This is to inform you i Harish sharma member ID is DHY03430 i have booked a flat in Dwarka through your scheme Delhi Heights in Mar-2019 & deposited the amount of Rs.7, 91, 800/- all the payment transfer through RTGS,
the commitment was from you that flat will be handed over in 2022 with all finishing but it is very regret to inform you that mid of the year has already finished and still no any movement things are same as it, regarding flat handing over i always talk time to time via mobile phone but no update provided me regarding any progress / update & there is no member WhatsApp group to know for any update who have booked their flat in your Delhi Heights Dwarka scheme if there is any member group i m not add there this is very regret, last year i meet Mr Gyandnendu Rai dated 22 -June-21, & i ask for update regarding flat progress update they told me same word we are in last stage of starting our flat only 20 % or 40% balance land to buy it will start next 2-3 month i request him to kindly arrange meeting with any senior responsible persong to ask my amount refund i will quit wiht this scheme they told give us some time & after i call many times but no satisfied answer received from their end & after i went their againg in 19-Feb-22, & ask him to refund my money which i deposit to you in Apr-19, but they give me same reply no senior staff avail in office i ask what about my amount refund they always simple say our all account are freeze whey account will unfreeze /free from bank we will process your request of refund the amount .
