Delhi Jal Board — false billing in locked flat | |||
Dear sir I am owner of a1-b, 99b, first floor in krishna apartments, paschim vihar. The flat is locked since quite some time and the meter has been shown as mloc. Though i am shocked to see the meter reading as showing 152 units consumption in the last 6 months, when there is no water usage in the flat as the flat is locked.
