Problem is that on our home water supply, water is getting mixed with sewer water because of improper pipeline distribution which is very harmful for human life in my apartment. Dear Sir,
my K No. [protected], Last 5 months the meter bill show "RDDT" and water bill is around in 4 digit, after complain in the office subhash nagar the official said that after february the meter reading will be taken and all the bill amount recalculate and bill regenerate.
if the water consuming is pertains under the govt scheme then you won't pay any bill.
but no 26.03.2019 i received bill for rs.3833. i am hardly...

I am user of water connection (K no. [protected]) at house no. C-2/98, vijay enclave, new delhi.

Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we found a bill dated 27-feb-2019 amounting to rs.1468/- (For the period from 13-dec-2018 to 26-feb-2019 with service charge - consumption between 20-30 kl) due for payment on 16-mar-2019.

sewage leakage

The resident of a 53a mohan garden extention, uutam nagar, new delhi due to heavy eakage of dirty water from severage dirty water flowing in the centre of a walking street and the water is all dirty waste of the house. We cannot enter the main door of our house when the water flows and the others cannot even pass the street. Photos and video recordings have been updated by all d neighbours. wastage of water daily in chattarpur mata chowk

Hi delhi jal board team,

I leaved in chattarpur near mata chowk (Delhi-110074). I saw daily near about 11 am water supply started streets filled with the water there is way to cross the road and also wastage o[censored]seful drink able water daily.

I request you to please look once and find out the people who wasted water or leeked pipes. So water shouldn't waste in future....

high amount of water bill

Sir, main maniram niwasi c-30 new jankipuri gali no. 4 bindapur uttam nagar. Ish month ka pani ka bill 21931 rupees aaya hai. Last bill meine 913 rs ka bhara tha. Reading wala reading leke jata hai pr bill nhi aaya tha. Delhi jal board walo ek saath hi itna bill bhej diya hai or ush pr 1000 ka late fine bhi bhej rahe hai. Aapse niwedan hai ki aap jald se jald ishka smadhan kare.

bad quality water supply in rohini sector-24

What is this water supply system in south patel nagar... There is no proper timetable... I m waiting for water since morning today... N no water till now... N in night sometimes it come on 11 other times 12, 1, 2... How r we suppose to manage to fill water at 2 in night... Please do something about it.. N fix some timings

Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we found a bill dated 06-July 2018 amounting to Rs.1536/- (for the period from 14-May-18 to 06th July 2018 with 7KL consumption) due for payment on 23July 2018.

The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading is shocking to me as we have 4 persons always present...

Water has not been supplied for last one year, but regular commercial water bill has been charged. Tube well used to supply water has been sabotaged by few people.
