My name is kusum lata and i am living with my parents. I would like to surrender my dda flat alotted to me in 2017. My flat no. Is 687, pocket-c, block-a, loknayak puram. My application number is 279530 draw no-397 held on 30/11/2017. My d. D. No - 143432. My father is 76 years old and my mother is 72 years old residing with me. They cannot walk up and down from stairs. So, kindly cancel the flat from my name and refund my money of rs 1, 00, 000 (One lakh) at my address earliest.
