I AM USER OF SWIMMING POOL OF PASCHIM VIHAR SPORTS COMPLEX. THE POOL IS VERY POORLY MAINTAINED. WATER IS NEVER CLEAN AND EVEN ALGAE CAN BE SEEN IN WATER. MOSQUITOS, PESTS CAN BE SEEN FLOATING. USERS SPECIALLY CHILDERN ARE GETTING INFECTIONS BUT DDA OFFICIALS ARE NOT BOTHERED.
THE PEOPLE WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP ARE ALLOWED AND THEY TAKE SOME GOOD MONTHLY CHARGES FROM THE NON MEMBERS WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT OR RECORDS.

I had applied for DDA Housing scheme 2008 with application money of Rs 150000. Neither I have got the allotment nor the refund. I also complained to Chief Minister cell, New Delhi on March06, 2009 (reference CMO/PGC/2009/528272) but have not received any reply. My DDA application number is 9258848. Please take up the matter and help me to get my refund alongwith penal interest.

My Father applied for Rohini DDA Plot in 1981 its almost 27 years the plot has not been allotted. It shows the ineffectiveness in dealing with the matter of allotting the plots that it is taking them almost 27 years to allot the land to the applicants.

We fail to understand that why are they taking so long to allot the plots and how many generations more have to wait

I applied for a dda plot under the rohini scheme in 1981 vide aplication no10403. I have been allotted a priority no. 2503. I applied for a change of category from Janta to MIG in 1986.
