This is to bring to your kind notice that we have 3 water connections at
8/18, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi - 8 & 3/24, East Patel Nagar, New delhi
with Kno as follows:
1. [protected] - meter status RDDT
2. [protected] - meter status STP
3. [protected] - meter status RDDT
Even though these meters are functional, infact the one for K no [protected] was replaced recently in consultation and notification to your esteemed department; however we continue to get this meter status and average readings leading to high bills.
When I am trying to notify the correct meter reading online, it's not allowing me to do so as the meter reading noted in the department is much higher than the current reading.
My parents are both senior citizens and unable to handle how to contact the authorities to rectify and streamline the monthly/ quarterly billing system but are unable to do so due to which I am trying to rectify it for them online.
I would fervently request you to look into their woes and streamline the process for them so that they don't have to run from pillar to post each time a water bill is generated.
