Delhi Jal Board — Complaint regarding otp generation issue and lack of support

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the persistent issue of OTP not being generated through the DJB MSeva app. Despite multiple attempts over the past month, I have been unable to receive the OTP needed for authentication and registration of MSeva app.

Additionally, I have reached out to DJB’s customer care multiple times, but have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution. The issue remains unresolved, and I am unable to proceed with essential services.

I request prompt action to resolve this matter and ensure better support from customer care.
