Delhi Jal Board — Incorrect bill not fixed

There was an incorrect meter reading entered for DJB in May 2021. Due to this, a 74330 bill was generated. I filed multiple complaints and even went ahead and paid Rs. 74330 in September. But the next bill was based on average and was again for Rs. 80000. Despite multiple complaints the bills continue to be marked on average and the latest bill is 211800 due to recurring late fees. 7 complaints have been filed online and 2 visits made to the branch office with all the documents including pictures of meter reading. But no solution since then.
