Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Registration status shows failed but payment debited from a/c

I made payment for registration for FCFS. The amount was debited from my bank however the status shows failed.
Transaction reference - FCFS_17_0_[protected]_250389_4
Challan# [protected].
Payment Date - 30/11/2023
Amount - ₹ 2500

I also sent email to [protected]@dda.org.in/ [protected]@gmail.com on 30-Nov, 23 still no response.
Kindly provide refund
