Delhi Heights — lied about dda housing scheme, tols that it is under dda directly, but housine society have not taken any land from dda.

I am nishant setia. I applied for 4bhk flat and my name was in lucky draw. I have paid 1086600 (Ten laks eighty six thousand and six hundred since june 2018). Initially they said within 6 months you will find the progress but still now they have not been successful in land pooling policy. I just want to withdraw and get my money back. Please help
