BALCONY'S ETC. FORCING US TO HELP THEM , WE ARE LAW BINDING CITIZEN OF INDIA
AS WE KNOW THESE ARE ALL ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION. THEY ARE DOING HARASSMENT US ALSO
HAVING THERE POST IN DELHI POLICE AND THEY WILL GIVING BRIBE TO DDA AUTHORITY AND MCD EMPLOYEES ALSO

[protected] hai, inhone pura coridor me illegal construct karke apna room bana liya hai , iske liye ab hum muhim kar rahe hai, or jo b rasta ho under law k tahet vo istemal karenge, apse anurodh hai ki iske uper koi action lijiye,because hume apni byks nahi khaddi kar pate vaha pe or hume bahar khadi karni padti hai or chori hone ka khatara b bana rahta hai , to humara apse anurodh hai ki ap apni property ka durupyog na hone de or hume humara huk dilaye,agar ap likhit me chahte hai to hum dene k liye teyar hai

My name is Bhavesh Gupta i m a temporary member of DDA SPORTS COMPLEX SAKET from last few months i am noticing that your staff of the badminton court are taking money from some members and booking the court on cell phone.Sir i know the booking of the court is done on first come first basis but this rule is not followed by your badminton staff.One of your staff member BABU RAM is not following the rules of DDA SPORTS COMPLEX and booking the badminton court for personal reasons.


I would like you to take some serious action against this activity.

WE ARE RESIDENT OF MAYUR VIHAR PASE-3, WE HAD COMPLAINED AGAINST THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION BEEN CARRIED OUT BY OUR NEIGHBOURS, WHICH WILL BLOCK THE SUNLIGHT AND AIR FOR US. THE GREEN AREA IS ALSO BEEN SPOLIED. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE DDA YET DESPITE SEVERAL CALLS AND MAILS TO DDA. IT IS ALSO BEEN OBSERVED THAT DDA OFFICIALS OF THE AREA HAVE ACCEPTED THE BRIBE BY THE NEIGHBOURS. THE RWA OF THE SOCIETY HAS ALSO TAKEN NO ACTION AGAINST THIS AND HAVE ALLOWED THE CONSTRUCTION BEEN CARRIED OUT. THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN FLATS 60-D, POCKET-6,MIG-FLATS, MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-3, DELHI-110096.
WHY DDA HAS BEEN UNABLE TO TAKE ANY ACTION. WE WOULD BE FORCED TO FILE AN RTI AND COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER COURT IF DDA FAILS TO TAKE ANY ACTION.

I would like to know the following about following sports complex’ of DDA-
DDA Paschim Vihar-
1.)Why is it closed between 10am-4pm?
2.)Why we are not allowed to play football and cricket?
3.)Why we cannot play basketball between 5pm-7pm?(as there is private coaching during this time and hence no member is allowed in there)

DDA Ashok Vihar-
Why we cannot play basketball between 4:30pm-8:30pm?(as there is private coaching during this time and hence no member is allowed in there)

I am a student and hence cannot play in the morning and the Sports complex authorities don’t allow to play in the main timings in the evening?
Then why should I continue my membership ?

SURRENDER OF DDA FLAT DDA HOUSING SCHEME – 2010

1. This is to inform you I was alloted flat MIG Flat No 123 Floor 1, Jahangirpuri under the DDA housing scheme 2010, which has been submitted / surrendered by me and provisions for this already existed.

2. It has been more than 4-5 months that the refund my deposite of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) has not been received yet. In this connection when representative o[censored]ndersigned met the authorities at Vikas Sadan, ‘D’ Block, Kidwai Nagar Office, Delhi, he was not given any satisfactory response and instead was not given any courteous conduct also. At the second instance when again Some Mr Joshi (Deputy director PR) was contacted at DDA office on 10 oct he went to the extent of making some derogatory remarks for army when he was specifically told that this application belongs to an army man. Even there was a problem in filing RTI because the basic form for the same wasnt available at the counter. It is requested that Demand Draft of refund amount ie Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) may please be forwarded at the earliest to my bank account No-[protected], State Bank of India, Main Branch, Convent Road, Dehradun – 248001 (correspondence address as per the application form). for no reasons and no error on my part I am losing the interest on the said amount and suffering financially. Details of my form, bank draft and other letters have already been given. DDA has given no reply till date whatsoever.

Please help us!!!!

We are living in Vikaspuri, DDA SFS flat since last four year ( 3rd, top floor, owned house).

Since last 3-4 months we are suffering from unknown loss like water tank damage, pipe damage.. etc etc...by keeping this loss in mind we changed the terrace's lock which was earlier shared by second floor owner also ( earlier lock were shared by second floor also).

We did this, just to avoid any unknown losses & want to know who were using the terrace nothing else...We explained the same to the second floor family also , that if they want to go to terrace we can give them key at any time...

But they said that they will not ask for the key every time, & they said forcefully we have to give them the duplicate key.

We are in great helpless situation what to do.... as damage on terrace are paid by us only since ever we owned this house.

We made polite request to them but they are not listening...

Please advice hope you help us....

I RESIDENT OF MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 2 POCKET F... LOOKING NOW A DAYS AN ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IS UNDERTAKING IN DDA FLATS(178-B MAYUR VIHAR PHASE -2). AS POCKET F FLATS ARE NOT TOO OLD BUT A RESIDENT WAS DOING LOTS OF ALTERATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION MADE BY DDA.... HE IS MAKING DOUBLE BRICK HOUSE INTO SINGLE BRICK. HE HAS MADE ILLEGAL BATHROOM... CONSTUCTING IT SO WRONG... ALL DA TIME HE ABUSE THIS OR THAT PERSON... THE PASSAGE OF THE STAIRCASE WAS ALSO... COVERED WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED BY DDA . WE ARE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM DUE TO THIS PERSON. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL THEY ARE USING IS SO POOR AND CAN HARM HUMAN IN FUTURE.. MAY BY EARTHQAKE AND ALL... BECAUSE IT IS FIRST FLOOR AND MAKING THE REST OF THE BUILDING WEEK.

I THINK IT IS MY DUTY TO INFORM SUCH THINGS.. OTHERWISE MCD IS RESPONSIBLE IF ANY WRONG HAPPEN

i am residential of mata sundri road, new delhi. we are to complaint about the tyres seller(at ground floor residential area) of our colony in our block A-116. he is working illegally there. there are many tyres which has full rain water. due to stable water gathering , many kites are spreading, like mosquitoes flies etc. as the matter of concern dangue and malaria is very dangerous . so for our best future we request you to take an an immediate and approprite action. looking for best and immediate action.

Sir We are living in LIG Flats of Kalkaji near Aravali Appt. there are L-I type flats and L-II type flats. We are living in L-I type flat and people live in ground floor have constructed room in their balcony and after that they have made their balcony in the street by making and installing railings and making walls etc. After that they also park their car outside this extended balcony. This extra balcony and after parking their car in the street we are facing space constraint while driving our vehicle etc. And in sheer emergency any ambulance is unable to go through this street. So kindly take action and remove all illegal balconies etc. from the LIG flats so that any mishappening will not arise due to narrow space in street. Thanks

My Father had deposited Rs. 3000 along with application form in 1985 for DDA Slum Wing residential plot Registration No. - 39900 and priority no. is 7717/g... But till date we have not recieved any information regarding the allotment. Kindly revert as soon as possible or else we will have to take some action towards DDA.. Plz revert on email ID. I am residing in DDA Flats at Dilshad Garden Janta flats first floor (P-18/B3). The second does not care about the maintainence.The sewage pipes are choked. it is a daily problem that the water get logged in the shaft area due to leakage in pipe of, seepage has come in the walls and dirty smell is coming all the time. The owner of flat No. P-17/C1 is doing noththing to stop the water dropping down at First & ground floor inspite of sevaral...

Dear sir,

Delhi Development Authority takes development charges while selling the MIG flats but forget to ensure the essential need of the residents - WATER. In this DDA flats pocket (pocket 24, Sector 24, Rohini), water is supplied in morning for hardly 10 minutes duration and 20 minutes in evening. The more disheartening thing is that more often, there would no supply. What more inefficient system could be expected that the morning supply timing is after 8:30 am, when most of the adults have already left for their jobs. It is truly pathetic state of affairs on part of a government and clearly a case that government system has collapsed even to arrange the basic needs for the general public. Scarcity in summer time is understood but here situation remains the same even in monsoon season. By inefficient working, this govt deptt itself causing the residents to dig more & more personal borewells and depleting the groundwater- illegally. No hope in India for a good living even after paying to govt in terms of taxes, development charges, booster charges etc. etc. etc.

we were unsuccessful applicants & hence application money was to be returned by dda within one month.
So far we have not received the refund money. Help desk of dda is not responding despite many trials. Even axis bank help desk is not responding.
Like many other applicants bank deliberately not responding to the call so as to earn interest unlawfully. They should have sent the refund order through regd /Courier at the given address.

Dear Sir,

We are residents of M.C.D Flat Sector - 20 Rohini, facing water scarcity for last 14 years. In spite of so many reminders and follow up with officials, still there is no water supply.

Since other flats are having Delhi Jal Board / DDA water supply, why it is not applicable for MCD flats ?

Recently we complained to Delhi Jal Board about this water crisis through SMS and spoken to some exective and got the complaint number 0020011. We personally spoke to Executive Engineer Mr. I C Monga ([protected]) and he said that MCD Flat, Sector 20, Rohini is not the DJB's coverage area and also instructed us to talk to concerned person at the following address

Dear Sir/Madam,

After receiving allotment letter in April, 2011 for DDA shop (alloted through Tender in March 2011), I deposited the full money on 10-May-2011 and completed all the process for possession letter in 10-June-2011.

Despite visiting DDA office 8 times in last 3 months, the possession letter not issued yet. Every time they says FILE is with some other department.

Please advice the below:
1) What's the procedure for filling a complaint against the DDA officer?
2) Should I approach Central Vigilance Commission for the complaint?
3) Should I file case against DDA? Please advise which court to approach - Consumer Court, District Forum etc.
4) As DDA charging 15% per annum interest for payment after 1 month issue of allotment letter, so in case of delay DDA must return in case o[censored]n-necessary delay in issuing possession letter. Please advice the legal and how can I force DDA to pay the interest.

This complaint is for the Horticulture dept. of DDA, delhi.

In tughlakabad extn. gali no. 37 the residents throw garbage openly in the green belt of DDA. The horticulture dept.which has their office in gali no. 36 are aware of the problem but have not taken any concrete steps to stop this mess, despite several verbal reminders.
The senior officers are requested to take action in this regard so that the green belt can be saved.
The CM of delhi has planned to plant a million trees this season but the horticulture dept. does not care about the green belt it has to maintain.

The residents of KD-76 have constructed one complete floor on the terrace, putting extra load on the whole building. This is seen as a threat to the lives of all other families tresiding in the building.
How can an originally designed three storey building bear the load of one additional floor!!!!~
This should certainly be seen as a threat to the lives of the rest of the people staying in the same building
An early action would be appreciated.
