As per the PROCESS OF DRAW of DDA-Housing scheme, The computerized draw of allotment of flats is based on Random Number Indicated Technique, While preparing the Cross-Reference of Applicants and Picking of Lucky Numbers no separate screening is mentioned for reserved category applicants, the reservation quota will be applicable only after arriving into the initial Lucky Number for applicants. In this process though the number of reserved applicants is less in compared to the general applicants, the chances of getting through will be less and resulting no successful applicant lead to conversion of reserved quota flats into general applicant.

Dear Sir,

As a vigilant resident of Sukhdev Vihar, Pocket 'A', DDA Flats, I would like to submit that entire side lane servicing the feeder lanes to flats has been illegally occupied by constructing 6" wide platforms and covered with plantation resulting encroaching almost 40% of road side meant for parking.

Very recently, about 6 months back the entire encroachment were removed but soon after the same have again been erected. More over a number of ground floor residents have encroached front of their houses by making either pucca platforms or have put up plantation pots hindering the movements of vehicles, particularly in emergency when hospital facilities are required at odd times. This also results in parking of vehicles practically on roads and in night not getting space to pass through, people in distress keep on honking disturbing the entire community.

Couple of residents like 17 A, corner flat put up flower pots right upto corner of road on both sides with the result turning of vehicles too gets struck and at times get damaged.

All this leaves practically no space of parking and frequent parking brawls are the order of the day.

RWA is perhaps giving a deaf ear to all these problems.

Would request immediate redressal of the problem, this shall be big reprieve and make residents realize their responsibilities towards a healthy society.

Sir,

I am resident of House No. 55, Ground floor Pocket –D, DDA LIG Flat, GTB Enclave, Delhi –93. There is illegal construction going on above my flat, which is occupied by one Anil Kumar Arora, Flat No. 57 (1st Floor) and one Jagat Singh Rawat, Flat No. 58 (2nd Floor). These occupiers have illegally constructed two rooms, one WC and one Bathroom on their balcony (covering the balcony with mud illegally, which endangers the entire building) that happen to be above my Kitchen and as a result of which there is very heavy seepage in my Kitchen.

I have spoken to them number of times and have told them to stop construction as I am facing lot of problem and harassment. We cannot cook food in our kitchen as a result of heavy seepage, but these gentlemen do not listen. Hence this letter of complaint.

I would therefore request you to take immediate action against the residents of flat No. 57 (1st Floor) and Flat No. 58 (2nd Floor) and pass necessary orders to demolish illegal construction on the Balcony. Please treat this matter very urgent. I shall be grateful to you.

Subject:- Unauthorized Construction continue in Pitam Pura

Sir,
With due respect I want to bring to your kind notice that unauthorized construction continues in flat no. 130A N.P. Block pitam pura. The flat is above the government dispensary but still the flat holder extends the balcony of the flat which is a illegal construction. This complaint has been made to MCD by other residents of the flats.
Please take the appropriate action against the flat holder as soon as possible.

Today (19 November 2008) while reading newspaper Hindustan Times, I came across DDA notification about checking the application list of all the people who so ever submitted their forms for the allotment would happen before 15 December 2008.

I checked my aapplication number at DDA's website, answer it gave back after putting my application number was "Your application has been received". Thereafter out of curiosity I started putting arbit numbers but following their number format. Number format consist of 7 digits, starts with 0 and after that any 6 digits. If you go to their webiste and put in 0000000, which means application number is 0 status is "Application has been received". I am amazed is their an application number 0 as well. Best thing to check is if you have bought the application form but did not submit that form. It should provide a check for a doubt on DDA.

Dear Sir,

With deep regret, we resident of Nehru Apartments (Flat 107; 111; 115) are forced to place our complaint against Flat No. 119 Nehru Apartments (Mrs. & Mr. Mitra) on illegal / unauthorised construction of a full floor on the roof top / terrace placing the entire building along with everyone’s life at high risk being at the earthquake-Zone 4 area.

We are regretted to inform you about noncompliance of DDA order by one of our resident i.e. Sh.Dayanand Gupta RO 26-B, Janta Flat, ph.3 Ashok Vihar, Delhi, 110052 running Illegal Shop in front of his residence by extending his 30sqm upto 75sqm over public footpath & street corner. He not only disturbing life and road transport facilities
of our appx.1000 residents by encroached more than 75sqm but his son Sh.S.K. Gupta (Sunil Kumar Gupta)RO 26-D, First floor, Janta Flat, ph-3, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-110052
has also built 4 room set over his fathers shop cum residence by disobeying DDA laws extending original allotted 1 room set upto 4 room set in his janta flat.
They must come under DDA DERC bylaws which you can judge from the above tenets.
1.Disobeying DDA rules by illegally constructing unauthorized Shop namely (New Super
Store) in place of his janta flat allotted for residential purpose.
2.Disobeying DDA rules i.e. Not closing his illegal shop by putting on iron door so as to
give his shop as flatted house look, this suggestion was given by DDA official came on
site and might had underhand bribe.
3.He is (Sh.Dayanand Gupta) misusing his power by saying he is a supervisor in child
inmate jail and has ministrial link .
4.He is also disobeying DERC laws by using DL as commercial NDL, since he is only
paying ordinary DL electric bill in place of NDL bill.He must come under Electric
theft.
5.He (Sunil Kr. Gupta) is misusing his power as secretary of our association, so whenever
any complaint is lodge he always protect his father.

You can come personally at any time between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and can see what is going on in your Janta flat which is allotted for residential purpose only they
Are running commertial business.
Please do consider our complaint cum requisition against this two malefactors and help us in providing safe passage of our area traffic and shutting down

I am waiting from till 1981 on which day come to when plot is alloted to me. when in 1999 some plots are alloted when dda says after some time we redusing the size of plots and then alot it the rest of the registration.some times before dda says we don't have a land for giving the rest of the people.

their is a illigal basment is under construction in my naughbour in shop no.97-98 dda market lajwanti garden new delhi -46 earlier he has convert 4 shops in 1 and now illigae basment few days back some police man visit to his shop for stopping that construction but cant guess what setting he has done they move back and illigal basment is still under construction.

I got myself registered under this DDA scheme in 1981. On the pretext of “not having any land for waiting Rohini Scheme Registrants”, DDA has not made allotment of plot.

DDA has about 2500 hectare (un-utilised) land in its possession which it has acquired on behalf of ‘Rohini Residential Scheme’, this information has already been collected through RTI Act.

In reply to the questions raised in Lok Sabha, UD Ministry has already submitted “Clearing of Rohini back log by end of 2006”. As the submissions made by UD Ministry have not been fulfilled, all concerning officials have already been approached through live representation or written grievances. Instead of replying/ answering clearly and completely, DDA is still trying to hoodwink us and “hoodwinking replies” have again been highlighted by me through my recent letter addressed to Hon’ble Prime Minister and other officials (off course not DDA officials).

About 100 waiting registrants are already in touch with each other are meeting concerned officials to get resolve this 27 year old “injustice”. National print/ electronic media people are also being contacted to highlight this “Public Interest Issue”. Many “startling facts” have already been collected through RTI Act and now we are also planning to approach the appropriate court for speedy justice. Unconfirmed reports are that DDA is coming with a[protected] plot draw in coming 2-3 months and rest will be cleared in coming 20-22 months.

i camplaint to mcd that unathorised development in my calony. I live in DDA flats Pocket d1 Kondly Mayur Vihar phase 3. So many person maintain there house in MCD park place and path way area. Spacialy i camplain to 31-b Pocket D1 Kondly Mayur Vihar phase 3. The houseland person takin extra space and make a one more room. That wise no space front of this house and capture the park place and path road.

Hi, This is to bring in notice of all DDA official who look after tha unauthorised construction and then take corrective actions.
In Rohini Sector 23, pocket -3, DDA has employed one person to look after the vacant flats and this person is working under DDA engineer. There are huge number of illegal constructions being carried out in this pocket and DDA persons along with local cops are taking bribe to allow them.

I am residing in Dwarka (Navrattan Appartment, Plot 7-A, Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi). Some time back the President of our Society made a complaint in respect of Selective Members (who did not vote for him in the Society Election) that fibre shades have been placed on the balconies. DDA people came to our society to demolish/dismantle the fibre shades which were placed by us to save ourseleves from rain/sun. The President (now ex-President - rather he has vacated the flat and is going to dispose of his flat) chased the DDA vigorously to dismantle the shades. We do not know what was he doing in the DDA and how he was managing and tragetting only a few residents (selectively). In all the societies of Delhi not only in Dwarka, residents have put shades in the balconies. Is there anybody to see why a few person (three in all) in the society were being targetted and why others were left in the complaint or inspection made by DDA which was carried out at the instance of our ex-President. These shades have been allowed in DDA flats. Last year the Dogra Committee of DDA have also recommended to allow the CGH Societies to have these shades. Those recommendation were forwarded to Govt. for approval. I do not know whether those have been approved or still pending. I want that DDA should not take any action till the approval of Dogra Committee Recommendations so that if any action is to be taken the same should be for all the societies in Delhi and not only for three residents in our society. DDA visit our Society unexpectly when there are only very senior citizen are at home and these citizens are not able to do anything since their children go to offices. Now the present Management, even the President/Secretary do not have any problem with the fibre shades in the balconies. The previous President who made the complaint has already vacated the society and he has put his flat for SALE. I request that now DDA should not take any action on the complaint filed by ex-President in respect of our Society.
