Dear sir/ma’am,
We both undersigned have registered for an HIG housing unit with you in our names as of Ms. Deepa Walia and Mr. Balwant Singh Walia, bearing membership number DGH03048 on 26th of June 2018 and we have made payment of Rs.21, 50, 400.00 (Rupees Twenty One Lakh Fifty Thousand Four Hundred) in various installments. The receipts for the same are available on your website portal.
Initially and subsequently also we were always promised that the construction for the flats will start in December 2018 and delivered the possession in 2020 and from the meetings we attended with you and lastly in March 2019, we came to know that even the land pooling was not completed.
We got the necessary verification from DDA Delhi about your failure on various counts and your slow or no progress on the project.
On[protected], we sent you a request via email for cancellation of flat unit and withdrawal of the total amount paid that is Rs 21, 50, 400/- with interest thereof. In the absence of any reply from your side, we had sent subsequent emails on 13.02.2021 and 13.03.2021.
On 13.03.2021, we got a call from your office from one Mr. Praveen Sehrawat and were promised that the land pooling will be finished in one month i.e. by April 2021 and our membership will be replaced and money will be returned. The same was communicated to us via email from your side on the same date i.e. 13.03.2021. After one month, we did not receive any communication from you and subsequently wrote emails asking the status of our application for cancellation of our flat unit and withdrawal of money with interest thereof, on 20.04.2021 and 24.06.2021.
Till date, we have neither received any communication (oral or written) from your side nor any money. Comply with it within three weeks. On your failure, we shall have no option except to file a case before RERA Tribunal, Delhi for refund of amount, interest thereon, penal interest, and for your punishment by getting lodged an appropriate criminal case. In case you did not listen or comply with our demand and ultimately we are forced to approach the tribunal, it shall be at your costs. Please obey it. Do not fail. Avoid unpleasant action.
