Have called multiples times to dda offices but no one pick the landline call there and even their mobile number, but how government department works see useless phone number

I had cancelled my flat and surrender money still not received for the 2019 housing scheme.

Don't know is it recoverable from dda or not?

I booked this in month of july and cancelled it because it was not as per my requirements and also flat was at very remote location

As per the dda we can cancel and get refund

Visited multiple times to the dda but it could not happened
