I made an online transaction of Rs 25000 on May 8, 2019 to get enrolled for lucky draw registration fee of a 2 bhk mig flat.

After the payment the next day they sent me an application form and instructed to send the filled form by courier. I also received a call from the sales team (Sumitra/Shiva) to do the same at the earliest.

After few communications on phone and emails on the relevant housing scheme, I realized that there is something fishy about it. I sent an email to not to consider me for the draw as I am not in a position to fill and send the filled application form before May 16th (lucky draw date).

The guy named Shiva told me that as you're not sending the form, you'll not be considered for lucky drawand my money will be refunded within 15 days. On May 16, 2019 I checked their website and my name was not in the lucky draw list of people announced on the website, can still be checked live at https://www.delhigrouphousing.com/result.php

After waiting for few days, I am trying to reach them to check the status of my refund and they are not answering my calls. They are not in a mood to refund the amount.

I applied for Delhi Awas Yojna and paid application money of Rs 25000 in 2bhk. I do not want to apply for this project and donot want to be considered for draw as I mistook it for ready to move DDA project. But instead project under delhi heights is yet to take off and works under PPP Model.

Currently I am looking ready to move in projectes under DDA Only. So Plz refund my amount Rs 25000 (application Money) via cheque.

DO NOT CONSIDER MY APPLICATION FOR DRAW.

I had applied and got allocated 4 bhk apartment from delhi heights multi state cghs ltd, having registration number mscs/cr/1095/2014.

I have paid approximately rs. 15 lacs it is now around a year, no development. They are playing with our money. They have got 1200 members and all have same issue. It seems from their attitude in agm dated 15th april 2019, they wanted to get accounts approval of year ending 31st march 2019 (Within 15 days of completion of the year) that too which was half completed accounts. Their auditor, ca is also in favour of them and has been claiming that 90% of accounts are completed.

- they circulated on 30th march 2019 (As per letter i have) a completed accounts dated 31st march 2019 (One day in advance).

- as per the auditor of said society m/s s s periwal & co, which was represented by their partner and society has been making video of whole agm proceeding, statement accounts were 90% completed. We have not heard that a statutory auditor is presenting 90% completed account to the members in agm.

- no audit reports was annexed to the accounts still statutory auditor was presenting the accounts. It was unsigned half completed accounts.

- they wanted approval of 90% completed accounts which was opposed by unanimously by all members.

- they wanted to call for further instalment payments which was also opposed unanimously by all members.

All are on records and now i see today they have advertised again for same project. It should be noted that people should aware of this type of scam going around in the market, it would turn into bigger scam in delhi for real estate market.

- there is no authority which may control this illegal collection of money from the market and end use of their fund.

- dda and other state authorities are sleeping now and will be awake when it is too late.

I have booked an lig-1bhk apartment at delhi housing society, c/o delhi heights multi state cghs ltd, regd. Off. – sf-1, 2nd floor, wadhwa plaza – 2, plot – 5, central market, sector – 10, dwarka. New delhi - 110075
Vide membership no. Dhs02116. As there is no progress till date and also as there has been a family medical emergency which has to be attended immediately, so i sent 5-6nos email and also letter by speed-post on 2/2/19 stating the details and requested them to cancel my booking and refund my deposited money so far. But till date they do not refund my money and also don't give any reply to my message. Sir you are requested to look after the matter so that i can refund my money.

Applied for 3 BHK House in Delhi Group Housing Society registered in the name of Delhi Heights Multi State Cooperative Group Housing Society Limited. I paid Rs. 15000/- as registration amount for 3 BHK Flat in the same society. Receipt of the same is attached for your reference. I am not interested to invest in the same project because of the DDA Approval which is pending at your end. As per your norms Registration amount is refundable. So request you to kindly transfer my amount of Rs. 15000/- by cheque in the name of Priyanka Arora.

This is abhishek i have been told it was dda approved flats thus i have invested my money around 41 thousand and after an hour when i got the details that it is not from dda i have asked them to cancel. Now they are forcing me to take part in lucky draw and saying then only it will be cancelled and even they forcefully want my documentation on the same.

An amount of Rs 25000.00 (Rupees twenty five thousand), was paid through
Bank Electronic Transfer on 02/10/2017, with a payment ID[protected].
However, the membership was surrendered, due to personal reasons 04/10/17, and a request to refund the amount was made, as per company rules. After repeated requests & reminders an email dated 26/03/2018, from Mr Jitender Bhardwaj was received asking to collect the cheque. An inability to do so, due to personal reasons was intimated, & a request was made to credit the amount in same the Bank A/C, through which the payment was made. The refund has not materialized till today, even after multiple telecommunication with Mr Bhardwaj. The delay
in legitimate refund, to me is causing hardship, since I am retired senior citizen. Therefore, a request your good offices, to help in getting the refund
at the earliest. Thanking you.

Due to personal reasons membership was surrendered and a request to refund the deposited money was made on[protected], as per company rules. After repeated requests & reminders, an email from Mr Jatinder Bhardwaj, of[protected], asking to collect the cheque. An inability to do so due to personal reasons, was intimated, as well a request to transfer the amount in my bank A/C, through which the payment was made. However the refund has not materialized till date, even after repeated telecommunication with Mr Jitender Bhrdwaj. Therefore a request to Consumer Complaints, to persuade the erring company to refund of the long standing payment at the earliest.Thanking you. Enclosed emails for reference.

This is Manjesh kumar.I applied for LIG flat in Delhi under Delhi housing society on www.delhigrophousing.com on 10.04.2018 by paying 15000/-.Now I want to withdraw my membership no DGH02741 from the society.I requested them through mail and phone to refund registration amount.They agreed but till date I haven't recieved any refund amount

I need the refund of registration amount.. As due to some urgency won't be able to participate.. I am asking my money before the declaration of draw result.. This is a complete breach of trust.. Why are you asking to transfer the flat to someone else if i get selected or submit the kyc form... I just need the refund of my amount... Don't put your valuable money... Think twice before you invest

This is saurabh, i made a transaction for booking a 2 bhk mig flat in delhi whose booking amount was approx 25 k. After the payment the next day due to some urgency i needed to cancel the booking then the agen asked that i have to wait for lucky draw on 6th february, if the draw comes up, there wont be any refund and if draw doesn't comes, they will refund (Within 30 days), which i doubt. They are also asking to fill one kyc form to put the details of mine to process the refund which i am not comfortable.
They are not in a mood to refund the amount.
