Dear Sir,

We want draw your kind attention that the residents of Flat no-802 to 814 Block- B,pocket-3, Bindapur Dwarka are not getting water supply. last time We get water supply in janbuary few day only for 5 to10 minutes. We are dependent on tankers that is very difficult for us. every time we complaint DDA office for tanker. they told us I send a tanker asap, but They are not conform time when tanker is come, many time we are waiting for tanker, tanker did not reached. when we reached office then tanker came and go out, and we are go to door to door for water,

For quite some time we have been complaining about water problem to in charge and JE of this pocket. They are not doing any efforts in this regard.When We are go to dda office to meet JE or other officer no body meet in office only dda in charge meet in office as per him no body(DDA staff) taking any action on this problem DDA staffs are know about this problem. Our families are becoming sick and their daily lives are going into hell due to facing this water problem.

I am trying every day to getting water through water suppl line some time water come with mud with very hard smell I think our supply line is damage.
I am getting every month water Bill but not getting water..

I think they are best who live in illegal colony low cost land no stamp duty no map no electricity problem no water problem (MCD water line or submersible hai na). I purchased DDA freehold property to think better life but without water its become hell life.

many time media come and see it and highlight thats problem through news paper(dainik jagran) DDA officer say we resolve it asap. but his asap is continue in five yeas.(ASAP= more than 5yrs). now a day some water supply work is start in B-block but not in this area they are saying if new supply line is start then this problem is resolve. but Thats activity was some time ago done in a street and we were seen only that street getting water not our area. DDA officer have a mind set about that area is on hight so they can not don this.

I applied for a Janta flat in NEW PATTERN HOUSING SCHEME 1979. No allotment letter has been issued to me by the DDA till now. On approaching them it has been told that a flat was alloted to me and has been cancelled. I have been regularly intimating change of my correspondence address. At the time of allotment I was serving in ARMY and posted at LEH. DDA says notice was published in newspaper but they should know what's the point when...

We had paid 650 INR cash against receipt no 1255 dated 31 mar 2012 to Mr. Pradeep Sagar (His contact number is [protected]/[protected] of Distance Telecom for MTNL connection. Till date no revert from the company nor any one came for the connection. When we called Mr. Pradeep, he said that he left the company. I checked the websit, the contact numbers which are mentioned are not working. and the who ever I called on mobile numbers mentioned in the site said that they had left the company and the company is closed. You are requested to kindly check and help us to get refund. This way it is bringing a bad name of the Govt bodies like MTNL. These companies should be penalised for using the name of Govt bodies and spreading fraud. I am attaching the copy of the receipt.

DDA has a District Park in Paschim Puri. The park is in a very state state. It is frequented by pigs, dogs and cows. These animals dig earth in the park and spoil the grass.

There are no lights in the park. Children corner is in a very bad state, full of dirt. There are no pucca walk ways. There is no rain shelter.

We are living in a DDA SFS Flats in Pocket- I, Platinum Enclave ,Sector 18 ,Rohini , New Delhi. It is a four-storied flats where the terrace is common to all(as mentioned in the registry and all the papers). but after 9 years the top floor residents are building the rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the common terrace and no one is trying to stop the illegal work which is happening in front of all the people and the authorities. Why this...

My father deposited Rs 30000 for slum wing dda flats 29,december,1985 but we didnot get any information about if i got it or not. please try to send information as soon as possible.

I was the lucky draw winner of DDA Housing scheme 2010 for a LIG flat. But this draw became unlucky for me when i suffered by very poor service by all DDA departments. All their systems and process are very bad and slow. They do not understand the value of a local Indian man and their time. These kind of department is like a black spot of India country growth. This is the reason why Our country is back in progress. I shame on myself as a Indian.

I wish to bring your kind notice that LAND MAFIA Mr. M.P.Bhati resident of 995/38 DDA FLATS KALKAJI has encroacheD a DDA LAND MEASURING 1000S. MT meant for garbage bin & public park,after having procured the land, he is running commercial activity of making sweets & supplying them to all the sweet shops in the radius of 5-7 kms, he is also running a commercial Ice-Cream Godown on the ground floor of this encroached land.
Since he is a land mafia I dare not come in open & complaint against his theft, that is why I am sending this letter through E-mail.

I have already complaint all the concerned authorities but no action has been taken so far, he bribes the officials who so ever come for inspection.
Its a complete illegal construction & its a havoc being near to this place.

i am just 18 years old, i want to fight against this encroachment, kindly help me.

Dear Respected Sir,

this is to bring to your notice. That some of people in our society (LIG DDA FLATS, POCKET: 13, PHASE -1,(Near Jain Public School) Manglapuri, Delhi -110045) are doing illegal blocking of parking on the road. Many people in our society have got holes dug in the parking space and when they leave for the office. They put poles in these holes and lock them up. So, other people not able to park their vehicle in this free space. We did complaint to RWA lots of time but no action has taken yet. Could you please help us.

Dear Sir,

We want draw your kind attention that the around 25-30 flats of Pocket-10, Nasirpur Dwarka are not getting adequate water supply from last 3 years . We get supply sometime for 5-10 minutes in 24 hours or sometime no supply at all.
We are surviving on private tankers.

For Last Three Years are complaining about water problem to area engineer and JE of this pocket. They are not doing any serious efforts in this regard. From last two years they are saying that Tender is passed and work may start soon but even after so time no work started, no survey conducted nothing in field . The Pipe lines are around 20-25 years old and no maintenance have been done so far.
Our families’ are becoming sick and their daily lives are going into hell due to facing this water problem. Some of the adjacent neighbors’ have already Sold there flats or change the residence due to water problem .Sometimes we also feel that it is better to sell this house and shift to Illegal colony at least they get Water .

We are questioning the JE why you are not listening our problem, and asking to do needful on priority basis.

Sir, it is brought to your kind notice that we, the residents of Pocket-8, Sector-24 Rohini, Delhi, are facing the accute shortage of water particularly from flat no. 183 to 213. In these flats. no water is being supplied since last may'2011. We are compelled to buy the water tankers from private water suppliers. We are not rich to buy the water very oftenly. On complainting this issue to the concerned authority, they always say one thing due to low pressure, water supply is disrupted. But one thing I want to clear, there is no water crises in our colony except between above said flats.
Sir, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the officer concerned to rectify the problem at once so that we may get water without any hinderance.

I got an H.I.G flat in draw of DDA housing scheme 2010 , its already around one year & allotment letter not received , last week on ( 24th JAN-12 ) met the Director- housing-HIG , they said the H.I.Gs of all areas & some M.I.Gs ( like vasantkunj ), are still under construction & the engineers dept. are at fault for this , they still dont know the demand-letters status & it can still take upto 6 months or even more .. to my view this is gross negligence of DDA . Is there a way we can file a COMPLAINT , to claim damages / mental harasment for late allotement ? People are suffering , DDA is not bothered at all , the construction work is going-on extremly slow , all allotees should make an association and file the case together .. . . Rajeev Arora

It is brought to kind notice that we, the residents of Pocket-8, Sector-24, Rohini, are facing the acute shortage of water. Sir in our colony, there is no water supply since May 2011. We get water hardly for 5-10 minutes in four days. How it can be possible for us to live without water. Our life is going from worse to worst. We are compelled to purchase water though water tanker supplier.
We have lodged so many complaints to concerned JE, AE and Executive Engineer, but all in vein. Sir, surprise thing is that from flat No 181 to 215 there is no water but before and next to these flats, there is full supply of water.
Sir, it is our humble request to look into the matter and direct the concerned officers to check whether the water pipe line blocked or not. It may be possible that that water pipe line could be hindered by any reason.
Sir, if this problem is sort out by your efforts, we well be most highly obliged forever.

I with my 3 friends went to DDA Sports complex hari nagar on 17th jan 2012 and asked to play in the indoor badminton court on per day basis cost of which is Rs.55.They agreed to let us in but we found out that the shop in the sports complex was closed hence we went to buy a badminton racket outside the sports complex and when we returned they denied us admission to the premise on the mere basis that playing in jeans isn't allowed.We told them that we had already been playing for a few days now including 10th jan 2012 and we weren't told of any such rule.They told us that a notice has been floating for a month now and it is our responsibility to see that notice.Then we demanded that notice or asked for the place where that notice was put up but they refused to show it and rudely told us that they were the authority and they will not show it.We then called the secretary of that sports complex Mr. S.S. Khurana and he called the reception and asked them to allow us.The person on the reception then entered into a quarrel with us and told us that it is his complex and he won't let us in at any cost.He called the seceratary then and told him that we were arguing where the person to start it was he himself. He asked to not come to that sports complex again.The DDA website doesn't mention any such rule. Moreover the objective stated on the website is to provide recreational and healthy environment to the citizens of Delhi.I would ask how and what dress should be weared for recreational purposes. Moreover we told them that we were college students on 10th jan and the fees as mentioned on the website is Rs.10 per day but they charged us with Rs.55 so where is this money going.If i am not wrong DDA stands for Delhi Development Authority but hari nagar sports complex looks like it is privately owned complex.

Dear Sir

I wish to draw attention of concerned authorities that some of the builder and contractor using residential park for commercial uses. They are keeping his building making material in park which was not supposed to used for this purpose.

This is my humble request to concerned officials to help us to get rid of this issue and establish the decorum of our resident.

To the DDA commissioner / Official,

I am working in Bhikaji Cama Place since last 4 years. All the parking here in the complex is with DDA , who have contracted to outside party for operation and mantainance.

For Car parking as per the contract is Rs 10 per entry but this is conpletely not followed . they are charging from Rs 30 to Rs 50 per day. The informative display boards of DDA have been tampered and these parking contractors force their rates on to the public.
If someone resist, they simply refuse to allow for parking space or mis behave harshly. Even Delhi Police is frienly with them and dont interfere in the matter.
Virtually, they are looting people like us daily. If we object, they threat to not allow us to enter our vehicle in the parking of damage the vehicle.

There is no mantainance of the parking lots , and not safe for women to enter these undergroung parking lots.

We request that DDA must organize Audit drives and catch such evidensed and cancel the parking contracts.
I dont know where all this extra money goes ..........

It has become very difficult for us to manage further. Pls display what is the actual rates of parking......properly

I would humbly request to kindly do the needful to avoid such exploitation.

THERE IS LEAKAGE FROM THE HOUSE & BALCONY OF FLAT NO 226,FIRST FLOOR,DDA/SFS,Sector-9,pocket-1,Dwarka,Delhi-110075 AND THERE IS DRIPPING OF WATER FROM ROOF IN OUR HOUSE AND THERE IS RISK OF FALLING OF PLASTER AND ROOF IN OUR HOUSE & BALCONY.
THE OWNER OF THAT FLAT NO 226 DOESN'T TAKE PAIN TO GET IT CHECKED AND REPAIR IT.
WE HAVE ASKED THE OWNER TO GET THE LEAKAGE CORRECTED,BUT SHE DOES NOT ALLOWS TO CHECK AND CORRECT THE LEAKAGE FROM HER HOUSE. WE CONSTANTLY LIVE UNDER FEAR AND ANEXIETY. WE DONT LET OUR CHILDREN GO TO BALCONY.
THIS HAS CREATED TERROR IN OUR MINDS. GOD KNOW WHEN ROOF OF HOUSE & BALCONY FALL.
PLEASE DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT.
