Water connection (K no.[protected])

I am user of water connection (K no. [protected]) at house no. F-240C, G.T.B. Enclave, New Delhi.

Meter reader had come to our premises and taken reading of other meters but not ours.
Now we found a bill dated 31-May-2021 amounting to Rs. 3020/- (For the period from 01-Jan-2021 to 31-May-2021 with service charge - consumption between 20-30 kl) due for payment on 17-Jun-2021.

The consumption has been averaged and reading/meter status has been shown as mloc (Meter locked).

Please see the attached with current meter reading till date: 31-May-2021.

Kindly look into this matter and generate new bill after taking proper reading.
