Respected Chief Engineer,
Sir, it is brought to your kind notice that we, the residents of Pocket-8, Sector-24 Rohini, Delhi, are facing the accute shortage of water particularly from flat no. 183 to 213. In these flats. no water is being supplied since last may'2011. We are compelled to buy the water tankers from private water suppliers. We are not rich to buy the water very oftenly. On complainting this issue to the concerned authority, they always say one thing due to low pressure, water supply is disrupted. But one thing I want to clear, there is no water crises in our colony except between above said flats.
Sir, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the officer concerned to rectify the problem at once so that we may get water without any hinderance.

I got an H.I.G flat in draw of DDA housing scheme 2010 , its already around one year & allotment letter not received , last week on ( 24th JAN-12 ) met the Director- housing-HIG , they said the H.I.Gs of all areas & some M.I.Gs ( like vasantkunj ), are still under construction & the engineers dept. are at fault for this , they still dont know the demand-letters status & it can still take upto 6 months or even more .. to my view this is gross negligence of DDA . Is there a way we can file a COMPLAINT , to claim damages / mental harasment for late allotement ? People are suffering , DDA is not bothered at all , the construction work is going-on extremly slow , all allotees should make an association and file the case together .. . . Rajeev Arora

It is brought to kind notice that we, the residents of Pocket-8, Sector-24, Rohini, are facing the acute shortage of water. Sir in our colony, there is no water supply since May 2011. We get water hardly for 5-10 minutes in four days. How it can be possible for us to live without water. Our life is going from worse to worst. We are compelled to purchase water though water tanker supplier.
We have lodged so many complaints to concerned JE, AE and Executive Engineer, but all in vein. Sir, surprise thing is that from flat No 181 to 215 there is no water but before and next to these flats, there is full supply of water.
Sir, it is our humble request to look into the matter and direct the concerned officers to check whether the water pipe line blocked or not. It may be possible that that water pipe line could be hindered by any reason.
Sir, if this problem is sort out by your efforts, we well be most highly obliged forever.

I with my 3 friends went to DDA Sports complex hari nagar on 17th jan 2012 and asked to play in the indoor badminton court on per day basis cost of which is Rs.55.They agreed to let us in but we found out that the shop in the sports complex was closed hence we went to buy a badminton racket outside the sports complex and when we returned they denied us admission to the premise on the mere basis that playing in jeans isn't allowed.We told them that we had already been playing for a few days now including 10th jan 2012 and we weren't told of any such rule.They told us that a notice has been floating for a month now and it is our responsibility to see that notice.Then we demanded that notice or asked for the place where that notice was put up but they refused to show it and rudely told us that they were the authority and they will not show it.We then called the secretary of that sports complex Mr. S.S. Khurana and he called the reception and asked them to allow us.The person on the reception then entered into a quarrel with us and told us that it is his complex and he won't let us in at any cost.He called the seceratary then and told him that we were arguing where the person to start it was he himself. He asked to not come to that sports complex again.The DDA website doesn't mention any such rule. Moreover the objective stated on the website is to provide recreational and healthy environment to the citizens of Delhi.I would ask how and what dress should be weared for recreational purposes. Moreover we told them that we were college students on 10th jan and the fees as mentioned on the website is Rs.10 per day but they charged us with Rs.55 so where is this money going.If i am not wrong DDA stands for Delhi Development Authority but hari nagar sports complex looks like it is privately owned complex.

Dear Sir

I wish to draw attention of concerned authorities that some of the builder and contractor using residential park for commercial uses. They are keeping his building making material in park which was not supposed to used for this purpose.

This is my humble request to concerned officials to help us to get rid of this issue and establish the decorum of our resident.

To the DDA commissioner / Official,

I am working in Bhikaji Cama Place since last 4 years. All the parking here in the complex is with DDA , who have contracted to outside party for operation and mantainance.

For Car parking as per the contract is Rs 10 per entry but this is conpletely not followed . they are charging from Rs 30 to Rs 50 per day. The informative display boards of DDA have been tampered and these parking contractors force their rates on to the public.
If someone resist, they simply refuse to allow for parking space or mis behave harshly. Even Delhi Police is frienly with them and dont interfere in the matter.
Virtually, they are looting people like us daily. If we object, they threat to not allow us to enter our vehicle in the parking of damage the vehicle.

There is no mantainance of the parking lots , and not safe for women to enter these undergroung parking lots.

We request that DDA must organize Audit drives and catch such evidensed and cancel the parking contracts.
I dont know where all this extra money goes ..........

It has become very difficult for us to manage further. Pls display what is the actual rates of parking......properly

I would humbly request to kindly do the needful to avoid such exploitation.

THERE IS LEAKAGE FROM THE HOUSE & BALCONY OF FLAT NO 226,FIRST FLOOR,DDA/SFS,Sector-9,pocket-1,Dwarka,Delhi-110075 AND THERE IS DRIPPING OF WATER FROM ROOF IN OUR HOUSE AND THERE IS RISK OF FALLING OF PLASTER AND ROOF IN OUR HOUSE & BALCONY.
THE OWNER OF THAT FLAT NO 226 DOESN'T TAKE PAIN TO GET IT CHECKED AND REPAIR IT.
WE HAVE ASKED THE OWNER TO GET THE LEAKAGE CORRECTED,BUT SHE DOES NOT ALLOWS TO CHECK AND CORRECT THE LEAKAGE FROM HER HOUSE. WE CONSTANTLY LIVE UNDER FEAR AND ANEXIETY. WE DONT LET OUR CHILDREN GO TO BALCONY.
THIS HAS CREATED TERROR IN OUR MINDS. GOD KNOW WHEN ROOF OF HOUSE & BALCONY FALL.
PLEASE DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT.

I am resident of B2 Block JANAK PURI. For the last 3 to 4 months DDA Horticulture Department staff been collecting dry leaves and other garbage next to main gate of the B2 Block DDA Model Park. Despite several requests, the garbage has not been removed. The garbage dump is located with 10 feet of the parking area and within 30 feet of the B2 Block Government School. Any accidental fire from a cigarette butt could result in a disaster. In addition, the garbage dump is breeding ground for mosquitoes and this could spread dengue or other viruses to the children studying in the school and living nearby.

An immediate action would be highly appreciated. Many thanks.

[protected] hai, inhone pura coridor me illegal construct karke apna room bana liya hai , iske liye ab hum muhim kar rahe hai, or jo b rasta ho under law k tahet vo istemal karenge, apse anurodh hai ki iske uper koi action lijiye,because hume apni byks nahi khaddi kar pate vaha pe or hume bahar khadi karni padti hai or chori hone ka khatara b bana rahta hai , to humara apse anurodh hai ki ap apni property ka durupyog na hone de or hume humara huk dilaye,agar ap likhit me chahte hai to hum dene k liye teyar hai

My name is Bhavesh Gupta i m a temporary member of DDA SPORTS COMPLEX SAKET from last few months i am noticing that your staff of the badminton court are taking money from some members and booking the court on cell phone.Sir i know the booking of the court is done on first come first basis but this rule is not followed by your badminton staff.One of your staff member BABU RAM is not following the rules of DDA SPORTS COMPLEX and booking the badminton court for personal reasons.


I would like you to take some serious action against this activity.

WE ARE RESIDENT OF MAYUR VIHAR PASE-3, WE HAD COMPLAINED AGAINST THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION BEEN CARRIED OUT BY OUR NEIGHBOURS, WHICH WILL BLOCK THE SUNLIGHT AND AIR FOR US. THE GREEN AREA IS ALSO BEEN SPOLIED. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE DDA YET DESPITE SEVERAL CALLS AND MAILS TO DDA. IT IS ALSO BEEN OBSERVED THAT DDA OFFICIALS OF THE AREA HAVE ACCEPTED THE BRIBE BY THE NEIGHBOURS. THE RWA OF THE SOCIETY HAS ALSO TAKEN NO ACTION AGAINST THIS AND HAVE ALLOWED THE CONSTRUCTION BEEN CARRIED OUT. THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN FLATS 60-D, POCKET-6,MIG-FLATS, MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-3, DELHI-110096.
WHY DDA HAS BEEN UNABLE TO TAKE ANY ACTION. WE WOULD BE FORCED TO FILE AN RTI AND COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER COURT IF DDA FAILS TO TAKE ANY ACTION.

I would like to know the following about following sports complex’ of DDA-
DDA Paschim Vihar-
1.)Why is it closed between 10am-4pm?
2.)Why we are not allowed to play football and cricket?
3.)Why we cannot play basketball between 5pm-7pm?(as there is private coaching during this time and hence no member is allowed in there)

DDA Ashok Vihar-
Why we cannot play basketball between 4:30pm-8:30pm?(as there is private coaching during this time and hence no member is allowed in there)

I am a student and hence cannot play in the morning and the Sports complex authorities don’t allow to play in the main timings in the evening?
Then why should I continue my membership ?

SURRENDER OF DDA FLAT DDA HOUSING SCHEME – 2010
MIG FLAT NO 132- FLOOR 1 JAHANGIRPURI


1. This is to inform you I was alloted flat MIG Flat No 123 Floor 1, Jahangirpuri under the DDA housing scheme 2010, which has been submitted / surrendered by me and provisions for this already existed.

2. It has been more than 4-5 months that the refund my deposite of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) has not been received yet. In this connection when representative o[censored]ndersigned met the authorities at Vikas Sadan, ‘D’ Block, Kidwai Nagar Office, Delhi, he was not given any satisfactory response and instead was not given any courteous conduct also. At the second instance when again Some Mr Joshi (Deputy director PR) was contacted at DDA office on 10 oct he went to the extent of making some derogatory remarks for army when he was specifically told that this application belongs to an army man. Even there was a problem in filing RTI because the basic form for the same wasnt available at the counter. It is requested that Demand Draft of refund amount ie Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) may please be forwarded at the earliest to my bank account No-[protected], State Bank of India, Main Branch, Convent Road, Dehradun – 248001 (correspondence address as per the application form). for no reasons and no error on my part I am losing the interest on the said amount and suffering financially. Details of my form, bank draft and other letters have already been given. DDA has given no reply till date whatsoever.

Please help us!!!!

We are living in Vikaspuri, DDA SFS flat since last four year ( 3rd, top floor, owned house).

Since last 3-4 months we are suffering from unknown loss like water tank damage, pipe damage.. etc etc...by keeping this loss in mind we changed the terrace's lock which was earlier shared by second floor owner also ( earlier lock were shared by second floor also).

We did this, just to avoid any unknown losses & want to know who were using the terrace nothing else...We explained the same to the second floor family also , that if they want to go to terrace we can give them key at any time...

But they said that they will not ask for the key every time, & they said forcefully we have to give them the duplicate key.

We are in great helpless situation what to do.... as damage on terrace are paid by us only since ever we owned this house.

We made polite request to them but they are not listening...

Please advice hope you help us....

I RESIDENT OF MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 2 POCKET F... LOOKING NOW A DAYS AN ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IS UNDERTAKING IN DDA FLATS(178-B MAYUR VIHAR PHASE -2). AS POCKET F FLATS ARE NOT TOO OLD BUT A RESIDENT WAS DOING LOTS OF ALTERATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION MADE BY DDA.... HE IS MAKING DOUBLE BRICK HOUSE INTO SINGLE BRICK. HE HAS MADE ILLEGAL BATHROOM... CONSTUCTING IT SO WRONG... ALL DA TIME HE ABUSE THIS OR THAT PERSON... THE PASSAGE OF THE STAIRCASE WAS ALSO... COVERED WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED BY DDA . WE ARE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM DUE TO THIS PERSON. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL THEY ARE USING IS SO POOR AND CAN HARM HUMAN IN FUTURE.. MAY BY EARTHQAKE AND ALL... BECAUSE IT IS FIRST FLOOR AND MAKING THE REST OF THE BUILDING WEEK.

I THINK IT IS MY DUTY TO INFORM SUCH THINGS.. OTHERWISE MCD IS RESPONSIBLE IF ANY WRONG HAPPEN

i am residential of mata sundri road, new delhi. we are to complaint about the tyres seller(at ground floor residential area) of our colony in our block A-116. he is working illegally there. there are many tyres which has full rain water. due to stable water gathering , many kites are spreading, like mosquitoes flies etc. as the matter of concern dangue and malaria is very dangerous . so for our best future we request you to take an an immediate and approprite action. looking for best and immediate action.
