Delhi Jal Board — Billing

Hi, I live in Singapore since 2011 and my own house in Delhi (DDA SFS Flat in BU Block, Pitampura) is currently not occupied and all utility bills are paid online. I am continuously paying all utility bills including DJB. I am expereincing that I am paying a huge amount of water, despite not staying in my house, nor any tenant is staying in the house. The house is completely empty and therefore I do not see a reason for such high amount of bills. An example is: 30th Oct 2013 - I received a bill of Rs. 2, 165.00 vide bill #[protected] 30th Dec 2013 - I received another bill of Rs. 1, 144.00 vide bill #[protected] My K No. for DJB is [protected] in my name - SAMEER VIJ Please help resolve this issue urgently, I will be highly greatful to DJB authorities.
