DDA land outer wall broken and planning to use for personal use.

Sir/madam
I'm resident of Sai Apartment, Sector 13, Rohini, second floor. Almost all the walls have been removed by the owner of first floor house, it has caused severe damage to walls of our house at many places & I'm worried about the safety of the building I'm living in. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I paid 102029.5 rupees yesterday and it got deducted but is not showing on the website.

Reg: Unable to Deposit Water bill in DDA portal
I beg to state following few lines for your kind consideration:
I am an allottee of Flat No. 8, Block B-I, Poket-2, Sector 34, Rohini under DDA Housing Scheme 2014, but not residing in this flat nor rented it out because basic amentias are not available in this area. Moreover water connectivity facilities is not been availed by me nor water meter has been installed in my flat but DDA is serving water bill ever since possession was handed over to me.
I had remitted Rs.9623 (Rupees Nine Thousand Six Hundred twenty three only) on 23.01.2021 towards water bill up to September 2020 Quarter as per the demand of DDA for my Consumer No.DDARZ002884.
The receipt of the payment was acknowledged DDA with following details:
In subsequent quarter when I wanted to remit the current due through DDA’s portal it is observed that system is demanding the due as Rs.10570/- which includes earlier deposited Rs.9623 and other charges details is as under:

It is a matter of great concern that August institution like DDA is not updating transactions in their system and it is demanding with cumulative of amount already paid.
Few days back I visited your office and requested the dealing staff to make necessary corrections but they decline to do so without your permission.
You are therefore requested to instruct the dealing staff to update the data in the system and generate new Demand in the Portal for the period December 2020 so that regular payment can be made.
Kindly waive the penalties and past surcharges so that I may pay the bill after September 2020 Quarter.

I applied for DDA New Housing Scheme 2021 on December 27, 2021 and made the payment via internet banking from ICICI Bank on December 27, 2021. I paid INR 2, 02, 029.50 and the amount got deducted from my account. The beneficiary was mentioned as SBI DDA. The Payment transaction reference no [protected]. However, on the DDA site eservices.dda.org.in, my payment is reflected as failed. Please see below payment details

I Paramjeet Kaur resudent of 68-A DDA FLATS SUNLIGHT COLONY NO.2 Ashram wants to file a complaint against owners of 68-B/C/D, DDA FLATS SUNLIGHT COLONY NO.2 ASHRAM, NEW DELHI-110014 who have constructed toilet above our bedrooms of ground floor whiich is not as per the DDA construction and all the sewage water is pouring down in my bedrooms.

We are facing a lot of issues related to our health and have invested heavy amounts...

Hello Sir !! Whole road behind Aakash hospital Dwarka Rajapuri market road New Delhi is broken. What is the government waiting for ? When someone dies or gets hurt only then action will be taken.

There is a badminton and a basketball court at DDA park, Krishan Kunj Extension Part - 1, Bank Enclave, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi. Both of these badminton and basketball courts are poorly maintained plus there is lack of lighting at the courts which makes it dificult for people to play at night.
Kindly look upto these issues and solve these poor maintenance and lack of lighting issue as soon as possible.

I am allottee of DDA plot in Rohini sector 34, Plot no. 136, Pocket C5, With the file no. F[protected]?LSB/Rohini/DDA and I have completed all formalities i.e. Deposited all document necssary for delivery of Possession and also I have All the demande money 2 years back but bI have not been given possession till date.

I had witten to Grievience redressal Forum DDA with Registration no. L[protected] and my grievience has been marked to Sh. S.K. Sharma DD but till date no action has been taken nor I have not heard from them.

It is requested that I may be given possession of above said plot at the earliest

My name is Ramesh Kumar...I have rented flat from last 1 year its address is 2nd floor, Flat no-47, Near-Shahabad dairy bus stand, Pocket-A5, Sector-28 Rohini, Pincode-110042. I got delayed every month of water bill from DDA and water is not coming from last year and have to pay water bill, as landloard inforce me to pay water bill as getting DDA water bill. I have also connected with other people of pocket A5 of Sector 28 Rohini and noone is getting water supply from DDA. Attaching some bill payment receipt. This month(November), also got water bill from DDA. Please look this issue on priority basis and help to resolve this.

Hi, I am from Pocket - D, Mayur Vihar 2, Delhi - 91.
People are parking their vehicles in freeway area which is blocking the movement of people/ small vehicles.
One such incident is freeway/ path next to Flat no. 13, Pocket - D. Ground floor resident in front of Flat no. 13 has started parking his car in freeway which is creating problem for other residents and blocking movement.
When asked to remove the vehicle, person did not agree and even threatened us. Requesting to look into the matter.

The amount of security deposit 24000 was refunded but the rest is still pending.
We visited the dda office in person multiple times but nothing is working out.
Please help and resolve the issue to get us the refund of the pending amount.

Sir I mom is the owner of the house since 2014 and we do not have a water connection as it was a raw flat and we came to know about it after we saw the bill as we have not used the water in the premises so why I have been charged so much

There is an un authorized construction going on over my flat. This illegal construction is dangerous. I live at ground floor and walls of my flat are getting cracks due to this construction.

This illegal construction has put lives on stake. The building may collapse any time and it may cause casualty.

Plz take appropriate action as per the guidelines to stop this illegal and unauthorized modification of DDA flat.

This construction is unsafe and will fall down any time.

There is an park in my colony which is never maintain by any DDA authority member and always have full with garbage, most of the time cows are moving in the park and eat the plants which is grown by colony people. we all colony members are requested you to please make a walking track in the park and provide some chairs for senior citizens.
