Delhi Heights — Real estate fraud of 400 crore

During the AGM of 1st March 2020, it was informed by Mr. Satyender Mann, then President, himself that he had been arrested for the (alleged) fraud of Rs 400 crores by duping 4000 persons of their hard earned life savings. Later released on bail. An FIR had also been registred and investigation into the case was being conducted by EOW of Delhi Police. It is my firm conviction that unless the EOW carries out investigation on a fast track basis to find where the money has been siphoned by him, there is not going to be any progress in the case.
