Respected sir, Am a student staying in old rajinder nagar of delhi, would like to draw your attention regarding the pungent smell coming from municipal water supply.. The smell is highly intolerable.. And the water looks is notso clear. At the time of covid19 when we are advised to take extreme care of sanitation issues on the other hand we have to manage with water having unbearable odour..
