Delhi Jal Board — 260 sidhartha enclave, new delhi ist floor

Djb is generating fake bills after bills for several years now despite my several for not generating bills as no body is living there, no drop of water is used.in fact water meter is also stopped at the gronud floor.

Every month they add rupees 1500 to the bill + surcharge. I've already paid many fake bills but now dj has crossed the limit and i've stopped paying bills.

I cannot go every day to go after these djb'rs as i live abroad.

Kindly take action and help me resolve the issue dating from i don't since when.
