority towards the illegal construction or encroachment carried out by Mr. Adesh Sharma with two more partners (name not known) on the empty land of DDA in our area.

Mr. Adesh Sharma is a Government employee of Delhi Jal Board and take care of tube well of our Block B – 1, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi - 110096.

Tube well is constructed in an area of 8 x 8 sq ft. which is also given on rent to nareeyal Pani walas by him. The place which is around Tube well belongs to DDA on which he has started constructing boundary wall. The two more partners are helping him financially and rest of the work is taken care by Mr. Adesh Sharma. The empty land which he has acquired is around 500 – 600 sq mtr.

He is not only acquiring the DDA land which is empty, he has constructed the house on DDA land in which he is presently living in B – 1, Block. Moreover the shop run by him was owned by someone else who has passed away few years back so he has acquired that place as well and constructed a house on it.

Now as he has acquired so much of land he thinks that he has become a rich person and he uses false and abusive language and threatens people living there or passing by.

Since he is a powerful person I might not reveal my name & mobile number. I know this is not the exact platform to complaint but even the concerned authorities are not taking action against him like DDA, MCD & Delhi police because he bribes them. I request you to kindly take action against him & rescue us from this havoc. Kindly demolish this illegal occupancy & let us free.

Please, I request Delhi Development Authorities to take a strict & necessary action against this construction and put a hold to this construction.

Subject : water supply and foul smell

Respected Sir/ Madam,
being a resident of Baghban Apartment, sector - 28, rohini . delhi 110085, i would like to draw your attention towards the water problem in our society.

Although our society being well - maintained the society members are quite disturbed by the " DIRTY " water supply. From the past one month, people in our society are obtaining muddy, smelly and dirty water in their buckets. After complaining a several times to the DDA through RWA no action have been taken up yet. In fact, the condition has become worse. From the past two - three days, either we have muddy, smelly water in our buckets or we see ourselves helpless with no water.

After writing this letter I hope that serious actions will be taken to curb this problem

Dear Sir,

Please refer to the above subject I am much sorry to state that so far nothing has been done regarding the repair of the Flat.

These Flat were constructed in the 90’s and are almost 20 years old and their life is almost over by half expired. Plaster of the walls and roof are falling and are covered by white ants, floor is broken at places, doors and other fixtures are either been pilfered or deteriorated due to time.

The process of repair etc by the DDA are not only time-consuming but dilatory and at the mercy and whims of the DDA Staff and contractors undertaking the job.

In my previous letter I had submitted that some amount may be paid to the new allotters of these flats (about Rs. 100,000/- approx) so that we may get these repaired to our satisfaction and done in the shortest time and so that we may shift there.

I have made many rounds of the DDA office at Narela with request to do the repair at the earliest, so that I may be spared from Bank Interest and House Rent which I am paying.

One of our client booked the plot under ROHINI MIG SCHEME but DDA official has hold his draw without mentioned any reason we are in process to file the legal case Deficiency in service against the DDA that is the best way to resolve the problem otherwise the officials of DDA believe in harassing only so our suggestion to all of persons who are victimised by DDA filed the complaint against the DDA instead to just file the complaint and run pillar to post.

With due respect, we would like to bring to your kind notice that the Owner of the Flat No. D-381, Pocket-3, Bindapur DDA Flat has illegally occupied DDA Road and have erected Iron Angles intentionally to grab the DDA Road which is causing a big hurdle for emergency services such as Ambulances and Fire tenders, if so happen to be required to save the life of people living nearby. This is only the space where emergency vehicle can take turn to meet emergency response as there is narrow road ahead. The Owner of the Flat is habitual to grab the land as he has already extended his house towards Road against the original DDA plan and have made unauthorized construction which need to be demolished.

It is humble request to the concerned authorities to take an immediate step to serve the social obligations and welfare.

We look forward a stern action so that no-body can dare to do such un-socialise act in future.

Following are the issues faced at the complex:

1) The person in-charge of issuing slips to guests(Rs 25)/others (Rs 40) does not issue the slip but takes the money. It seems that it is an understanding amongst the management team to distribute the money among themselves. It is a big shame on these babus who are already well paid but still resort to corrupt activities.

2) They close the complex from 10 am to 4 pm but as per the DDA website the timings are 6 am to 9pm. Whereas other complexes remain open during such timings.

3) it seems they are allowing some private functions to be held at the park

Nangloi Mangolpuri Underpass near Mangolpuri Railway crossing has been built very recently. It was created to reduce public's long waiting time at railway crossing but now it has become a safety hazard. This underpass doesnt have any lighting and is difficult to see after dark. To make this a serious accident prone area the iron grill/steps lying on the road for covering drainge was of very poor quality and is non existent. This has created a 2-3 feet long pothole across the underpass road. Multiple accidents has happened where cyclist and people riding on bike/scooters fell in the dark and were severly injured. There is 4 5 feet width of the iron grill which is still present and people tend to drive over this. This is causing long jams.

This need to be addressed on urgent basis before it risks many people's lives.

I want to draw the kind attention of concerned person towards the poor maintenance of park recently made in shahdara , East Delhi. It is Shri Ram Park situated in Ram nagar. The condition of park is very poor there is no lighting , no flowers, no grass, no shade and more of that people from side areas use it as toilet also because of lack of maintenance. Because of Broken walls of the park it has become a home for eveteasers,drug addicts,and gambelers no body dare can go to that park because of them. There was no park in our area and after a long time of waiting we got this park but now we r unable to use it because of its devastating condition. I request the concerned authority to please take the matter seriously and please take some serious action otherwise soon this park will become a slum area.

Owner of Flat No. 292, Sector-22, Pocket-1, DDA SFS Flats, Dwarka has turned the rooftop into a garbage yard. The roof rights to inspect water tanks placed at rooftop by other flat owners in the same block are refused by this owner Y.K. Thakar & Reena Thakar. They have locked the roof door and do not share duplicate keys with any other owner in the same block.

The roof garbage has become a breeding ground for mosquitos. At the same time, the roof garbage holds water and seepage through the roof to common walls can be seen easily. In fact the garbage once caught fire and has the potential to reoccur similar incidence.

DDA/MCD officials are requested to take stringent action against this flat owner and make the place livable.

Sir/Madam,
Respectfully, I want to say that the DDA is not supplying water since 15 days through pipelines,also on complaining it answered that we are unable to provide water. The DDA is supplying water through water tankers also which is also not supplying water since 21 May 2012. Also the supply before this is not regular and supply of tanker is once a week . How a person can survive without water. Some residents...

I reside in Malviya NAgar, Begumpur, Delhi area, the inside premises has always been ignored of begumpur by the MCD , in the residential area you will find all the commercial things taking place, If you look inside the area The people has been doing business by giving lands to the car repairs , or the ice cream parlours due to which every single minute from morning to night you can hear the noise of the repairing work and due to these repairing shops all the commercials vehicles even the bus and truck keeps on entering the property frequently , its like autobazar by the afternoon , we even find our vehicle parking difficult at times . The area in front of blocks T1 and T2 get packed all the time from these vehicles , all the properties are illegally being used and MCD do nothing for the same . You are requested to free the area from these noises and make the place environment friendly so that our children can play hassle free

Dear Sir,

We want draw your kind attention that the residents of Flat no-802 to 814 Block- B,pocket-3, Bindapur Dwarka are not getting water supply. last time We get water supply in janbuary few day only for 5 to10 minutes. We are dependent on tankers that is very difficult for us. every time we complaint DDA office for tanker. they told us I send a tanker asap, but They are not conform time when tanker is come, many time we are waiting for tanker, tanker did not reached. when we reached office then tanker came and go out, and we are go to door to door for water,

For quite some time we have been complaining about water problem to in charge and JE of this pocket. They are not doing any efforts in this regard.When We are go to dda office to meet JE or other officer no body meet in office only dda in charge meet in office as per him no body(DDA staff) taking any action on this problem DDA staffs are know about this problem. Our families are becoming sick and their daily lives are going into hell due to facing this water problem.

I am trying every day to getting water through water suppl line some time water come with mud with very hard smell I think our supply line is damage.
I am getting every month water Bill but not getting water..

I think they are best who live in illegal colony low cost land no stamp duty no map no electricity problem no water problem (MCD water line or submersible hai na). I purchased DDA freehold property to think better life but without water its become hell life.

many time media come and see it and highlight thats problem through news paper(dainik jagran) DDA officer say we resolve it asap. but his asap is continue in five yeas.(ASAP= more than 5yrs). now a day some water supply work is start in B-block but not in this area they are saying if new supply line is start then this problem is resolve. but Thats activity was some time ago done in a street and we were seen only that street getting water not our area. DDA officer have a mind set about that area is on hight so they can not don this.
