Water tanker drivers are illegally demanding for money on each major festival. We are not able to fulfil the demands of tanker drivers.
We had given them money many time on festivals but this time we have not given so they are not allowing us to take water from the tanker. Even they waste a lot of water but do not give us.
I request you to go through to this situation as soon as posible

This is to inform that my defective meter is replaced with a new one on 13/12/2017. The meter reader person has not come to read the meter reading. And an average billing has been raised showing 73units of consumption. Which is wrong and actual reading is 58units till today. Therefore it is requested to look into the matter urgently and correct the billing immediately. Thank you.

Kno. [protected]. This is an authorized connection right from the year 2001with delhi jal board in the name of smt. Runu dutta w/o sk dutta (Self), rza 89, block-a, road-4, lane-7, mahipalpur extn., new delhi 110037. It is informed that there is no regular water supply to my above connection. Three days past there is no water supply. I made complaint on 27 feb 18, reference no. [protected] at djb complaint cell phone 1916. After complaint was made hardly two days normal water supply was there and supply stopped thereafter. It is requested that please restore normal water supply.

Hello, there is unbelievable leakage of water from main water pipes between the road near new delhi railway station... Please try to reach there and get it checked as soon as possible... I think millions of tons of water has been leaked and i do not know why people have not complained regarding that. This is not only about leakage even it is a source of mosquito as well as other diseases.. Please get it checked as soon as possible...

The sewer line lying behind houses (House nos. Bf-1 to bf-15) of bf block janak puri, new delhi-110058, is blocked for last 10 days. As a result of this, the potable water is giving foul smell. Complaint was lodged with je (Mr vinay) last week and yesterday (3rd march 2018) also. Djb workers inspected the site on 3rd mar 2018 and informed that the unblocking work is possible only by mechanical means and not manually. An urgent action is needed to avoid further deterioration in potable water.

May i bring to your kind notice that the water is contaminated with so may dirt and its colours is black. So we can not even wash our hands or take bath using it. The pipe line may be so old that it should be replace immediately. So please do the needful and oblige.

Reminder 6!!

Sir this is to bring into your knowledge that in january 2017 a water pipe line was laid in our gali & during that process sewer line was broken which leads to main sewer man hole since then i have been writing regularly requesting to get that repair as surrounding residence are getting damage as water instead of going to man hole it is going inside foundation of near residence leading to weakening of their foundation foundation of surrounding building

Sir no one has thought of doing that repair even not came once to see as what is going wrong it is humbly requested that this issue may kindly b taken into priority to save surrounding building least they fell by weakening of foundation.

This is reference to above subject wherein i have written too much for repairing of broken sewer line at my gali in incorporate house from wz 1099 to 1122 but nothing has been done. I have given more than 5 reminders over 1 year but still no action has been taken. I personally met je concerned and telephoned many times requesting him to repair the same but still no outcome has come. It is very ridiculous situation where govt servant does not feel responsibility to do their designate work. They are always busy where they get some bounty.

It is humbly requested that this work may kindly be done so that the adjoining house may be saved least they get cracked.

This is to bring into your kind notice that a new pipeline was laid down in our gali somewhere in month of january 2017. During that process a sewer lline accidently broke by labours and the water that was going in sewerr started to ooze out. A complaint was lodged to ceo djb for getting that repaired so that the adjacent building does not get affected. Since then i have send 5 reminders over 4 months but no action has been taken.

It is requested to your good office takes some action against djb personnes responsible for not repairing the broken pipeline.

It is 5th reminder i can only request by folding hands that please repair the broken sewer line!!! Sewer line may please be repaired so that the seepage of water does not affect adjacent building

This is with reference to my first mail on 3/2/17 wherein we complained was loged regarding the broken sewer line and complaint no was give i. E[protected] and thereafter no action has been taken. Rather everytime we are told that the work has been completed. It is a lie on the part of the department. Now new mail has come 2/5/17 with grevience no grv/wsz/2017/095091 wherein the same thing is repeated that the work has been completed. It is very tough to understand how the work has been completed since no one has come to see the site. It is again requested that the concerned officer be asked with a show cause notice to ask when did he completed the work.

This is to bring into your kind notice that i, drig pal singh resident of wz 1101 nangal raya new delhi 110046, during the repairing of the main water pipeline in my gali where my residence falls, sewer pipeline broke accidently by the repairing people of djb contractor as a result the flow of the water in other contents off the sewer pipeline that connects to the main sewer got blocked. And some of the water oozed out from the pipeline leading to wetting the surrounding portion. There is a possibility of damage of walls of surrounding building.

It is therefore requested that your good office may kindly be quick in the matter for repairing the same so that the surrounding may be saved.

Reminder

This is reference to my earlier complaint reference no.[protected] to your good office dated 20/02/17.

And a same complaint was made on telephone 1916 dated 18/02/17. (Complain no.[protected]

I have gone through the status of my complaint and came to know that he same has been forwarded to je shri. Deepak and i had a talk with him and apprise him of my complaint. Having listen to me he promised me that the same will be done within day or two and as for his word he came on the site looked into and promised me to rectify the complaint. But he didnot turn up since then and it is now more than 35 days since my complaint.

Today i again looked into the status of my complain and found that the same has been closed.

This is ridiculous that the work has not been done and the file is closed perhaps with a comment and view that the work has been done which i believe otherwise status of my complain doesnot show the close.

It is humbly requested that my complain may kindly be taken up at the uttermost action.

Whereas your djb site shows that such kind of complaints are done within 48 hrs, it seems that it is just"jumla"

Even after reminder, and it is almost more than 24 days that your officer concerned has not done anything regarding repairing of sewer line. On telephone he gives one of the other excuse for delaying the work where as your site assure of such kind of work to be done in 24 hrs, as it is lekage of sewer lines. Is it the kind of work delhi gov declare themselves prompting and sorting the problem of public but i feel nothing has changed. Day before yesterday i tracked the status of my complaint and found that the file for work has already been filed. I do not understand on what ground the concerned officer filed the case. Please go in matter and find out why did he do such?

It is humbly submitted that i had made a complaint way back on 20/02/2017 and since then i have written so many reminders but nothing has happened

Busting of sewer line leading to surrounding residence weakening of their base/foundation just because of continuous leakage of water.

I was served with bill against kno.[protected] vide bill no nil dated27jan 2018 for rs3583/- the same was paid by me vide receipt no.. Nil dated13/2/18. On enquiring i was given to understand this bill by mistake was sent to me and my bill was nill.. This was intimated to me vide sms dated 27/2/18.

I request you to return the amount paid to you, through cheque. I shall be thankful to you, this may be treated as most urgent

I am writing in reference to the water bill (Kno: [protected]) received in r/o my residential dda flat in dwarka, new delhi.

2. I have received a water bill for the period from 31.3.2015 to 11.7.2017 amounting to rs. 48441/- which is a highly escalated bill. I need to know calculation and break up for the bill.

3. I am informed that dda while handing over my papers to djb on 31.3.2015 has noted the meter reading as 'zero' in the bill where as the meter was installed on 31.10.2012 i. E. Almost two and half years before that date.

4. Dda never registered the water meter in the bill and neither it is registered now. Since dda showed "zero" reading which is not correct reading on 31.3.2015, it is clear that the reading taken now is not accurate and it is not justified to charge me as per meter reading as it completely ignores the previous readings for two and half year.

5. I would like to mention that since the water meter is still not registered and has not worked properly for more than 2 years, i may either be given water bill with correct reading w. E. F 31.3.2015 or given water bill without water meter as per my detailed explanation given above.

We had submitted complaint for meter connection before 15 days back in djb office at mohan garden. After 3-4 days from date of complaint lodged we have received call from mr bablu ([protected]) plumber. Since when he is saying that i am coming and i am on the way and 2 time he called me to pick him as he said he is not able to find the place now i have called him again now he is saying he will come after holi. So request you to kindly look into the matter as it is clearly showing his negligence and ignorance towards his work.

I beg to say that i am sending Compaint regularly from two weeks but there is no response from you. No action has been taken from your deparment we are phasing the problem from three weeks. The dismentling work has daily started in the early morning at 6:00 AM and late evening.
The whole nehibours are felling very unsafe and the area are coming in danger zone.Nearby people are felling very uncomfortable.The huge air and noise pollution is spreading in all over environment. kindly Take the ligal action and stop this illigale activities as early.

My flat no. B-5/63, sf, dda sfs, sector-8, rohini, delhi-85 was closed during jan.2016 to feb.2017 due to my visit out of delhi and abroad. My water bills were generated without taking the meter reading as the meter is working properly. Your staff (Reader) reported it as faulty/stopped without proper verification of reason for nil reading. The status in all bills is mentioned as stp and bills were generated on average basis but my water consumption is less than 10 kl per month. The current outstanding bill is for rs.7715-00 which is too much in consumption of water and i will not be able to pay it without proper meter-reading.

The bills of electricity (Ndpl) is also to the minimum during last years and it can be verified from enclosed bills.

Kindly depute some person for taking the meter-reading and necessary correction in my last bills. I do hope that my request will be considered in a positive way and for customer satisfaction.

I am a resident of 21, Inder Enclave, Delhi-110087 . The sewer behind our line is overflowing from last month and people from sewerage department comes and gives temporary solution which lasts only for hours . Due yo overflowing sewers, it's affecting even the drinking water supply due yo seepages.
Every resident is under constant threat of falling sick . We are not even able to take bath. Constant bad smell making difficult to sit in homes and also a breeding ground for mosquito menace.
Please look into this on an urgent basis.

We are resident of arihant nagar punjabi bagh, new delhi. We are not getting supply of consumable water for the last about one and a half month.in the early morning for some time the delhi jal board is supplying dirty, stinky smelly, black coulered water which is not consumable and is not even suitable for washing of clothes and cleaning purposes. It smells like it comes from sewar lines. We are facing this problem for the last one and a half month and now it is intolerable.

Please help us and take note of it to solve this serious problem at the earliest

I want to draw your kind attention that my self dheeraj kumar love's i'm jahangir puri g-block 515 my consumer kno: [protected] please pay bill amount of rs 18553.00by 09-mar-2018 this is latest bill amount. My water supply meter is not working for last 4-5 month's. My last bill was 500 or 600 rs when meter was working. After that a person who check the meter reading comes every month he just pass away from my house... Please solve this issue... I'll nt able to pay this whole amount.
And last please change my meter as well.

Subject – regarding better water supply

Respected sir,

With due respect, i beg to say that i live in block - i jahangir puri delhi - 110033. It is a thickly populated area. But for some days our regular water supply is not available in our area. It is supplied at night but for a short time. Sometimes the water supply is not made for two to three days continuously. Other resources of water are not in well condition here. There are only two hand pumps in our locality. But they are not publicly uses. It is not enough for the people of this locality. People cannot get water from them enough to fulfill their needs. Because of this people have to fetch water from a long distance. They spend a lot of time in bringing water. This affects in their daily work. The time which they have to spend on their necessary work has to spend on bringing water.

Therefore i request the concerning authorities to look into the matter seriously and take necessary steps for solving the problem. So the water supply may kindly be made daily in our locality. People may get rid of the problem of poor water supply.

In zamrudpur - plot c dda commercial complex we are getting stinky smelly water since last 3 days. Smell is like its drain water. Infact stink is too much that its not consumable, we are facing extreme diificulty.

I am living in dabri extan plot no-6 street no -5 norz-a-159a, u/g/f khno-31/71/1 pin-110045. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past two week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.
