I had taken one data entry work from online by naukari app. Data entry work was provided by manali sharma from my digital technology located in delhi. As per the contract, they ask me to make payment of rs. 3, 850 and after that, they will provide work. After making the payment they were not attending my call. So, i make a call in their official number provided on the website. So, they send me the work having 545 pages and i completed it within the time period itself. After completion of work i sent my work and inform them. Again, they were not attending my call and after 2 days they attended my call. She informed me that it’s under process and they will check it and provide the status within that day. Finally, they informed that it is approved and they will pay rs. 30, 000 and i have to send rs. 3, 500 (Not mentioned before) again for registering my bank account under their accounting department. But as per our contract, they mentioned rs. 3, 850 only in which rs. 3, 000 is refundable after 2 projects. I mentioned the same and she is telling that if you need money then you have to send rs. 3, 500 and they will refund this money along with my project money. Otherwise, they can’t proceed. So, i queried about the contract and why you didn’t mention the same in agreement. But she told that sir i am telling finally if you want money then make payment and she disconnected my call. I request you to kindly find out these fraud people and take appropriate action. By that, you can save others from getting in fraud works. Also, i am mentioning one thing if you ask them about this complaint they will tell some excuses. Also, check true caller for spam reports.
